In other words...FUCK THE VACCINES. YESSS.
I take them every single day since my doctor recommended gummy prenatals.
I take at least 5 to 6 different ones in a day:
I have never gotten sick since. Mind you, I got the Kung flu once, but what can that weak virus do against a 2 times yellow fever and hantavirus survivors with an immune system adapted to the tropic/heinous weather of the Caribbeans?
To be fair, yellow fever is a flavie and hanta is a, well, a hanta .. so the overlap those immunities will provide is largely nonexistant. But your point stands, if you are in general shape that you can beat those handidly, you're likely in the general, but not necessarily in the specific, to make short work of any corona, including SARS-2 aka covid
I got a really bad flu like 10 years ago. I decided to make sure I took more vitamins... mainly C and a multi vitamin, but I've added other stuff like Zinc and D over time. Haven't been sick even once since I started taking the vitamin C. It really does make a difference.
I am an RN and have been taking the prophylaxis doses of Quercetin, Vit C, Vit D and Zinc since last summer and have not been sick and I went to a wedding/reception with 250 guests last October, no masks and nobody got sick.
Only had to add Qyercetin to what we were already doing. Good to know.
Me too, but I haven't been taking enough vitamn D3, I didn't know how much I needed till now. But at least I've been taking some everyday, better a little than none at all I guess.
I just put some in the cart at GNC (stocked up), they are having a b1g1 free sale. I don't normally buy from them but a friend told me about the sale. Damn I may need to add more to my order now that my youngest is coming back home to stay with us for awhile.
Yeah but how many times has Zelenko flip flopped on this since the beginning of the pandemic? He hasn't?
What kind of science doesn't flip every week and drive us to endless torment and expense, along with making us wear filthy face coverings?
I am starting the zelenko protocol, ordered the supplements, quercetin, zinc, D, and C. I am not too worried about covid, but these will help with all viruses, so why not.
Have no idea why someone would downvote, sorry. I think it was a very positive statement.
doesn't make sense either someone who believes there is no covid virus at all. While possible some people are getting sick so vitamins will help with any virus.
or
the person is a shill that doesn't want people to get this info as it means they won't get the jab.
Shills who don't have the balls to comment and risk getting banned again. So they downvote.
Exactly. Now if I ever feel like I’m getting sick I know what to take.
I knew C and D3 were good but this is a great info graphic for everyone. Share with your family.
Awesome info. Thank you.
this is pretty much what ive been taking as regularly as i remeber to for the last year, I work face to face with covid positives several times a week with a shitty basic medical mask required at the hospital. I havent "caught" the coof yet, or if i did it was so mild i didnt even notice. i have hypertension, a higher than average BMI, and pre diabetic, im 50. Im ripe for picking yet im still here
Quit sugar and bleached wheat and processed foods. Your health will rebound quickly!
Hypertension may be from thyroid issues. With diet this is 100% fixable. Check out the Weston Price Foundation. I discovered it through my abhorrent luck with my teeth- over 100 cavities despite constantly brushing and flossing and eating tons of fruits and vegetables.
Yeah I feel a thousand times better when I eat a low carb keto diet, no brain fog, so much energy.
I also make an electrolyte mix for myself with hymalayan sea salt potassium and magnesium.
Looks like I will be adding a few more vitamins to my mix boosting my immune system will help tremendously.
Thanks for the suggestion!
I’m dealing with high blood pressure that isn’t responding much to medication, and actually went up after I cut out sugar and lost 25 lbs.
I suspected on my own that other things like wheat and processed dairy are culprits. This not only confirms but also gives me a resource to get started.
Yep have hashimotos, that's a huge part of my problem

