This isn't the first. May chronic pain patients have been refused their pain killers by pharmacists. Know why? That God Damned DEA. You the DEA who lets fentynal in and makes tons of money off of it, and at the same time taking down doctors who help pain patients. Believe me, I have serious degenerate bone disease and arthritis from hell, and my doc has to be careful.
Yep! I pray that you heal and find comfort.
I’ve never known a doc that didn’t have a med that was the answer. How often do docs try to wind down their young adult patients off anxiety meds? Never
Ugh I hate saying this but to the DEA's "credit", they've been cracking down on the Fentanyl as much as they could. It's not their fault skeevy ex junkies like me were still able to source the stuff from CHYNAH via the dark web to help satiate our opioid dependencies. I blame the FDA for allowing things like oxycodone that has a 99% addiction rate when insufflated (fucking used to love me some blue roxies), fly around so freely from 2010 and didn't start getting truly difficult to acquire until the Trump administration came along in 2017-2018.
Trump helped me with my addictions in a way. Anyway just food for thought.
Congratulations on going clean! Although I've never been addicted to any drug, I know how hard it is to stay clean! The brain gets re-wired through the addiction, so it becomes a life-long battle. I think pornography addiction may work the same way, in regards to re-wiring of the brain, but I haven't read any studies of that.
Yes indeed. It was the most difficult psychological battle to convince my brain it was possible to feel joy enough in life sober again but if it could happen to me it could happen to anyone. I always found it peculiar that my sobriety marked the very beginning of my own "Great Awakening".
Well done brother! Don't slack off in your resolve to stay sober! There will be tough times ahead where the little voice (or maybe voices) will try to convince you that you can handle just a little of whatever to get through whatever rough patch you are going through. Substance addiction is definitely a way to stay insulated from reality, so going sober opens up the real world, good and bad, but hopefully, the bad becomes much clearer so easier to avoid. Take care!
Sentara owns pretty much all of the healthcare in my area. Their company policy is that they won't allow any doctors to prescribe any pain medication for anything to anyone. The doctors told me I would just have to get used to the pain.
This is such a mess. Whatever legislator(s) did this should be shot. There is no reason that somebody with a valid pain causing medical issue should be denied pain medicine. I pray you get relief.
I have family members in the same boat. The whole concept of DEA is absurd. If someone is doing something illegal, fine, arrest that person. But to let people suffer and create absurd rules for prescribing instead of letting the doctor do their job is absolute evil.
Lowly pharmacists are NOT FUCKING DOCTORS. They HAVE NOT EXAMINED THE PERSON. They canNOT make medical decisions like this, especially when a real doctor, who has medically inspected the person and determined which drugs are needed for that specific patient.
Fuck these wanna be doctor, drug dealers who wear white coats.
I give you money for an item, then you owe me the item. You don't agree with the doctors telling me this is the correct item to treat a problem you need to change jobs.
Good job asking for her license number. I'm sorry this happened to you, but I'm glad you posted because it will be helpful to someone else. Good idea to be prepared. I hope you're able to get it filled - maybe at a mom and pop shop. Good luck.
If nothing else, perhaps it could be filled by the same pharmacy that fills for America's Frontline Doctors. I think they said the name was Ravko. Or something like that. It's probably at their website.
To add to my comment on refusing for narcotics, I looked it up and it apparently varies quite a bit by state:
Prohibiting or Limiting Refusals
Existing State Laws and Policies:
Eight states—CA, IL, ME, MA, NV, NJ, WA, WI—explicitly require pharmacists or pharmacies to provide medication to patients.
In seven states—AL, DE, NY, NC, OR, PA, TX—pharmacy boards have issued policy statements that allow refusals but prohibit pharmacists from obstructing patient access to medication.
Permitting Refusals
Existing State Laws and Policies: Six states—AZ, AR, GA, ID, MS, and SD—have laws or regulations that specifically allow pharmacies or pharmacists to refuse for religious or moral reasons without critical protections for patients, such as requirements to refer or transfer prescriptions.
Wait wtf why not birth control? I'd be a Deadman if the women I slept with couldn't get access to birth control. And no I'm not just going to "keep it in my pants", I'm far too genetically gifted and good looking for that abstinence shit
Sir, fortunately you're not a dead man, but very unfortunately, all the babies you conceived are dead boys and dead girls since the women you slept with could get access to birth control. This is not to pile on with or against any other topic in the thread, this is just the truth.
No way man! I'm pro life all the way BECAUSE there's so many steps a person can take to avoid actually conceiving a child. Birth control being one of them. You take away birth control or plan B and you force my hand and I'm forced to join the pro choice people again.
Bad news. Birth control drugs have modes of action beyond preventing conception. And plan B is literally "oh whoops make sure if there's anybody in there that they die".
Pro-life means pro-life. "Starting as many lives as I want then making sure they get mowed down ASAP" isn't pro-life. As I said, I am not advocating for or against pharmacists taking any given action, just talking about these facts.
I think it’s possible some do it if they are low on specific meds that their usual monthly customers refill.
For example, you have “X” doses and your regular customers may not be able to refill their meds if a bunch of new patients start trying to fill their prescriptions. I highly doubt this is the case with Ivermectin though.
It should not surprise anyone that our Big Pharma and otters order these pharmacies around. FFS at the local grocery store by me they are jabbing residents and pushing the vax.
One of the pharmacists use to try to push different vaccines on me years before Covid. She would start remembering me as the no vax guy after I put an end to her asking me. It’s not so funny now. I always wonder about the workers as well.
