With all due respect, unless you've been in space, you don't have the answer. I think it's great to question them and make them prove that the Earth is a globe. Considering how much b******* they have lied about over the last thousand years, the last thing we should be doing is ridiculing anyone who is questioning their narrative even if we don't agree with the questions. I think the Clone and robot Biden is b******* but I love to hear you guys talking about it and trying to prove it. There are still answers that we need as to why no one is allowed in antarctica. Why it's the one thing every country seems to agree on, aside from the covid scam. I think there's a lot of valid questions coming from them.

Just my irrelevant two cents. And I am not a flat earther. Fyi.

Why do you think all the stars and planets are in the same position for millions of years and never moved? That's impossible in a spinning ball lost in space. Even Planes use flat earth map. Damn, even United Nation uses Flat Earth map. And NASA is in a shape of lying snake tongue.

It worked just as well for centuries using a compass and a sextant, using flat charts, so, no, it's not "the only way."

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 12 ▼
– Elcycs 12 points 3 years ago +12 / -0

And we still use sextants and charts. The charts are flat projections of the surface of a sphere and have been for a long time. Calculations are done in 3d.

I'm not a historian, but it's been that way for hundreds of years.

Wait, were you asking if we use an actual spherical globe? Ha! It'd have to be the size of texas!

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– user2827 2 points 3 years ago +2 / -0

There are practical reasons why it's done the opposite, flat charts are projected onto a globe. The practical rationale is that you can only see about 20km around at any given point, and in that scale, it's all going to be a flat topographical area.

I suspected it wasn't a globe, but rather charts. I was only partially serious, and that's not a direction I could form any strong arguments one way or another, simply because of a lack of experience.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 5 ▼
– Elcycs 5 points 3 years ago +5 / -0

If you're not moving more that 20km, the earth is big enough that you can consider it flat. Ships move thousands of miles, you can't treat it as flat anymore.

I was trying to convey how much trouble we go through because charts are flat and the earth isn't. It's a PITA sometimes.

Actually....... you can't see the curve from an airplane. Pilots all agree, it's flat from where they are. Your mountain claim is false.

You can watch youtube videos of experiments shining lasers over 22 miles of water, beach to beach. No curve.

Red Bull Drop with Baumgartner.... look at the videos from inside his cockpit looking outside when he opens the door before the jump. No curve despite fisheye lens outside showing it.

Also many are unable to understand the degrees of a circle in relation to the sun's 24 clock. Every 3 hours the sun should move 45 degrees in the sky to complete one revolution per day. I challenge you to test this for yourself. The sun is travelling too slowly to make one revolution of your world in 24 hours.

This is still God's world. We just need to look to him for our answers instead of the false idols. If the cabal had a thousand year plan, does it not make sense all your history supports how they want you to think? Why do you believe what you believe? Welcome to the Matrix. It's deep my friend.

But the 3-dimensional reality we all experience is on a round globe. Gravity makes sense. Space travel makes sense. Seriously, flat earthers just need to play KSP and it’ll all click.

Which theory of gravity?

Quantum gravity does not exist, in spite of decades of research, there is no "graviton" and the "Higgs boson" only serves to provide mass.

Newtonian gravity is describing the effect of objects falling to the ground and makes no explanation for the cause.

Relativistic Gravity fails in predictions 95% of the time and is only being held together because of the introduction of concepts like "dark matter" and "dark energy" (matter and energy that does not otherwise interact with the EM spectrum but is placed exactly where it needs to be in the correct amounts).

The greatest triumphs of man were those in which his mind had to free itself from the influence of delusive appearances. Such was the revelation of Buddha that self is an illusion caused by the persistence and continuity of mental images: the discovery of Copernicus that, contrary to all observation, this planet rotates around the sun; the recognition of Descartes that the human being is an automaton, governed by external influence, and the idea that the earth is spherical, which led Columbus to the finding of this continent.

Sounds like you have a similar inquiring mind as mine. Always keeping an open mind, but I find that the electric universe, and Wal Thornhill, have more satisfying answers than quantum physics. And if you want to hear what seems to be the cutting edge of biological science, listen to Michael Levin: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jLiHLDrOTW8&t=36s. Mind blown to smithereens. permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– user2827 1 point 3 years ago +1 / -0

Yes, that is the effect.

Accepting Relativity is saying the cause is that the mass is bending the space-time around that mass such that the smaller mass is attracted to the larger mass. The observations of this only work in 5% of the observed universe.

I prefer the electrostatic explanation; electrostatics provides the direction, where density and buoyancy cover the acceleration rate.

It's because they are arrogant

There's a great story from my favorite electrical engineering professor, Dr Donald Scott, where he is at the question period of a lecture on electric sun theory.

An older astronomer was getting frustrated with everything he was suggesting and he heckled him. The stupid, self-unaware fuck actually said "yes, we all know there is electricity in space, but it doesn't do anything"

This is why this all sounds like bullshit to you and half the theories don't make sense.

It's because they actually don't make sense they have decided that 3 out of 4 of the fundamental forces are not important to astronomy.

Makes sense now right, lol

Sun travels 360 degrees around your location at a constant speed every 24 hours.

