There was a short clip of someone at a Trump rally recently who met him briefly and asked if he was Papi Trumpo. Trump replied with a wink and a slight nod and said "maybe".

Not sure this is Trump at all. This is claimed to be a parody page. “Be careful who you follow.”
I have been following this account since 2021(?). Each time he was bounced from Twitter, he was allowed back on. No one else was able to get around the censors like that. Has to be a Trump-affiliated account.
Note: 2021 was such a dark, depressing year for us all. This account provided some needed comic relief. He and Catturd. I have no doubt that Trump and/or his team is behind the account.
