Plus you don't have to take others word on the shape of the Earth. There are experiments you can reproduce yourself to show the curvature of the Earth, as well as simple observations you can make and reasonably deduce this conclusion from.

Absolutely. I recommend David Weiss' interviews he does with skeptics as some of the best material out there when dealing with the common ideas you'll find in debunk vids. They are usually 1-2 hours in length, so you need to set aside some time.
EwarAnon's stuff is great but that's like 10+ hours of material --- too much for normies and he doesn't directly tackle many of the alleged "debunks" that the establishment likes to regurgitate (eclipses, seasons, moon, etc.).

Do you have an open mind? Are you interested in learning or are you out searching for reasons to maintain your present beliefs? It makes all the difference in the world. Here are some brief answers for you to evaluate.
Sphere rotation: Which FE'er told you the globe doesn't spin at different speeds? Name him/her please. All the people I listed make no such claim. There are dozens of "fake" FE'ers out there - it's a mine field. I listed 3 of the best. None of them make such a claim.
Seasons - On the FE model, the sun transits annually back and forth from the Tropic of Cancer to Tropic of Capricorn. The equator is the halfway point between the transits - hence this region doesn't experience seasons. When the sun is nearest the Tropic of Cancer, the northern hemisphere has warmer weather, the southern cooler. And vice versa when the sun draws nearest to the Tropic of Capricorn. If you don't understand the FE model, you need to watch some videos to see what it looks like.
Solar Eclipses - The solar eclipse is simple to explain. As both the sun and moon are roughly 3300 miles away (not 225,000 and 93,000,000 miles away), sometimes the moon moves in front of the sun and eclipses it. This is not complicated Ancient civilizations knew this thousands of years ago. Our NASA experts still use the ancient methods of calculations to predict them both.
Lunar Eclipses - This is a more complex explanation. There are several videos of the lunar eclipse where the rising sun can be seen in the distance while the lunar eclipse is occurring. That would be impossible in the globe model as the sun is alleged to be directly "behind" the earth casting the earth's shadow on the moon. Again, you can watch these videos and evaluate for yourself. How can you witness the lunar eclipse and yet also be able to see the rising sun within the same frame of reference? I happen to believe in the existence of something long called "The black sun". It's a stretch for a noob to even entertain this idea, so I don't explain it often. There's a video of a free mason demonstrating the entire FE model including the influence of the black sun. Very interesting, but impossible to prove at this stage
Moon phases - The moon is self-luminous. Very simple. It's impossible for a sphere to be a "reflective body". You can test this for yourself with say a silver ball. Any bright light aimed at it will cause the light to be condensed to a small point, much like a magnifying glass reflecting bright sun. Also, the "black sun" influences the phases as well.
The FE model doesn't believe the sun, moon (or planets and stars) are flying rocks in outer space held in orbit by phantom gravity. That's the first hurdle you'll have to contemplate. In ancient times, all the planets were known as "wandering stars". Every picture you've ever seen by NASA are "images", never "photographs". They are CGI "artist renderings". NASA reluctantly admits this on all but two images - 1972 "blue marble" and 2003 ISS image. Sadly, the two "images" don't even resemble one another. Again, you can go watch and see for yourself. Are the sun and moon lights? Light sources of something elsewhere? Are they plasmas of some sort? We don't know. We don't have a $53Million dollar a day budget to know for sure.
Frankly, we should have MILLIONS of images and videos of earth "rotating and floating in space" if the globe model were true. The globie argument is that the ISS isn't far enough "out there" to take full pictures/videos like the alleged Apollo missions. But yet, they can allegedly take pictures of Jupiter, Mars, Saturn, Neptune, etc. with their supposed "Hubble Telescope". Well which is it? If Hubble is far enough "out there", it could be easily turned back toward Earth and thousands of pictures and videos could be produced. But there are none.
You can watch alleged ISS missions of astronauts doing their various "space walks" with an apparent Earth rotating in the background. If you go critically watch these, you'll see virtually no "land" and essentially a blue ball mostly covered in white clouds the entire time. They're just pure nonsense CGI. It's so obvious once you watch with a critical eye.
Anyway - there are your short answers from a non-agent, non-coward, honest FE researcher. The FE'ers don't have all the answers. As with virtually any "conspiracy theory", we can determine what is NOT TRUE, but we can't always tell you what IS TRUE simply because that information is hidden from the masses.
Just one: the moon is not a shiny ball. It's a rough ball of material that is close to white. I've looked at it through a very good telescope, and it was basically spherical and looked a lot like a ball of plaster. I could see that the center was closer and the surface curved around. I could see individual craters and see that they were curved around at the edges of the face I was looking at.
Because of the irregularities of motion, we can actually see more than half of the moon. Sometimes we see more towards one edge than the other. There are photos to prove this. Anyone can buy a good telescope and document it for themselves.
Lies? Most of that missive were guesses, estimates, probable theories. Once again, we know what is NOT true, but have to do a lot of theorizing as to what is true. One thing is certain, what we've been told are outright lies and deceptions from the "experts" and "authorities". The list is endless.
It's the convexity of the an actual ball/sphere that is NOT reflective in nature.
The story of the "dark side of the moon" is just too improbably "perfect" to make any sense. It's like the "perfect" story that the moon is 400 times closer than the sun and just fortunately, also 400 times smaller. That's a "story" that's not even close to have ever been proven. It's far easier to use your own eyes and notice that they both appear to be relatively the same size and distance from us.
And further, knowing all the 3-letter and 4-letter agencies that are lying, I can't for a moment trust NASA. They haven't earned it.

