In reality humans are unique. So we are actually already diverse.

No, people are unique, the political outlooks are not, so when you ask what is "Diversity"? The real answer is this:
Imagine in several generations, humans discover a wormhole to a different solar system. On Earth, “diversity” initiatives have resulted in everyone becoming the same, mixed race of people. What if the habitable zone of the new solar system is in a place with high levels of UV light? All of the new, mix breed humans will have skin that’s too light for the new environment. The best people to settle the new zone would’ve been very dark skinned people from the heart of Africa, but they had all been exported to Scandinavia in the early 21st century and bred out. Or on the flipside, what if the new solar system’s habitable zone is in a low sunlight area where it helps to be light skinned? We won’t have any of those either, because they’ll have been bred out by so called “diversity”.
Real diversity is leaving people alone to be separate and to keep their respective peoples going. Forced diversity is forced homogenization where we lose unique features.
I agree that Forced diversity is wrong. Let people decide on who they want to associate with.
But I also see things like this.

If God wanted to keep groups pure. I honestly believe that would have been forced at the procreation level. We would have no choice but to comply. There should be no "forced diversity" or "forced separation". A lot of the stop forcing diversity crowd really wants forced separation.

But we also have differences such as skin, hair, language, food, etc.
Human beings by nature are designed to seek a variety of experiences. I love Pizza and Burgers.
But I do not seek to eat them every day.
I grew up with all black people. So I dated nothing but black women.
As I got exposed to other ethnic groups.
I saw different forms of the beauty of God's creation.
So I dated girls from other ethnic groups.
Even though I notice some communication differences between different girls from a variety of girls I dated growing up.
There was also a common sense bond that allowed us to date without a problem.
What people ignore is "common law" by nature.
Common law is the common sense contract that nature has put in place that binds all humans together.
Everything else is man-made innovations that spark competition and cultural ideas.
So when people say they are preserving their culture. They are not talking about common law by nature.
They are talking about man made innovations that has bonded a subgroup within the human race in a certain way.

By that logic, we wouldn’t physically be able to murder. God would’ve programmed in us something like Asimov’s laws for robots where a human can never harm another human. We’d be like Robocop glitching out trying to violate the Fourth Directive. God gave us free will to murder or not to murder, but that doesn’t mean that He wants us to murder.
God’s opinion on multiculturalism and miscegenation is better illustrated by His resolution of the tower of babel. He wanted the different peoples so separated that He instantly gave them different languages.

Murder is a choice. As I mention.
Converting sperm and egg into a person.
Is a process that we do not control. It's a predefined "system" that God created.
Murder isn't a physical concept. It's an angry emotional concept.
God does tell us "Thou shall not kill".
But those are warnings. We still have free will.
Some of the things by nature are free will like murder. Some of the things by nature are predefined systemic processes God already created.
When you create software or any system.
Certain predefined processes are built by the engineers. You cannot change those creations.
The users of the software have free will to use those predefined processes according to the rules already defined by the engineers.
That's how creation works.
People are able to conceive people with birth defects, but that doesn’t mean that it’s part of God’s plan. It’s just part and parcel of living in a fallen world.
Maybe there are some tolerances for mixing. Maybe in extreme cases it’s an alternative to severe depopulation, but in most cases, it’s not in the best interest of either race involved.

As humans innovate from predefined nature. That will cause the predefined system to react.
For example.
As we pollute the air. As we add man made chemicals to food.

30 years ago an adjacent city that is prominently mentioned in rap songs, was rezoned resulting in half of their school melding with ours. There were fights everyday, kids getting robbed, bringing guns to school, I was personally jumped in the bathroom by 4 black dudes. Crime went through the roof, more blacks moved in and that is where I learned the term "white flight". What once was a quiet and great place to live and raise a family quickly became a shithole due to cultural enrichment. Clayton County is one of the worst places you can live in Georgia.

In my own and other's experience, when young black women are asked what they are going to do in life, so many answer with "have kids and go on welfare like my mom"

I was born in an environment like this. It was like being in a prison. Luckily I was raised in a two parent God fearing home. I was able to get out of this environment and never looked back. We have lost 2-3 generations of black kids, and marginalized the education of others, by this constant coddling and lowering of standards.

