"Don't look at it!" Indiana Jones averting his gaze from SCOTUS site as rulings drop and liberal heads start exploding in 10 min intervals
Brilliant imagery
Meme material right there
Another ruling I was happy about was Xiulu Ruan v United States. It effectively affirmed that doctors have a right to prescribe medicines for off label use if they feel it would help with the disease in question. As long as the government can't prove they intended to do harm by doing so, they're within their rights. It failed to mention which drugs they prescribed and for what, but this clearly would apply to Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine moving forward. Huge win if you ask me.
This is YUGE! Would have been super beneficial two years ago.
Funny thing is, Trump signed the "Right to Try" during his presidency that stated exactly what they ruled on

I have to work but will check in as I can. Mods, can we get a sticky that houses the opinions as they are released please?
Looks like EPA might not drop today? They added an opinion day for tomorrow

The last big BOOM for the week :)
Federal agencies are unconstitutional and states will be allowed deny them authority if they so wish XD
Or they're disbanded in their entirety. Praying for the latter!
No more ATF?? A boy can dream...
I think we should keep the ATF.
As a corner convenience store.
That sells moonshine, Cuban cigars and automatic firearms 🤣
And explosives. For pest control. Never know when you'll need C-4. Works well on termites, spiders and other vermin. 😁👌
They should probably stock ivermectin too.
Not so well for groundhogs though.
Science can only do so much...
🤣🤣🤣
Don't forget the fishes!
Suppressors….don’t forget suppressors.
ATF = All Trump's Fixes (put them back in place)
I'm gonna open a firearms store and call it the ATF, or "All The Firearms".
I want an ATF in every strip mall plaza and in every city neighborhood
Right now, they're just in located in every militia meeting and glowing brightly in every online forum...🤣😜🍺🍸🔥🚬🚭🔫💣🧨💥
Their tyranny is so retarded this would be absolute justice if it happens
Downvoters love the Burnt up children in Waco.
Didn’t last night Q say, Boom for tomorrow (today)?
sauce or didn't happen xd
Wonder if this would stop the Corps of Engineers from preventing homeowners from bulkheading their property? People around here want to add bulkheads to prevent flooding, to prevent property subsidence, and to keep gators from their backyards.
That would be pretty much earth-shattering wouldn't it?? 😄😄
Dooooo itttttttt 👀
This is a big one!
This is the biggie. I guess tomorrow too then.
Those are all the opinions for today. There will be at least one more opinion day added to the calendar for the remaining cases.
So does that mean WV vs EPA will be tomorrow?
yup yup 👍👍

Interesting that it says "For Further Information Contact: Patricia McCabe"
I wonder if she is related to Andrew McCabe...?
That was a nice head fake imo. I wondered what kind of panic the latest posts may have caused.
It's tomorrow, as u/TaQo pointed out above.
😵💫 agh!
I'd sooner believe hobby astronomers with solar scopes.
6 minutes...6 minutes Dougy fresh we're on...uh uh oh...
The Show! I knew the entire thing way back.
LMAO - Everytime someone says "6 minutes" that's my autoretort. Just like when someone says "It's electric"... I respond with "boogeywoogey".
First a drip then a flood.
Sounds like someone bleeding from their... Whatever.

Oklahoma v Castro-Huerta

This seems like a win
The Torres case is BS, though.
hmm i just skimmed it, I'm not familiar. What are your thoughts?
It's a classic states rights case. I've always been of the mindset that the constitution is very clear that powers not delegated to the federal government go to the states or the people. The federal government should not allow states to be sued based on a law not agreed upon by the states. The case was teetering on a rights act passed in 1994, which the states did not agree to when the constitution was rarified. In my opinion, the states shouldn't be sued by an individual based on a federal law.
I disagree. SCOTUS' opinion on the matter reads sound to me. The states have agreed that the Federal government has the right to provide for the common defense by raising armies. They provide for the common defense of all states by doing so, thus, if they say that when they pull someone up into active duty that employers must honor that and revive their employment (or pay disability) that they must do so. The employer being the state itself only strengthens that argument if you ask me. I'm happy about the ruling. It's a win for veterans.
Yawn ... I don't see what all the fuss is about. It's just the possible elimination of every federal regulatory agency in existence. Is that a big deal or something?
Nothing habbening. waaah
Only two so far that I've seen checking https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/slipopinion/21
I don't care how many or how frequent, I just want to see WV Vs. EPA!!
There won't be any more today.
Thanks, I'll stop refreshing their Opinions page every few minutes lol
Same lol!
I'm sitting on the edge of my seat.........
Thanks for providing this link, QandA.
Why are these called "Opinions" and not Rulings? Why the change in terms now?
Bc the Scotus ruling takes place and a month later their judgment goes thru. Or visa versa. As in RvWade on 7/24 it goes into effect. That's how I read it on the Texas article about the same.
Makes sense. I did not know that. Thanks!!
Torres v Texas Department of Safety
I'll have to dig into that one later

Great one for Vets https://conservativebrief.com/supreme-10-64091/?utm_source=CB&utm_medium=539
I'm enjoying the not so subtle banner on that website. So much for "independent" news and analysis. 🙄
