If you read Devolution Addendum Part 3, it might be designed to fail. That would mean we tried all three branches of govt and all failed, which would trigger certain actions.

Thank you! All this in the last 4 months.

With all the purging in the military I think it's crazy to think they're going to do anything good - but I've done some crazy things. I certainly give them the chance. This gets priority on my reading list ...

I for 1 have never been lazy. I am very industrious, & Never took that damn Test, wear No mask, NEVER take the genocide shot, & many other things like being raised in a communist country. I know countless many things like How to grow own food, etc etc. -- Just because a person does not know Everything (like Devolution) does not mean we are "lazy".

oh, & Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow, & every day of your life with JESUS...

therobots 27 points ago +27 / -0

Agreed, I think this will fail and trigger the next level of the "rule of law" (the law of war)

9
Callmejuls 9 points ago +9 / -0

How so?

33
MisprisionIsEvil 33 points ago +33 / -0

All branches must fail. The House, Senate, Exective and Judiciary. If the States also continue to fail to act then this demonstrates the system has fallen and knowingly has given te country over to the Chinese. The military can then act. Let the hangings begin.

7
KTgold 7 points ago +10 / -3

Yes but we already failed in the courts? Trump did, so have others.

20
MAGAbot2000 20 points ago +20 / -0

Read Patriot Patel. He thinks that Lindell has some of the State AGs onboard, which would give his case standing (the others were all dismissed for lack of standing). If it has standing and is dismissed, then all 3 branches have fallen and we have a constitutional crisis a brewin'.

11
Double_D 11 points ago +11 / -0

The state AGs are the ones who were already dismissed by SCOTUS for not having standing, which they obviously do. Why would this be different?

6
TheNewsCommenter 6 points ago +6 / -0

I might be recalling incorrectly but those cases were akin to just saying “everyone saw fraud”. Those might also have been designed to fail. But they did bring attention to the concept that it was a fraudulent election. Slow drip long game. Maybe.

4
CuomoisaMassMurderer 4 points ago +4 / -0

Why is it better to fail than to succeed?

5
Mountaing8 5 points ago +5 / -0

Because Q says military is the only way and this is how military gets deployed?

5
mengderen 5 points ago +5 / -0

I have been thinking of this and came up with a possible idea: There are 11 Combat Commanders, there are 10 FEMA districts-what if, just what if, the 10 CCs run the disticts with the 11th (most senior) runs DC?? Just askin..

3
CuomoisaMassMurderer 3 points ago +3 / -0

Who gives the order? Who carries out the order? The purge of our military is pretty extreme.

deleted 3 points ago +3 / -0
2
Starseed 2 points ago +2 / -0

It depends entirely on the situation. A situation in which failure would be the overall better outcome would be when that failure opens up more doors that lead to a more definite victory. It would also be benificial to fail because you learn more from a failure than you do a success. Failure also keeps people pushing. If you have a massive victory, sure youll have some people that are motivated to keep working but a large portion of people might see that victory as a stopping point. Im sure youll say "but if you fail wont that make people give up too?", and youd be right but thats just because theyre discouraged. Its far easier to convince someone to fight who is simply discouraged than it is to convince someone who feels theyve already won.

5
CuomoisaMassMurderer 5 points ago +5 / -0

I'd still rather see Lindell win his case. That and a fair midterm and we'd be a lot better off. A risk of people going back to sleep? I guess but with what we've seen ya just can't unsee it.

Counting on our military to save the day isn't something I can believe in with all the purging.

2
Starseed 2 points ago +2 / -0

I understand what youre saying. I do want to point this out real quick tho

A risk of people going back to sleep? I guess but with what we've seen ya just cant unsee it.

I agree 100% but i never factored GA people in that equation. I was thinking of the normies.

5
CuomoisaMassMurderer 5 points ago +5 / -0

Wait what? Lindell's case is designed to fail?

5
Starseed 5 points ago +6 / -1

Hes saying it was designed to fail so it triggers more devolution actions.

8
Greatheart 8 points ago +8 / -0

I don't think that is what he said. The case is not designed to fail. It was designed to succeed.

The courts will most likely reject it anyway. Proving that the 3rd and final branch of the government is also completely corrupt

If it was designed to fail and the courts rejected it, it would prove nothing.