Yes. In theory it's to protect you from getting a toxic combination or overdose by mistake, like if your dentist gives you valium and so does the hospital after you break a leg. Also, you can't force people to do stuff they don't want to do, like decorate a gay cake, so everybody has that right.
LOL, you could always just embarass/shame them by loudly telling them your scabies are all over your butt - do you ask all your customers to drop their pants before filling a Rx?
Unforgivable. I can report that CVS fulfilled my prescription for ivermectin...but I got more from Americas Front Line Doctors...just in case. I have spoken to family and friends who have reported having to go to 5+ docs in order to get ivermectin...100% report recovering almost immediately after getting it. My entire family was back to normal in 48 hours.
One of our daughters got immediate recovery from the virus by being treated with HCQ & ivermectin. She is unvaccinated, unfortunately our 2 other daughters and son took the jab. 💔 We didn't raise them to be sheep...praying they will WAKE up!
Would you mind sharing the dosage directions on the bottle/box? I bought ivermectin when I was in Mexico a few weeks ago but don’t have any dosage directions. Each box contains 4 tablets.
'we have these things in stock.. but dont sell them'
Why do you have them in stock then.. are these purely decorative? Do they function as furniture perhaps?
You dont have to dig very deep to see signs of organized crime everywhere in the medical field, particularly right now. And yes, right down to the local pharmacist or clinic in every town and city.
I'm happy to take horse medicines that horseowners give to their million dollar horses, because I have more confidence in their safety and efficacy. I took 2/3 of my recommended by weight dosage of my first horse ivermectin a few hours ago. I took the partial dose because 1. it is my first time with it and 2. I'm not sick, unless I have unknown parasites.
Mine is Eqvalan brand and it has a plastic collar on the threaded end of the plunger, which is calibrated in kilos. https://files.catbox.moe/2e2twm.jpg
You dont need to measure anything. Get the "paste" (gel) and its plunger has a locking nut on plunger. Just set it close to your bodyweight. It has 50 lb increments. Simple.
If its duvet brand it has a plunger with notches. If not the it's the size divided into the lbs it treats. So ounces divided into 1200lb horse. You arent taking a whole tube at once.
Thank you for this! I had been avoiding pharmacies that wouldn't prescribe but maybe the better strategy is to take the fight to them and hold them to account.
I'm glad you're standing up to them, we need everyone to do so. If you cant get it filled at a pharmacy, try a feed store. I know my mom has baught it for our dogs.
I trust the stuff from the feed store more, the assholes in the deep state care more about their horses than they do us and the Pharmacy stuff might start to get tainted. Just me
I'm also a fan of ivermectin paste for horses. Not crazy about the taste but other than some rather awful "apple" flavoring, it is as pure as any human pharmaceutical drug. Pure ivermectin and flavoring, no added chemicals or unsafe for humans stuff added. My local Tractor Supply store has removed it from their website, but not from the store. Picked some up on Monday, and the clerk said she had to ask if I'm using it for horses. I said of course I am. If she'd asked what kind of horse I would have told her it's for my Unicorn. She didn't ask.
I love unicorns, I could even take a picture, too late for me I didn't tell them that.
Actually I told them I use the gel for my dogs itchy butt, and that is the truth. Topically on a dog is usually acceptable, it kills scabies and lice and is WAY cheaper than Rid. Just good to know for those that don't, not necessarily you.
As a prescriber, this infuriates me. We prescribe things for off label use many times. Who is the pharmacist to decide what I have deemed appropriate for my patient? Since they’ve started getting PhD’s there has been a definite attitude shift.
Also - I have to provide my full name and NPI when calling in/sending a prescription - where does she get off not providing her full name? 🤬
These people are insane.
Look no further than the .gov agencies. They made the calls to the pharmacy boards to shut HCQ down last year. It appears now big business (Walgreens, etc) is just continuing the bullshit with a cover story of public health best interests.
Yes, you prescribe off label a huge percentage of the time. However, those aren’t directly cutting off billions from the vaccine manufacturers. They will stop at nothing to silence the truth.
The ironic thing is that they will easily give testosterone injection for a 1 year old who’s parents think she’s a boy or estrogen to a 6 year old boy literally without a thought. They do this because some of them love the dr Frankenstein feel other do it because denying that prescription would put you in the news. Pharmacist fill prescriptions all day long for off label use such as gabapentin for restless leg syndrome without a second glance.
She is required to have a license on display. I’d contact the board of pharmacy in that state they have to investigate all complaints
EVERYONE needs to stop using corporate pharmacy's. Use a local pharmacy like smaller family own ones. They will fill it! Even if they don't have it on hand they will order it in within 24hrs. Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, etc are all politicized.
I messaged my doctor on Sunday hoping she would get back to me on Monday about if she prescribes Ivermectin or Hydroxychloroquine and still haven't heard back from her. I was just thinking I could save money if she prescribes it instead of going to a source outside from her. But if she doesn't get back to me tomorrow morning then I will contact America's Frontline Doctors about getting Ivermectin.
My daughter's fiance got sick the day after they both came to visit, within a few days he was feeling better but then my daughter is now sick. I gave them both Quercetin, zinc, vitamins C & D3. Gave it to him when he got a fever, and made my daughter take it before she got sick, but I think it was too late, that she was already had it in her system.
I've been taking the Quercetin only a few days before they came, though I was already taking the other supplements. I had to order and wait for the Quercetin to come in the mail. Local stores don't have any. Everyone now is buying it & the other supplements so it's hard to find locally. I went to GNC online (in store they don't have it in my area anyway) where they were having B1G1 free sale.