Okay, why couldn’t I see it without binoculars? Also a fish eye lens doesn’t eliminate portions of the image, it’s distorts them. You should still be able to see the Vegas skyline in the bottom of the lens if the earth was flat.
Watch it again and look how many cuts they make in the video just in that minute (6-7 mark). Why? As for the beginning part, they aren't any higher up in that shot than what you'd see from an airplane right there. Easy to spot. Also, the use of the "fish-eye lens" in a couple "cuts" later gives the appearance of curvature, where none exists.
In fairness, we should have thousands of CONTINUOUS, uncut, unedited videos of the ISS orbiting the earth where we can easily identify each landmass, each continent, etc. The ISS allegedly orbits the entire earth roughly every 90 minutes. They could produce 15 one-orbit videos a day - ad infinitum. But they don't for some reason?
The old sea-faring captains in days of yore estimated the sun and moon were approximately 3000 miles away. That's how they calibrated their sextants to navigate the high seas. In more recent times, a mysterious video was released by an alleged free mason and he stated they were both 3300 miles away (there's that "33") and that their diameters were each 32 miles. I think you can find that video on David Weiss' DITRH or "Flat Earth, Sun, Moon and Zodiac App" YT channels mentioned above.

Parts of the world outside that light are night. I think your confusion is you are trying to visualize a flat plane floating in space being lit by an enormous star. But you can measure the angle of the sun from two different locations and figure the distance of the sun using trigonometry. It's exactly the same as a surveyor figuring the width of a pond. The sun is about 93,000,000 miles away.

My big red flags on FE are that the talking points FE people have include:
1.) There's so many lies out there. Everything is a lie. Therefore this theory which states that must be true.

2.) They harp on about seeing things for themselves with their own eyes, but then they all also believe in an Ice Wall in Antarctica that has never been seen or photographed. This stems from other conspiracy theories about Antarctica and you begin to see them same problem... Why does Antarctica conspiracy immediately mean FE? Why not just focus on Antarctica and see where it goes?

We cannot measure the Earth's curvature. We know what the curvature should be (8 inches per mile^2) So at 2 miles away, there should be a 32inch drop.

After many, many hours of research I can honestly say that I am not convinced the earth is a globe. I don't know what to believe anymore.
I can't observe the curvature of the earth where I think it should be.
Flat earthers use this formula for the expected curvature of the earth relative to the observer - 8 inches per mile squared (8*(miles^2)). I have seen it debated heavily that this formula is oversimplified. Globers argue that it is only accurate up to around 100 miles, then it becomes several inches off. That's a silly argument though, because at 100 miles the expected curvature would be a drop of 100 squared * 8 inches (80,000 inches / 12 = 6,666 feet). Inches don't matter at that point. You don't need to go up to or beyond 100 miles to reasonably observe the curvature of the earth. I have seen several videos of experiments using various lights over vast distances (over 50 miles). I don't understand how they are visible and measurable over great distances as these lights and the people shining them and the ground they are standing on should be completely obscured by the curvature of the earth relative to the observer... and yet they are clearly visible. There are versions of this that compensate for the height of the observer as well.