2
Starseed 2 points ago +2 / -0

True

4
lash 4 points ago +4 / -0

Wtf, thats not how reality works.

If the case is set up shitty so they fail by design aka lose on purpose with a sucky case it will not trigger anything.

I've lost any faith in the "Supreme Court".

Believe it when I see it... but for now, the judges seem to be just another extension of the Deep State, or the judges are compromised and blackmailed by those that control them.

10
PitBoss711 10 points ago +10 / -0

Normally, I hate the phrase "believe it when I see it", but in this case ... I agree 100%. Both Kavanaugh and Barrett, who were supposed to be our saving grace, have become such worthless disappointments that I almost wish the left would have been successful in blocking them.

9
the1 9 points ago +9 / -0

Do you think that Kavanaugh and Barrett could have possibly been playing towards the left this entire time, knowing that this case/matter would eventually move forward in some capacity to the SC, and then have a conservative viewpoint/conscious? To be honest, this is probably the most important case that the current court system will ever see.

4
Greatheart 4 points ago +4 / -0

I do not believe the SC will rule correctly in this case. They will fail us.

THE MILITARY IS THE ONLY WAY.

3
Frayed-2 3 points ago +3 / -0

Besides good actors, uhh...

An engaging plot? (Twists?)

1
PitBoss711 1 point ago +2 / -1

I think that would be highly doubtful. Why would they do that? What would it accomplish? If someone takes issue with a SCOTUS decision, where else would they go? The law is the law ... period. A true and honorable justice isn't going to play games with the legal system or the Constitution, regardless of the reason. Nor would a true justice cower to blackmail or threats.

9
CuomoisaMassMurderer 9 points ago +9 / -0

"True and honorable Judge "

My sides!

3
PitBoss711 3 points ago +4 / -1

I was in no way insinuating either Kavanaugh or Barrett are true and honorable. Quite the opposite. IMO Clarence Thomas is true and honorable. Before you laugh at someone's comments, you should read it two or three times to understand what they mean.

-3
Im-Wide-Awake -3 points ago +2 / -5

The problem is you can't just "submit a case to the supreme court." It has to go up through the preceding courts

4
mjs001 4 points ago +4 / -0

Except in cases of inter-state concern. Such as federal election fraud. The first court with jurisdiction is the US Supreme Court.

-2
Im-Wide-Awake -2 points ago +2 / -4

Well it doesn't seem they were interested in hearing it anyway

2
Space_Monkey 2 points ago +2 / -0

It's called original jurisdiction. It's in the Constitution.

2

6

Lord Jesus, I can also see this has happened. Please cause the judges to listen and take to heart the evidence and if they are corrupt, cause them to betray that corruption and do what is right. Do NOT let EVIL continue to remain in power. Amen

8
MisprisionIsEvil 8 points ago +9 / -1

He’s not presenting evidence, lol, he’s submitting his request for SC to hear it! He can’t show it to them unless they agree to hear it and it takes time like any court of law.

If they agree to hear it, then he gets to submit the evidence

Here is a good place to find news on what the SC is doing;

https://www.scotusblog.com/

2
mundania 2 points ago +2 / -0

Straight from the source: supremecourt.gov has the court calendar and docket; these will tell you what the court has done, current status of everything submitted to court, which cases have been resolved by opinion or order, which cases are up for argument, and which argued cases have been settled.

Scotusblog.com is also good: liveblog coverage of opinions and oral arguments, detailed post-argument analysis, detailed opinion analysis, tracking the relists, and an ongoing rollup of scotus-related news and opinion across the political spectrum.

"Since Marbury v. Madison this Court has, on significant occasions, had to step into the breach in a time of tumult, declare what the law is, and right the ship. This is just such an occasion. In fact, it is situations precisely like the present—when the Constitution has been cast aside unchecked—that leads us to the current precipice. In times such as this, it is the duty of the Court to be a “faithful guardian" of the Constitution."

I worry about Mike. This is another in a long line of grandiose efforts by him that never seemed to have a chance. Unlike some who are very vocal, I absolutely do not think Mike Lindell is a grifter, I think his heart is in this 100%, but I think he might be so wrapped up in it that he has been conned by some people who just tell him what he wants to hear. I mean... who the hell was his lawyer for this thing anyway? You don't take cases straight to the supreme court, you take them to federal court and then you have to fight your way up through appeals. The idea that he would "drop his case" at the SC today and that Trump would be back in power by the end of the week (which is what Mike promised a few months ago) was always bat shit crazy.