But now I feel like I'm getting sick myself, I can't be having my head stuffed up it may bring on my Meniere's episodes, which are so horrible! I didn't start feeling it coming on till tonight, so I took an extra Quercetin & vitamin D3, along with ibuprofen, chlortab (allergy med, I can't take sudefed), and have been drinking herbal teas I have for helping swelling & over all wellbeing.
Thanks Restore for sharing this information, I'll know not to get it sent to be filled at Walgreens. We usually get our prescriptions filled at Publix, does anyone know if they will fill Ivermectin there or what pharmacies will fill this medicine? I may have to call Publix and ask.
I am no doctor & do not suggest anyone try what I did that worked for me & my fam.
For myself I took liquid quinine & 300mg of a high absorption zinc three times a day for two days & 10k IU Vit D.
Knocked it right out in 18-36 hours (I felt much better the next morning).
Type 1 diabetes usually has me much more ill for longer than most in the fam & they are all believers in short term high dose Zinc with Ionophores now.
Taking I too much zinc can remove copper from your system, so if you are worried about it then take some copper too.
It has been an interesting topic in our fam since I started doing it.
edit: This seems to work well for all head/chest colds we have had too, as well as sinus infections. May or may not be coof related, though it certainly has been drastically different for us.
If you get desperate Tractor Supply has the horse one. Although you have to be careful about the dosing because it is very concentrated. I haven’t taken it yet, but that’s been my backup plan if I need it and can’t get it (so not medical advice).
Yeah I bought 2 online at tractor supply, so have them just in case. They don’t have any in our local store. I thought I heard you could also rub it into your skin instead of swallowing it, do you know by any chance?
Still haven’t heard back from my doctor, which pisses me off, so I may get in contact with AFD today. Of course what I feared would happen is I’m having vertigo starting early this morning, took my meds for it and thankfully went back to sleep for a few more hours, but its still here hovering for a chance to knock me on my butt. I’m glad I took that extra Quercetin & D3 last night, I will start the protocol for bumping up my dosages on them today. Other than the vertigo, my throat is a bit scratchy & my head has some pressure (maybe a little nasal drip happening). But I will try to stay on top of it so I don’t get worse 🤞 Just drank some more herbal tea (chamomile & turmeric with ginger teas together) with some local honey. Oh I also took a steroid last night we still had a few hanging around (it’s good for my Meniere’s when my ear fills up). We actually still had some antibiotic & steroids (just a few from a long time ago, I’m sure they are expired but we still use them). Gave them to our daughter last night. She’s feeling a bit better today, thankfully.
And of course our AC is acting up and it’s 80 degrees in the house, with a temp likely to hit 100 and humid. Well that’s the south for ya.
Sadly, many pharmacists are caught up in a position much the same as doctors. Fall in line with corporate orders (this is a corporate policy because they will fill the Rx for parasitic infections) or be terminated.
I’m not making excuses for doctors and pharmacists because many are stupid fucking idiots who are pushing vaxxes and believe everything the CDC and FDA puts out. They deserve to be fucked hard at the end off this saga. Will they be? I don’t know.
However, just know there are good ones trying to get out of their shitty jobs. They are fighting to wake up the others and pushing back against the system. They have bills to pay and families to feed, just like you.
I agree. It shouldn’t be unless it poses a specific risk to the patient. That’s their angle. Do I agree? Nope. If a medication dose is safe then it’s safe, regardless of indication. That’s my opinion anyway. The police state mentality needs to end.
Stop using fucking Walgreens and chain pharmacies. That’s my take home message.
But they’ll totally hand over a prescription for controlled narcotics to a patient that they KNOW is an addict, prescribed by a doctor they KNOW is corrupt.
Did a pharmacy deny you a prescription for medication your doctor prescribed you for treatment of COVID-19? Are you a physician who wrote a prescription for medication to treat COVID-19 that was denied by a pharmacy? Are you a pharmacist that has been prohibited (or hassled) from filling a prescription for medication to treat COVID-19 by corporate policies? If you fit one of these three criteria and would like to join AFLDS as a plaintiff in a lawsuit at no cost to you, please provide us with the following information. (This information will be kept confidential unless you choose otherwise.)
Pharmacy's have been pretty militant about Sudafed - NY has a database they input your drivers license information into. All under the guise of meth-making. But unquestionably fill narcotic scripts for my addicted cousin.
Because they don’t want the local boys making all the money, that’s why. If you didn’t know, the clowns in America are the number one drug trafficking entity in the world. The other dirty cops like the fibbers are just along for support.
BTW, the really ironic thing is this: who do you think showed these country fucks how to make meth in the first place? Hint, it wasn’t the local science teacher.
my greatest disappointment in 2020 was realizing medicine and science had become so political. I used to have such great respect for both institutions.
Sounds like our local CVS. They refused my wife. Said too many side effects. She asked what? They said DEATH!
It's BS that they don't want to help people especially when a doc writes the script. HCQ and Ivermectin is the cure for Coronaviruses. We are sorry this hurts Pfizer's profits. But we need the cures!
They didn't mark it up. It currently costs $70 to $85 for a box of 20 tablets. It appears Walgreens, Walmart and CVS all got contract pricing ahead of time ... how convenient if so. Great pricing to not pass on.
Just in case you did not know, America's Frontline Doctors are fighting the pharmacies denying medication. https://americasfrontlinedoctors.org/pharmacy-plaintiff-intake-form/
Those guys are great. I hope they have more help joining their ranks.
Make a HUGE display of this.
Buy a white T-Shirt and write on it:
They are the only group in America that cares about saving lives.
Donate to them. It's on their page.
It’s about fkn time these pharmacists and docs are held accountable for denying meds and pushing others