I approached an engineer and very well-rounded person I know to get their take on some of these arguments. He has been very fascinated to explore the radical ideas of flat earth. He hasn't been able to disprove it, yet. He also doesn't buy into it as he is a big fan of the ISS. I haven't shown him all the videos attempting to debunk the ISS (showing the harnesses/wires, green screen glitches, bubbles in space, etc).
It's interesting to see the varied beliefs around here. For example, there are undoubtedly many who believe we never went to the moon but still believe the earth is a globe.

I'm undecided on this point, but it is very fascinating. One certainly should not believe in flat earth because some person who appears to be very intelligent made videos about why the earth is flat, and they have done thousands of hours of research and are totally convinced it is true.
Confirmation bias can be incredibly challenging to overcome and observe in ourselves. It is an overwhelmingly powerful force that shapes our perception of everything. Most people will never admit to theirs, or be open to admit that their reality is shaped by it. It's that powerful.
One must be open to all arguments and perspectives. If you take in all the arguments of flat earth (there are TONS, I'm sure I haven't seen them all), some very powerful questions will be raised in the minds of most people. Sure, most people aren't scientists... but the very worst case scenario is that more people study science and learn more things. I think it's a healthy question. Science isn't science unless everything within it can be challenged.

There’s much more you can do beyond the boat over the horizon. To assume the earth is flat is to assume an incredibly coordinated, global movement that includes hundreds of thousands of employees of research facilities, not just NASA, not just in the US, but every major country with any sort of astronomer network all actively lying, from the astronauts to lowly workers.

Show me a plane trip from S. America to S. Africa that's less than 24 hours. Gravity...there is no gravity. The diameter of the earth was calculated in ancient times based on sun angles. A flat earth would not have given the same results.

Absolutely. I recommend David Weiss' interviews he does with skeptics as some of the best material out there when dealing with the common ideas you'll find in debunk vids. They are usually 1-2 hours in length, so you need to set aside some time.
EwarAnon's stuff is great but that's like 10+ hours of material --- too much for normies and he doesn't directly tackle many of the alleged "debunks" that the establishment likes to regurgitate (eclipses, seasons, moon, etc.).