Co-worker's daughter taught elementary or middle school in a poor-to-middle-income school in a large PA metro area.
One African American girl who'd shown a lot of promise/talent started underperforming and not doing homework.
At a parent-teacher conference with the mother (who actually showed up) the teacher brought up the girl's talent/potential and her declining performance/grades.
The mother told the teacher that she didn't like her daughter learning so many new things and had told the girl not to try so hard because school wasn't important. AND, the kicker was that the mother told the teacher that she, "DIDN'T WANT THE GIRL TO BE SMARTER THAN HER."
In large part, the problems in the community ARE the community/culture because it's a self-fulfilling prophecy of victimhood, violence, irresponsibility, illiteracy and poverty that's been rammed down their throats by the left (to "keep them down/in their place") and by the community itself (learned behavior/belief in the narrative) for decades.
Plus the fact that many of these mothers teach their daughters that the only way forward is to be like them and have kids and get money from the government.
So why try when you're just going to get knocked up for free money?
In France many teachers go on sick leave as soon as it begins to happen… fighting the system using the system itself.
This must have been Baltimore. I know some fellow whites who try to do the right thing, and take on those challenges of teaching inner city kids. It’s an absolute NIGHTMARE. It is their culture. Everyone knows it.

There are private boys schools popping up in black areas. They have uniforms and discipline.

It is the administration/leadership. You get what you demand. You demand nothing and condone everything, you get what you ask for. Sounds like the leadership at that school was excusing bad and criminal behavior. You make it clear to parents and students responsibility. They pay for what they “lose” or do without. They get the grades they earn. Get decent security instead of paying for destroyed property over and over. Make the parents pick up the food, if they want it. Demand a dress code. Accept no excuses. I know it isn’t as simple as it sounds. Tardiness won’t be tolerated. Lock the tardy students out.
Don't forget the unions. They push for less work, less accountability, more cost.

Derbyshire's Rules exist for a reason. If you are white, don't live in a black area. Hell, if you're BLACK, and want to have good schools and good civil governance, don't live in black areas. There is no fixing this in our current political climate. The "culture" of blacks is the same as poor Southern rednecks a century or so ago, as Sowell argues. Mandatory school is an imposition they are being forced into and they fucking hate it. As to the fighting, its an honor culture where even the slightest sign of disrespect must be met with violence to save face. Not that this excuses anything, but it's a huge reason why black inner city schools can't be fixed with more money. I'd guess 90% or more have no fathers at home and were raised by their friends on the streets.
I got kicked out of school and sent to an 'alternative learning center' and whenever the teacher needed to leave the classroom for a minute, all the black kids got up on the desks and basically 'chimped out' as they say. And then the teacher would spend about 5 minutes trying to get them to shut up and sit down while all the asian and white kids just sat there awkwardly looking at each other. Also had a bunch of black girls have a brawl in the cafeteria and then a flood of cops entered and all the girls scattered and one bumped an elderly hall monitor and she fell.

African exchange students are often very hard working and kind people. The American black students often hate them.
Here in Britain the African immigrants are heavily involved in the churches, they have old traditional beliefs and attitudes.

I bet you top dollar all those kids were raised by single mothers who were getting both alimony and child support as well as help from tax payer dollars. Use the police to keep the father out of the home. It started in the black community and slowly it's making it's way every where else. Why else are single mothers celebrated?
My personal experience over the years working in some of the worst areas of East side and south west Detroit is that there are alot of good people that live in what would be considered "the hood" The problem is the entire system is by design supposed to fail. I'm not absolving the parents or children who allow the behavior as described in the teachers post but everything in the city from the city hall to teachers to law enforcement benefits from the chaos and lack of basic standards to live up to. It becomes a perpetual problem for them to justify allocating enormous resources to. They make far too much money by keeping the population where they have them now.
One of the most eye opening things about working in Detroit all these years is learning how much black people REALLY HATEEE when they are out somewhere and black guys from their neighborhoods show up.