This shit red pilled a teacher I know grew up with horses
Remembers ivermectin was fda approved and originally for people
She is having a breakdown but like most of us refuses to lie and pretend it’s not true
I've had horses for 30 years.last one died a year ago. We gave the ivermectin to every animal we had. Nothing ever went wrong.
I've gotten it in my mouth many times.im still alive.
This is not true this is human medication also it is used constantly for human consumption

Good job asking for her license number. I'm sorry this happened to you, but I'm glad you posted because it will be helpful to someone else. Good idea to be prepared. I hope you're able to get it filled - maybe at a mom and pop shop. Good luck.
Walk into that Walgreens and take a picture of their license on the wall, they have to display it...
We don’t have mom and pop pharmacies here :(

Have pharmacists always had the option to refuse to fill prescriptions or is this a new coof thing? Serious question.
To add to my comment on refusing for narcotics, I looked it up and it apparently varies quite a bit by state:
Prohibiting or Limiting Refusals
Permitting Refusals
Source: https://nwlc.org/resources/pharmacy-refusals-101/ (a legal website aiming to combat pharmacists for refusing contraception - but has good information on this topic)
many of these laws were put in place by the corrupt 'drug warriors' and also religious rightwing freaks.
Nothing wrong with denying birth control and opioids.
Deported
Downvoting both of you, because pharmacists are supposed to deliver the medication a doctor prescribes. That's their job.
Wait wtf why not birth control? I'd be a Deadman if the women I slept with couldn't get access to birth control. And no I'm not just going to "keep it in my pants", I'm far too genetically gifted and good looking for that abstinence shit