Magnesium Chloride is your friend … guaranteed your are deficient. Blood serum is not a good measure of your cell numbers, but good to know anyway. If your Mg levels are low in your blood you are in an acute condition.
4 ways to up your Magnesium…
Foot baths with Magnesium Chloride flakes, it’ll also help you relax :) make sure the water is between 90-100 F or you’ll start sweating instead.
Get a good quality USP grade Magnesium Chloride crystals (Amazon has some brands, research them thoroughly), then make a Mg drink.
Get some Mg supplements - Mg bisglycinate chelate is the best form and absorbable without causing you to erupt like a volcano :) also known as Magnesium Glycinate. The KEY here is to get one that has almost no fillers.. and work out the actual elemental magnesium you will get per capsule.
Eat your veggies.
The RDA is insufficient, you will need more like 2,000 mg of Mg a day but maybe in your case I’d work up to 5,000 or even 6,000 mg per day. Go slow, keep an eye on your bowel movements.
Work on diet etc etc. you work on a hospital sounds like, but most docs are immensely stupid or ignorant when it comes to bio chemistry and nutrition.
Good luck !
I use Pure Encapsulations as well, so far the best I can find.. as ‘pure’ as I can get so far :)
I was surprised to see ascorbyl palmitate, so I’m still researching the reason for this in a Mag supplement.
I’ve also found that it’s best to ‘pulse’ your supplements vs taking it every single day (unless you’re severely sick). I try 3-5 days on, then the remainder of the week I’m off … similar to a loading dose.
Excellent. Thank you!
All OTC
Even azithromycin?
fish antibiotics.. amoxicillin...
For now.
Everything is fine except the vitamin D dosage should read in mcg (microgram) not mg (milligram).
Thanks for pointing that out. Went to see if I could edit the post to say that, but could not.
Huge difference! 😀

I remember reading is you take more than 50mg of zinc there was an element you needed to replace. Was it Chromium? Anyone know?
Copper. Check out Preservision Areds II — over-the-counter supplement for macular degeneration and eye health.
Chromium regulates blood sugar.
Thanks
I recommend you get your copper from organ meats, liver specifically… copper supplementation can be very tricky to manage.
Best if you can get a blood panel done, see where your serum levels are, just a baseline.
Your advice there is priceless - also HUGE levels of iron to be had from liver and other organ meats. Copper is still a heavy metal, people need to be very careful when supplementing with it. Like colloidal silver; it can be hugely beneficial for treating infections and such, but you don't want to overdo it. Always try to get your vitamins and minerals from your food if possible.
COPPER! There are Zinc/copper combos at Amazon.
Thank you!
Quecertin opens the cell door to allow zinc absorption similar to HCQ.
Any ideas on how to get azithromycin without a prescription? Is there an OTC or natural equivalent?
Try tractorsupplyrx .com. They have a ton of antibiotics packaged for fish but in the same dosage as humans would take.
Are you serious? Damn I just ordered the ivermectin the other day, I didn't know you could get anitbiotics there too.
Honey
Thank you! I have lots of local honey :)
oh.. you legit meant "honey", as in "honey would work"
I read that as "oh, honey. if only you knew"
Either way, good info
Honey works like azithromycin? How?
I ordered it from a website. It's under a different name but the same drug. Can't remember the name of the website. Found it in another thread here. Gonna take weeks for it to get here but that's OK.
Just watch “ made in “ info. So many coming from chyna. GNC, Walmart the worst. A smaller privately owned health food /nutrition store seems to have better sourced/wider variety supplements . Just my experience since eyes have been awake.
Is there a link to this? Hit the Dr. Zelenko site and not finding the same as the image posted.
This is not an exact image, but here it is on his website. I liked the graph, as it simplifies the medications. https://vladimirzelenkomd.com/zelenko-treatment-protocol/
He has all 4 ingredients in one pill, though it costs $55 for a bottle of 60 ct pills (but the dosage is 2 pills a day). If you buy 6 bottles price goes to $50 each bottle, for 12 bottles it is $45 each bottle.

