Now that I know what I know about fraud, this (the proposition) is probably one that was harder to fraud. For some reason, it seems some down ballot items might be harder for them to cheat on.

No doubt. During the recent gubernational recall election of Nuisance, I received an email confirming my vote was received and counted. I replied, asking them to confirm who I voted for just to be sure it was counted correctly. I received a response that serialization of ballots is illegal in California. Once the ballot is removed from the enveloped there is NO WAY to ever tie the ballot back to the voter. That means it's just a bunch of nameless votes. LOL, what the hell is the point??? They can scan in votes for whoever they want, all day long. That's exactly what they must do.
Perhaps a good system for that would be for each voter to tear off a paper receipt that they could keep with them. If the voter ever wanted to, he could bring that receipt to the election office and physically match it up with the ballot as a double check to make sure his ballot was in proper custody and not "lost" or duplicated, etc.

I really do understand where you’re coming from. But people tend to forget there are millions of good people here that are fed up with this shit. I wish people would take a minute to think about the fact that we are as determined as you are to rid California of corruption. All these assholes that need to be hung in public are in the larger cities. The rest of this huge state is basically mountains and farmland. Nicely stated. I lived there for awhile quite some time ago. I met a few a-holes, but the vast majority of Californians I met - from the cities to the countryside - were wonderful people. The politicians and creepy H-wood types are another story. So now based on the new language if a woman neglects, abuses, or kills her baby after birth, she's still on the hook legally. The title is a little click baity in ignoring that.

They state pretty clear that the line is viability (which Roe established as 24 weeks) except when the pregnancy threatens the life of the mother (which would really be an emergency delivery, not an abortion--if you define an abortion as intentionally ending the life of the child and not just removing it from the womb). If this is where California chooses to settle on the matter, I won't cry too much over it.