This is the best way. Have someone record you making your voice heard, and do it when the pharmacy has a big line. Post that shit all over.
😂😂😂👍🏻
Set up some sort of database to collect these types of situation so a lawsuit can be put in motion.
I agree NO MORE MEDICAL TYRANNY.

Living up to your name, I see. Thank you so much! ;-)
It is based on weight - but I was to take 7 x 3mg tablets a day for 5 days.
'we have these things in stock.. but dont sell them'
Why do you have them in stock then.. are these purely decorative? Do they function as furniture perhaps?

Yep I took some too and didnt die.
What do you use to measure it out and where did you find a conversion on how much? Curious for own purposes.
.6mg/kg is the dosage.
That high? I thought they reccomend .2mg as prevention and .4mg for 5 days in a row if you are sick. But either way .6mg is still safe.
Mine is Eqvalan brand and it has a plastic collar on the threaded end of the plunger, which is calibrated in kilos. https://files.catbox.moe/2e2twm.jpg
Very nice photo! Thanks.
Very helpful, thanks!
You dont need to measure anything. Get the "paste" (gel) and its plunger has a locking nut on plunger. Just set it close to your bodyweight. It has 50 lb increments. Simple.
Got it, thanks!
That's not the optimal dosage strategy.
It's been listed on here a dozen times if you do a search. 1 notch per 50lbs
Sorry wasn't aware. 1 notch...ok. Didnt know squeeze tubes had notches.
If its duvet brand it has a plunger with notches. If not the it's the size divided into the lbs it treats. So ounces divided into 1200lb horse. You arent taking a whole tube at once.
Didnt figure I'd gulping an entire tube. Duvet brand though, thats helpful. Thanks!
It would be very useful to have Walgreen corporate have to make an official statement on this.
Thank you for this! I had been avoiding pharmacies that wouldn't prescribe but maybe the better strategy is to take the fight to them and hold them to account.

I thought I heard the Canadian supplier quit making it recently causes all stock to dry up.

Also - I have to provide my full name and NPI when calling in/sending a prescription - where does she get off not providing her full name? 🤬 These people are insane.
BBB, and other locations to complain as well. Go woke...
LoL I can't u see this name.
EVERYONE needs to stop using corporate pharmacy's. Use a local pharmacy like smaller family own ones. They will fill it! Even if they don't have it on hand they will order it in within 24hrs. Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid, etc are all politicized.
Time to call your local Walgreens and find out what they're saying...
Can she be charged criminally? Wouldn’t the quality as failure to provide the necessities of life?
Good for you! Thanks for your bravery in pursuing it.
She needs to be jailed for life fuck that cunt 1000% done with these people
You have to file it with the Pharmacy Board.
SUE THEM.
Sue this is the only way.
Must be a rogue pharmacist. I had covid last week and got my invermectin prescription just fine from Walgreens.
But they’ll totally hand over a prescription for controlled narcotics to a patient that they KNOW is an addict, prescribed by a doctor they KNOW is corrupt.
I used to be a pharm tech back in the day.
Maybe this comment should be stickied in this thread.
Frontline Doctors is recruiting people for a lawsuit specifically if you have been denied a prescription being filled by a pharmacy.

From their site:
Pharmacy's have been pretty militant about Sudafed - NY has a database they input your drivers license information into. All under the guise of meth-making. But unquestionably fill narcotic scripts for my addicted cousin.
Makes me wonder the real reason for this bs...
What State?
my greatest disappointment in 2020 was realizing medicine and science had become so political. I used to have such great respect for both institutions.
Also give them a reason for needing ivermectin and don't mention covid and you should be good I think
Your physician has to do that and the amount needed for Covid is suspect to bad pharmacists.
Buddies pharmacy in Henderson Nevada will deliver it. I think tjey marked it up but we bought it.
They didn't mark it up. It currently costs $70 to $85 for a box of 20 tablets. It appears Walgreens, Walmart and CVS all got contract pricing ahead of time ... how convenient if so. Great pricing to not pass on.
Go in there and ask for it, record, be polite.
GOOD WORK