3
dec3169 3 points ago +3 / -0

Fake news is starting to report that states attorneys general are asking for more time to sign onto his suit. They said he was flying around "frantically" to the states to firm this up.

I didn't believe it, but couldn't find anything online showing the case being filed - except for an article from undercoverdc and that appeared to be preemptively filed.

I turned on LindellTV and they had Mike calling in from his plane talking to Howse (think that's the anchor's name). Mike was pretty pissed and talking about the AGs when his video connection died. Howse said he was calling from 10,000 feet.

I can't say either way if any of this is correct or not, but the little bit of LindellTV I saw gives me a bad feeling.

3
Kampfer 3 points ago +4 / -1

What is the actual deal with Lindell? Is he a decoy? An agent of disinfo to keep the deep state spinning? White hat? Black hat? What is his purpose other than selling more pillows?

Lindell promised that his Cyber Symposium would produce definitive proof of election fraud and proof that China hacked the 2020 election, but even his own cyber expert stated that his team can’t prove Mike Lindell’s claims that China hacked the election. (The Cyber Symposium devolved into disorganization and produced nothing meaningful, which left Lindell claiming that he was preserving the evidence for his Supreme Court case lest it be twisted and turned into fake news by the media.)

"But cyber expert Josh Merritt, who is on the team hired by Mr. Lindell to interrogate the data for the symposium, told The Washington Times that packet captures are unrecoverable in the data and that the data, as provided, cannot prove a cyber incursion by China."

https://m.washingtontimes.com/news/2021/aug/11/mike-lindells-lead-cyber-expert-says-they-cant-pro/

Lindell claimed that Trump would be reinstated to the Presidency by August 2021, then September 2021 and now December 2021.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/autos.yahoo.com/amphtml/now-mike-lindell-predicts-trumps-234543732.html

Lindell more recently claimed that he was going to take his election fraud case to the SC, by Thanksgiving, and that, given the overwhelming evidence, the SC would vote 9-0 that the election was stolen from Trump. He also claimed the he had 20 AGs that would sign on to the case, but, as of today, he is still searching for one states attorneys general that will sign on to the case. There is no plaintiff and there is no Supreme Court filing.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/mike-lindell-reveals-incomplete-2020-election-supreme-court-complaint%3f_amp=true

https://www.google.com/amp/s/rsbnetwork.com/amp/news/mike-lindell-will-bring-election-fraud-case-to-supreme-court-to-overturn-2020-election

Who is Mike Lindell and what is he doing?

2
babthehermitcrab 2 points ago +3 / -1

if you think "nothing meaningful" came out of the cyber symposium, I don't know what to say to you. Can't convince a shill

5
Kampfer 5 points ago +5 / -0

I am not a shill.

Forget what I think, Lindell's own cyber expert stated that Lindell presented no proof that China hacked the 2020 election.

His cyber expert aside, what do you consider as meaningful that came out of the cyber symposium?

1
arathyra 1 point ago +3 / -2

"Shill" is the GA version of "racist" - an attempt to shut up someone they can't debate on the merits.

I wonder what Mike is up to as well. He makes huge promises - constantly - and it all magically falls apart at the last second. This is obvious. Is there a good reason for it? No idea. But it's inescapable.

He didn't even file the case. He has no plaintiff. No state has agreed to sign on.

I hope they don't. Their failure will, in part, trigger the militarily and tribunals and hangings of traitors and criminals.

Another scenario is the Supreme Court sides with Mike Lindell, but the Biden administration refuses to comply. What happens then?

No. Just watched his interview with President Trump and he seemed cool, calm, collected & organized.
Also coming from someone with bipolar II with rapid cycling mixed mania. (Difficult to explain), I know what it’s like to be disorganized and all over the map as well as getting accused of being on drugs when you aren’t (Not so bad now). But remembering how I used to get during mania spells, I can relate to him. I never took drugs, but got like that and ADD and ADHD folks get like that too, so not necessarily drug related.
