Problem is most of the time someone who is going to challenge legal precident will be some large national/international firm in the first place. On top of that no one trusts judges to be impartial anymore. So, without someone large and powerful, the average lawyer has to wait to have precedent set so their cases are winnable. Or they have to know the judges lein, which is hard.to.judge these days

The next lawyer told me how he knows Flynn and is dedicated to taking out the Deep State... I was stoked... he never returned my call after explaining his life story of fighting against Comey for an hour and promised he'd do anything to help.
Most lawyers in my area are seemingly cowards.

We are very fond of the Ron Paul curriculum online. We didn't think we could homeschool but after 4th grade, with the RP curriculum, much of the learning can be completed independently by the student. We had good teachers at our local public school and an overall positive experience there until COVID but we have never been happier since we decided to homeschool and now we'll never go back to public or even a private school where the majority of a student's day is spent away from home. Our boy still plays sports in CA. No problems. Hope you're able to stay with us and fight for CA but definitely understand you have to do what you feel is right for your family first.

I would agree accept that the very name "In(voluntary) cel(ibate)" implies you have no choice, whereas you just admitted men are "leaving" which is voluntary. I think that's more MGTOW than "incel".
However, there is an inherent flaw in the entire movement in that MOST (Not All) of the people who take on the name "incel" aren't involuntary at all. They choose not to make the Effort to improve to find someone.
There are "incel" women, as well. However, the difference is, Society/Men expect women to exert the effort and spend the money to make themselves more attractive. Makeup, working out/dieting, clothes, plastic surgery if necessary. If they don't, they're just "dogs" who don't care about themselves, or finding a man. If they complain that men don't find them attractive because they're overweight, not young enough, or ugly, they're berated, denigrated and abused--for being overweight, ugly, and older.
For MOST (not all) of incels, they think they shouldn't have to make any effort to improve. Women should simply accept them as they are (ugly, overweight, broke, old) and if they don't, Women are the problem.....Not Them. We just learned that we did get the bump to Jan 4, from Dec 8. My question is did you or should you try for the religious or medical exemption and continue to fight. The reason I ask is that I am on the fence as to whether I will do that or just say "screw you, because I will refuse to do the testing as it is discriminatory". Just looking for others opinions and it will mean a loss of a 28 year job for me and I am okay with that because I always believe it is in God's hands.
I work for a federal contractor, those that put in for a religious exemption (mine also included points about morals and ethics) all received approval, but they said they could not accommodate, as in have us unclean ones on site because we are hazardous, although we do not become hazardous until dec 8th, and they did approve some people like in finance or certain positions, pick and choose as they pleased. Some class action lawsuits in motion and more once they actually do terminate people. Not sure who’s going to clean up the nuclear waste if 25-35% of the workforce ends up walking. Some are making the tough choice to get the jab though.
So sorry for what you are going through. Also so proud of you guys for sticking up to doing the right thing and not letting the fascists win. I will be praying everyday that this will all end soon.

My son-in-law got his first jab today - he caved because 1) he really doesn’t get what’s going on, and 2) pretty hard for a young guy with a wife, two small kids, a mortgage and a car payment to stand strong against the threat of losing his job. I just pray my daughter stays strong, and I pray what he got was a placebo. This breaks my heart. Bless you that your wife had the courage to walk away.

I might have to file a religious exemption to avoid getting fired to give myself more time then. I'm also planning to move out of California. The shit-hole here just got shittier as they are pushing for vaccine mandates on the kids. With the vaccines for 5-11 year olds already approved for EUA, it's going to be pretty soon before they fully approve it, and a mandate on kids will follow shortly after that.

I am barely hanging on. Test every week. But I will not jab. My husband is due to lose his job dec. 8th. Will see how it turns out. If they don't need good nurses like me who will work hard to take care of everyone vaxxed or unvaxxed. Then I forsee many more people dying in hospitals across the US.