The problem with writing words to skeptics is that they have no effect. I've tried many times in the past.
Do you have an open mind? Are you interested in learning or are you out searching for reasons to maintain your present beliefs? It makes all the difference in the world. Here are some brief answers for you to evaluate.
Sphere rotation: Which FE'er told you the globe doesn't spin at different speeds? Name him/her please. All the people I listed make no such claim. There are dozens of "fake" FE'ers out there - it's a mine field. I listed 3 of the best. None of them make such a claim.
Seasons - On the FE model, the sun transits annually back and forth from the Tropic of Cancer to Tropic of Capricorn. The equator is the halfway point between the transits - hence this region doesn't experience seasons. When the sun is nearest the Tropic of Cancer, the northern hemisphere has warmer weather, the southern cooler. And vice versa when the sun draws nearest to the Tropic of Capricorn. If you don't understand the FE model, you need to watch some videos to see what it looks like.
Solar Eclipses - The solar eclipse is simple to explain. As both the sun and moon are roughly 3300 miles away (not 225,000 and 93,000,000 miles away), sometimes the moon moves in front of the sun and eclipses it. This is not complicated Ancient civilizations knew this thousands of years ago. Our NASA experts still use the ancient methods of calculations to predict them both.
Lunar Eclipses - This is a more complex explanation. There are several videos of the lunar eclipse where the rising sun can be seen in the distance while the lunar eclipse is occurring. That would be impossible in the globe model as the sun is alleged to be directly "behind" the earth casting the earth's shadow on the moon. Again, you can watch these videos and evaluate for yourself. How can you witness the lunar eclipse and yet also be able to see the rising sun within the same frame of reference? I happen to believe in the existence of something long called "The black sun". It's a stretch for a noob to even entertain this idea, so I don't explain it often. There's a video of a free mason demonstrating the entire FE model including the influence of the black sun. Very interesting, but impossible to prove at this stage
Moon phases - The moon is self-luminous. Very simple. It's impossible for a sphere to be a "reflective body". You can test this for yourself with say a silver ball. Any bright light aimed at it will cause the light to be condensed to a small point, much like a magnifying glass reflecting bright sun. Also, the "black sun" influences the phases as well.
The FE model doesn't believe the sun, moon (or planets and stars) are flying rocks in outer space held in orbit by phantom gravity. That's the first hurdle you'll have to contemplate. In ancient times, all the planets were known as "wandering stars". Every picture you've ever seen by NASA are "images", never "photographs". They are CGI "artist renderings". NASA reluctantly admits this on all but two images - 1972 "blue marble" and 2003 ISS image. Sadly, the two "images" don't even resemble one another. Again, you can go watch and see for yourself. Are the sun and moon lights? Light sources of something elsewhere? Are they plasmas of some sort? We don't know. We don't have a $53Million dollar a day budget to know for sure.
Frankly, we should have MILLIONS of images and videos of earth "rotating and floating in space" if the globe model were true. The globie argument is that the ISS isn't far enough "out there" to take full pictures/videos like the alleged Apollo missions. But yet, they can allegedly take pictures of Jupiter, Mars, Saturn, Neptune, etc. with their supposed "Hubble Telescope". Well which is it? If Hubble is far enough "out there", it could be easily turned back toward Earth and thousands of pictures and videos could be produced. But there are none.
You can watch alleged ISS missions of astronauts doing their various "space walks" with an apparent Earth rotating in the background. If you go critically watch these, you'll see virtually no "land" and essentially a blue ball mostly covered in white clouds the entire time. They're just pure nonsense CGI. It's so obvious once you watch with a critical eye.
Anyway - there are your short answers from a non-agent, non-coward, honest FE researcher. The FE'ers don't have all the answers. As with virtually any "conspiracy theory", we can determine what is NOT TRUE, but we can't always tell you what IS TRUE simply because that information is hidden from the masses.

Just one: the moon is not a shiny ball. It's a rough ball of material that is close to white. I've looked at it through a very good telescope, and it was basically spherical and looked a lot like a ball of plaster. I could see that the center was closer and the surface curved around. I could see individual craters and see that they were curved around at the edges of the face I was looking at.
Because of the irregularities of motion, we can actually see more than half of the moon. Sometimes we see more towards one edge than the other. There are photos to prove this. Anyone can buy a good telescope and document it for themselves.
Lies? Most of that missive were guesses, estimates, probable theories. Once again, we know what is NOT true, but have to do a lot of theorizing as to what is true. One thing is certain, what we've been told are outright lies and deceptions from the "experts" and "authorities". The list is endless.
It's the convexity of the an actual ball/sphere that is NOT reflective in nature.
The story of the "dark side of the moon" is just too improbably "perfect" to make any sense. It's like the "perfect" story that the moon is 400 times closer than the sun and just fortunately, also 400 times smaller. That's a "story" that's not even close to have ever been proven. It's far easier to use your own eyes and notice that they both appear to be relatively the same size and distance from us.

Oh dear. Please tell me you can see that every image is distorted with a fish eye lens. This alone practically proves they are covering up the flat earth.
Okay, why couldn’t I see it without binoculars? Also a fish eye lens doesn’t eliminate portions of the image, it’s distorts them. You should still be able to see the Vegas skyline in the bottom of the lens if the earth was flat.
Watch it again and look how many cuts they make in the video just in that minute (6-7 mark). Why? As for the beginning part, they aren't any higher up in that shot than what you'd see from an airplane right there. Easy to spot. Also, the use of the "fish-eye lens" in a couple "cuts" later gives the appearance of curvature, where none exists.
In fairness, we should have thousands of CONTINUOUS, uncut, unedited videos of the ISS orbiting the earth where we can easily identify each landmass, each continent, etc. The ISS allegedly orbits the entire earth roughly every 90 minutes. They could produce 15 one-orbit videos a day - ad infinitum. But they don't for some reason?
The old sea-faring captains in days of yore estimated the sun and moon were approximately 3000 miles away. That's how they calibrated their sextants to navigate the high seas. In more recent times, a mysterious video was released by an alleged free mason and he stated they were both 3300 miles away (there's that "33") and that their diameters were each 32 miles. But you can measure the angle of the sun from two different locations and figure the distance of the sun using trigonometry. It's exactly the same as a surveyor figuring the width of a pond. The sun is about 93,000,000 miles away.

