If you further tamper with each vote, you create an additional trail for an Autist like Jovan to detect and follow.
If you happen to be skilled enough to create a perfectly fraudulent edit, the problem is that the sheer number of votes to change would take a lifetime. They do not possess a large enough digital army with the requisite skillset to achieve this in relevant time.
