I believe they are using the excuse of COVID but believe it is the law of war 11.3.... sorry don't have proof to speak of but my gut and knowledge that we are coming up to a year makes more sense to me!

Armor protects hearts and lungs. A .22 to the thigh, belt, face/neck will kill. In shtf a .22 with contaminated ammo will kill a lot of people.
Unconventional angle shots like down into the shoulders or up into abdomen of someone laid out on ground will hit vitals and do hella damage.
Mission and gear and tactics are a triangle. If all you have is a .22, play to the strengths and try to avoid its weaknesses.
You can carry A TON of ammo. You can get a lot of ammo cheaply. It is a low report weapon. It is underrated in lethality. .22 wounds are NASTY. You can not clean the weapon for a long time. A lot of good .22s can run like a boss and stay relatively cool. Most importantly, it is very low report and can carry tons of ammo. Dudes with heavy cover and suppressors can do a lot of damage with the right tactics. Face, neck, belt and thigh shots from a .22 takes people out of the fight.
Best use of a .22 in boog scenario is heavy cover and lay down thick and heavy fire at the right time. And of course hunting. The low report in big woods or even an expansive urban area IS a solid pro.
If anything get a solid semi-auto shotgun, like a Stoeger m3000, if you want something deadly as hell and will have a ton of ammo selection to scavange.
I’m an AK guy personally. Ammo is hella cheap. That gun never fails and runs hard as fuck out of the box. Any retard who knows nothing about guns can run an AK like a boss and immediately focus on shooting and moving. Can have a rifle and pistol all on the same ammo/accessories. But sidearm is extra weight with an AK anyways. Literally does everything a 3-gun setup will do in one gun. Any partizan should not be shooting long range anyways. Shooting 500 yards with an AR is retarded. Get a .300 Win Mag and drop someone. More than 300 yards? Just run and hide and light them up when they come to you.
7.62 is a serious fucking man stopper and rolls along walls instead of fragmenting like 5.56. The USMC trained people in Iraq to NOT follow walls because of that. Cheap hollow points. Subsonics are great. Soft points will drop anything in North America. I DRT’d a bear with an AK. Nasty CQB round. It rapes common barriers without special rounds. Literally half the mount of ammo than 5.56 for tearing down cinder blocks. Will fuck an engine block. Old Soviet doctrine makes it great against body armor. Shoot them in the belt and move up, as they fall back get under the armor. You shoot someone in a limb they are losing that shit. The ergonomics are designed for getting on target fast with irons.
Zenitco furniture and an adjustable gas block makes it runs cooler. Slap a low mount ACOG, and an ALG trigger and a JMAC RRD 4C muzzlebrake/flash-hider on that, it is the ultimate gunfighter gat. Maybe KNS sights and a Tango Down grip. My gucci AK weighs less than my gucci m4 without mags. And has less recoil and muzzle rise with my setup. And still hides flash. Doesn’t fail over losing tiny cheap bullshit springs and detents. Doesnt need to be field stripped in the shit to fix when you will lose that shit. No stupid points of failure like round count on mil spec buffer spring.
40 rd PMAGs or the KCI steel mags are all you need and are cheap. Those ATI quad-stack mags are way cheaper than drums and work great.
Malfuntion? Charge handle. Solved faster than drawing secondary IF well-trained. Once in your life when that doesn’t work, swap mag and charge handle. Fixed. Nothing beats an Iraqi reload to stay on the gun. Inaccurate? Nah my POS WASR 10 is 1.5 MOA. And that barrel will eat at least 30k rounds. Plenty accurate for the thick and hairy bullshit.

I'm reading through the Law of War manual, and in 11.3 all I can see is that it stipulates the definitions of when an occupying force no longer is defined as an occupying force.
It talks about how, when hostilities have ceased for more than a year, the territory is no longer considered "occupied". Obviously, in a war, there are no conditions on when you can declare the opponents as occupiers.
if DC rightfully belongs to Cabal A, and its occupied by White Hats B, then for one year, White Hats B are obliged to observe the Geneva Convention (GC), and have the rights and responsibilities of an occupying force.
The Law of War manual outlines the rights and responsibilities of the US forces, for example, when occupying territory of a foreign state in war, or after hostilities have ceased. I.e when the US occupied Japan after ww2.

When they showed up to our facility, the alarms went off for 2 hours straight. Security couldnt figure it out. Then the following day all systems went down. Couldnt order meds, badges didnt work, or voice with other nurses. It was strange, neither occurrence has ever happened before.

Which is a big deal because it brings the entire place to a stand still. Having to physically send someone down to pharmacy for every order, etc.

Im not pissing on a wet blanket here and anyone can get pumped up about implications of National Guard activations. This post is misleading the article as almost the WHOLE national guard in all states and provinces is on the ready. The article is simply Minnesota Guard members are on duty for community service which is "Covid" related.
Its been over 20 years but when I was in the National Guard any domestic and community operation involvement like this was entirely voluntary. For instance huge forest fires during those years, chain of command would request volunteers to assist the forest service and fire departments to help fight the forest fires. It was voluntary activation and not deployments. Local concerts same thing, volunteers to provide security and water buffalo to outdoor activities. I participated in many of these. Perhaps the landscape is different in regards to activation and operational status for the National Guard these days, I dont know, but this looks ALOT, to me like a community request for help by state to assist with "Covid" and is volunteer based by the state guard Unit.
For the record I typed Covid in quotations because I am not perpetuating the validity or buying into the ruse of outbreak nonsense that is driving what those activations are for.

My sons best friend is National Guard here in California. He has been deployed twice for covid. He has not been deployed yet, nor is he on standby. I keep checking in with him.