We cannot measure the Earth's curvature. We know what the curvature should be (8 inches per mile^2) So at 2 miles away, there should be a 32inch drop. 10 miles, 67 feet. 20 miles, over 250 feet of drop.
If the earth has this curvature, then this is exactly what we'd measure at distance. Yet... we don't measure any drop over distance. Why is that?

I actually just came across the flat-earth "conspiracy theory" a few weeks ago. I was like "What the actual F"!!!?? There are people who believe the earth is flat?!?!? Are you kidding me????? After many, many hours of research I can honestly say that I am not convinced the earth is a globe. I don't know what to believe anymore. I can't observe the curvature of the earth where I think it should be. Flat earthers use this formula for the expected curvature of the earth relative to the observer - 8 inches per mile squared (8*(miles^2)). I have seen it debated heavily that this formula is oversimplified. Globers argue that it is only accurate up to around 100 miles, then it becomes several inches off. That's a silly argument though, because at 100 miles the expected curvature would be a drop of 100 squared * 8 inches (80,000 inches / 12 = 6,666 feet). Inches don't matter at that point. You don't need to go up to or beyond 100 miles to reasonably observe the curvature of the earth. I have seen several videos of experiments using various lights over vast distances (over 50 miles). I don't understand how they are visible and measurable over great distances as these lights and the people shining them and the ground they are standing on should be completely obscured by the curvature of the earth relative to the observer... and yet they are clearly visible. There are versions of this that compensate for the height of the observer as well.
Interesting. I think this is a very fun topic. I approached an engineer and very well-rounded person I know to get their take on some of these arguments. He has been very fascinated to explore the radical ideas of flat earth. He hasn't been able to disprove it, yet. He also doesn't buy into it as he is a big fan of the ISS. I haven't shown him all the videos attempting to debunk the ISS (showing the harnesses/wires, green screen glitches, bubbles in space, etc). It's interesting to see the varied beliefs around here. For example, there are undoubtedly many who believe we never went to the moon but still believe the earth is a globe.
Very interesting stuff. I don't think it's useful to just dismiss people who believe in the flat earth as shills, dumb, or gullible. Being that this a Q forum, much of the population of the earth would ridicule you for being a "qanon moron". I don't think attacking one another is useful at all. I'm undecided on this point, but it is very fascinating. One certainly should not believe in flat earth because some person who appears to be very intelligent made videos about why the earth is flat, and they have done thousands of hours of research and are totally convinced it is true.
Confirmation bias can be incredibly challenging to overcome and observe in ourselves. It is an overwhelmingly powerful force that shapes our perception of everything. Most people will never admit to theirs, or be open to admit that their reality is shaped by it. It's that powerful. One must be open to all arguments and perspectives. If you take in all the arguments of flat earth (there are TONS, I'm sure I haven't seen them all), some very powerful questions will be raised in the minds of most people. Sure, most people aren't scientists... but the very worst case scenario is that more people study science and learn more things. I think it's a healthy question. Science isn't science unless everything within it can be challenged.

I’ve looked at the stories, videos & explanations as to why this has all gained traction sts. As a career Aerospace Engineer of course I can’t take it seriously. The timing of when this all started gaining traction mirrors Trump’s rise to power, and the c1a’s need to discredit any “conspiracy-tards” is right in-line. are you sure the 'traction' wasn't due to Nikon's release of the P900 in March of 2015? The P900 allowed regular people($600 brand new) to record video while zooming from 1x to 83x. The P900 and YouTube are responsible for the traction IMO...the combo of the 2 allow regular people the ability to 'see too far' and 'share with the world'.
