Are you at all concerned this will somehow turn around on us, and end up with them coming after us for our blood ? I know this sounds super zombie apocalypse like. But I’m genuinely wondering if they will try to force some of us to help use our blood to cover up their dirt. I think I’m being paranoid.

Should get more to be prepared. I know some people can play golf with just a hockey stick, but most will do better with an assortment of clubs for a variety of situations. A pump shotgun in 20 or 12 gage will cover that need. A good reliable revolver in 357 can also use 38. A matching lever action rifle in 38/357 gives a little more reach and accuracy without adding a different stockpile of ammo. Everything else will build on that foundation as needs/wants are identified. Need a deer at 200 yards, better add a larger caliber rifle. Want to keep some meat on a songbird, add a 410 or 28 gage. The armed citizens as a whole helps keep tyranny in check. They are a deterrent which is why they want them outlawed.

Relentless promotion of the vaccine in the face of serious and common adverse reactions has been weird, and would not happen with any other medication. Forget statistics: in personal experience it seems everyone knows one or more people that had wierd side effects like side of body going numb or paralyzed, violent vomiting, etc. which you didn't see with "normal" vaccines in the past. Other drugs have been pulled form the market for a lot less.
It all lowers trust in government and health authorities significantly.
A lot of hypotheses have been raised here and elsewhere, but most of them are just hypotheses.
Certainly governments do not like the unvaxed:
Is the government going to sieze our assets and freeze our bank accounts?
Do they want to harvest the blood of the unvaxed?
Or do they want to forcibly (or by stealth) vaxinate us?
Vax mandates and proof-of-vax requirements for restaurant dining and travel are certainly evidence on the side of the "force" hypothesis.

What if you need a transfusion, what would you do? There was a story today here in WA that a baby needed a blood transfusion for surgery. The parents lined up a person from church that was unvaxxed to donate. He did so and then the hospital couldn't locate the blood so they substituted vaxed without the parents permission. Baby got a major blood clot and died 6 days later. Parents suing hospital.

Unfortunately the long term propaganda has convinced most people that medical personnel have to be intelligent to complete their education in the medical sciences. The simple truth is that we credit doctors, nurses and other highly "educated" personnel with a false assumption of intellect. Many are ignorant, lack common sense, uninterested in continuing to pursue knowledge, over worked/burned out, or just plain dumb. There are some highly intelligent people in the medical community, but the strata is spread across different types of intelligence and at different levels. There are dumb people that worked very hard or came from wealthy families that become doctors. The most important asset for a doctor is to speak very confidently about their opinion and people take that as assurance that they know what they are talking about. The training process for doctors is a time tested brain washing technique that instills a false sense of superiority and undeserved confidence in a field of extremely variable sciences. For a doctor to come out and tell you that your blood chemistry is wrong, or your heart rate is abnormal without any previous information about your particular biology is simply guessing based on normal ranges. It takes multiple sets of data to come to any definite conclusions, especially with human beings being so varied in their biology. What is normal for most is not necessarily the same for all. Hell, there are people with all their organs reversed. Heart on the right side, etc. You have to collect data in order to make a hypothesis with any level of accuracy.

I was at a party last night and met a very cool couple. Conservative, based, up-to-speed on current events. But they got vaxxed - he "had" to for work. I just don't get how people who are otherwise aware of the real world we live in, just went out and got vaxxed so they could travel for pleasure or work. When I asked if he was vaxxed, thinking he wasn't based on the words coming from his mouth, I was stunned to hear that he was.
My wife and I literally packed up shop and moved out of state to avoid being vaxxed, leaving behind friends and family. And we don't regret it for a second. Every day the resolve becomes stronger.
I have seen medical staff who are honest about what the vaxx contents are also being fairly certain that there will be no widespread, publicly available tech capable of filtering out all the toxic nasty stuff for many years. By which time those so infected are gonna be mostly gone. So thats grim, but also it doesnt sound like a supply of pure blood is gonna help.

I'm actually of the opinion that what happens is they inserted something into the vaccines to protect them from a future weapon, which allows them to reduce the population of people who will obey and leave them with the most obedient, and then reduce the population of those who don't obey by even more.
