When I checked, there are 471 named stars. (47)1? There is only one star named "Sirrah" and one star named "Alamak." And they are both within the Andromeda constellation. Almach or "Alamak" officially got its name in 2016, same year Trump was elected. Sirrah's name was also changed to Alpheratz in 2016.

Didn't pay attention to the body differences as there were so many facial and neck differences. I don't have a photo of both side by side and it has been years since the original was seen, so I can't describe each and every difference for you. Also, the original was better at public speaking and publicity. The current one's face is much too narrow, no cheekbones, small mouth, and the neck is too wrinkled. That should get you started.