Is it two pills a day for preventive, or if just if you have symptoms? I am asking based on this form Zelenko's website:
Protocol for Low and Moderate Risk Patients:
Elemental Zinc 25mg 1 time a day Vitamin D3 5000iu 1 time a day Vitamin C 1000mg 1 time a day Quercetin 500mg 1 time a day until a safe and efficacious vaccine becomes available If Quercetin is unavailable, then use Epigallocatechin-gallate (EGCG) 400mg 1 time a day.
I suppose since there are 60 capsules in a bottle but only 30 servings, that means two capsules to reach the numbers on the ingredient panel, so QTY-2 per day would be right.
I'm a retired RN and have been taking the following on a daily basis since Feb. 2020: Vit. C - 1000 mg. Vit. D3 - 25 mcg. (1000 IU) Zinc - 30 mg. I need to add Quercitin to this mix. Haven't had even a sniffle since.
Read something a few days ago - I think it was from Zelenko, not sure - that there have been cases when Ivermectin was taken prophylactically, however, subsequent COVID occurred, Ivermectin dose was increased, but it was not readily effective. So maybe this medicine should be reserved until symptomatic.
I live in Amish country, have become very good friends with several families over the years. Attended an Amish wedding last Nov. with close to 500 attending. Still alive and well.
A few months ago was unfortunately diagnosed with systemic lupus and "fortunately" prescribed HCTZ 200 mg. daily.
Although I was trained in allopathic medicine, herbalism has become very important in my life. I recommend during cold and flu months to have elderberry syrup on hand. For all year - turmeric tincture, bee propolis, sage, and honey.
Stay healthy, everybody!
I'm sorry about your diagnosis, anon. It sounds like you have a good handle on things though! Thanks for the helpful info👌
Thank you, I treat myself and am doing well. As far as autoimmune disease, I blame it on past vaccines - primarily, influenza and hepatitis. Thought nothing of receiving them when I worked in the hospital. My, how much I have learned over the years
would someone, some where, do some research on blood types? i think some types are more susceptible?
Yes!
Appreciate this
For Ivermectin (if you choose it over HCQ), the FLCCC puts out a good treatment guide called the I-MASK+ protocol: https://covid19criticalcare.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/FLCCC-Alliance-I-MASKplus-Protocol-ENGLISH.pdf
Wow thank you for this!
This is excellent, thank you👌Does anyone know where to get a GOOD pulse oximeter? Mine is a POS🐸
Here's a link to over 200 scientists and doctors recommended vitamin D intake and how much they are personally taking themselves. Scroll down for data.

Maybe it’s my imagination but the Quercetin made me quite … ahem… “Randy” 🍆
Squirtseatin
Lol
What about adding ivermectin to this mix? My doctor actually prescribed ivermectin to me a few days ago when I said my kids and wife just got sick and tested positive. I am already taking queecertine and zinc so maybe that's why I am only one not sick. But I feel ivermecrin is something worth taking.
Dr. Zelenko can legally recommend Quercetin in lieu of HCQ because it is OTC. People on here have been taking apple-flavored horse ivermectin with zero problems, but I think Zelenko's license would be in jeopardy if he recommended people do that. He is the one behind HCQ and took his info to GEOTUS last year. He speaks highly of ivermectin too, but he is recommending people take quercetin as a substitute.
Tomorrow I'm going to go pick up these vitamins locally including Quercetin I will order on Amazon as a last resort, lol my daughter would look at me funny if I ordered horse paste on Amazon since we have no horses lol.
Pretty sure adult dosage is 0.2mg/kg. But not sure what dosage should be for children.
I haven't researched the source yet, but someone else just posted this handy info... https://covid19criticalcare.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/FLCCC-Alliance-I-MASKplus-Protocol-ENGLISH.pdf
Glo-Ray! An ounce of prevention still is worth a pound of cure. [ also am a retired RN and have made this a lifestyle for a few years now.]
Thank you for this image. Lots of links to sites floating around that I’m like “eh I’ll just read it if someone I know gets sick” but this is worth saving
Why does it call-out only using on those 45 and older?
I would think because they are more at risk. Remember, early on it was 60 and above.
If you visit the link to the Dr. Zelenko's website listed above it has doses for Low Risk < 45 and > 45 / Moderate-High Risk
So the 'vaccine' EUA should never have been given...
Vitamin D3 at 5,000iu seems awfully high let alone 10,000. How's safe are these dosages mid-long term.
I have regular blood labs which includes my Vit D level. I used to take 2000iu, but my MD lowered it to 1000/iu and have maintained a healthy normal level for a few years now.
Actually for an adult that's not high at all. I've been taking 15kIU for more than the last year, I was deficient as proven by a blood panel. It was (holistic) doctor recommended.
Thank you for the dosage!
Wish they had used a better brand for the vitamins, but, whatever. Those are things I take every day!! Maybe that's why I didn't get the coof??? Ya think??
I bought the mt angel quercetin zinc combo pills. Also has good d3 (NOT from soy), c, and stinging nettle in one capsule

Thank you for making this easily shareable, just texted out to friends/family. I have told them, but this makes it easy for them to share with others.
what about ivermectin?
I agree, what about ivermectin?? Thats what I stocked up on
Amazing info. Thank you for posting, pede
Great. Thanks so much.
What I was looking for. Already knew the components but had to collect dosage individually, this is handy.