Therefore, the sun travels 45 degrees every 3 hours.

Starting at noon tomorrow (do again in summer) Time 3 hours and using a protractor, find out how many degrees the sun travelled.

You can report back here if you think the sun has enough time to get back around to you in the morning.

The timing is off if you want the Coles Notes. Your sun is not travelling fast enough.

I don't live on the equator. So the framing of your experiment would only appear to be valid to idiots.

But let's say I did. I now live in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. A location known for being positioned almost exactly on the equator. The date is June 21st, the summer solstice.

The sun rises at 5:41am and sets at 5:48pm, almost exactly 12 hours. From my perspective the sun would "travel" approximately 45 degrees every 3 hours, from sunup to sundown.

The sun's position that day at noon would be almost identical to it's position 24 hours later. From a positional standpoint, this is true of any time of any location, so I'm not sure how the sun doesn't "have time" to reach a similar position from any given perspective every 24hrs, or 360 degrees.

Now, I am on the equator the length of day (max daylight) on Dec 21st, the winter solstice, would still be 12 hours. Sunrise being 5:37am and sunset, 5:44pm. The observable path of the sun, and the time it takes to "travel" across the sky is still 12hrs, 3hrs for every quarter of 180 degrees.

The farther north or south you are from the equator the more your perspective from the almost perfect 12hr cycle will deviate. Equator deriving it's name from "equal". These deviations are also responsible for seasons and their intensity depending on their distance from the equator, elevation and other geographical factors.

Being so far north, this is why the sun will rise in Juneau, Alaska at 3:51am and set at 10:08pm on June 21st, making for an almost 18hr period of daylight and conversely, a 6hr period of daylight on Dec 21st.

Thank you for explaining this. It won't make a stick of difference to those who are pushing the flat earth idea but it might be helpful or interesting to others.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised that these things aren't being taught in schools anymore. I recognize that a lot of people have neither the time nor the inclination to actually go out and watch the sky, to see how it changes over the year.

The inability of flat earthers to explain the 24-hour day at the South Pole is what killed it for me. "The video is fake. They won't let us go there" arguments are pointless. Just check out sunrise and sunset times at any point far south, say in Tierra del Fuego or Tasmania.

I can't believe people on this forum are actually questioning if the earth is flat. Like holy fuck lmao. I get that what we've been told has been lies, but this is one of those that doesn't need questioning. Like come on people. What would lying about this achieve? Q has stated that we aren't alone in this universe already, but then I'm seeing comments saying Q had to spread some mistruths. Though, I'm pretty sure the mistruths are for post about what will happen like a certain arrest incoming or a plan that they mention, but not about flat earth and aliens. How would that foil the DS? The way they try to throw the Bible in there is suspect, as well. Like they think because there are a lot of Christians on this board that they will immediately buy into the flat earth concept because "Bible tells them so".

Some of this stuff is downright painful to read. It wouldn't surprise me if they start babbling on about the Giant Dung Beetle that pushes the Sun from horizon to horizon every day.

It's likely that they are genuine then too, given that's just how they actually think God wants them to spread his good word. But it's just as likely that it's shills trying to turn people away from Christianity by making it appear to be some group of accusatory judgemental flat earthers and not peaceloving forgivers.

Q also said "no outside comms" and yet we sit here day after day micro analysing every tweet from people who are indeed.. NOT Q.

IM not exactly a flat earther im just saying that there a lot of things Q said that this board ignores everyday.. but i don't really ever see THAT mentioned.

Not one of us can definitively say that "WE know" what shape it is.. WE know what we have been told by freemasons and proven liars, so unless you have access to a rocket that can get one of us to space then its a waste of time trying to have this one out with a bunch of people who distrust official sources about every topic if all you have to back up you perspective is provided 2nd hand from "official" science. You may as well be posting links to CNN or FAUX news.

So, considering you wont convince the Flat earthers and you probably know that... You're just going to mock and belittle them? Is that the plan? Interesting

Imo threads like these are intentionally trying to create division...You knew damn well this would antagonise the flat earth people... so WHY do it?? We're all on the same side.

The shape the earth is totally irrelevant as it pertains to Q so WTF is the point.

Sus.

Agreed that the shape of the earth is ultimately irrelevant, we do have bigger issues to worry about.

I do love this topic for the philosophical implications, and there are scientifically valid arguments to be made for many positions (globe, flat earth, being on the interior of the globe, torroidal earth, etc). There are also many core principles in physics that are firmly and objectively established that, regardless of the shape, require that the planet be an enclosed system (biblically referred to as firmament").

For a long time I was among those that would mock "flat earthers" as being antagonistic to science, it wasn't before being confronted with evidence that showed in clear ways how the same effects that people use to "prove" a globe earth work equally well if it were a flat plane.

It's a question that ultimately cannot be concretely answered from an earthly perspective, and so, have to agree that the topic does promote divisiveness.

Eratosthenes did the trigonometry before any concept of light refraction was known, and the numbers he found are still treated as correct.

The same effect can be created with a closer light source on a flat surface, if instead of assuming the light is coming like an = it were approaching as >. Just saying.

People aren't allowed to freely travel below the 60th parallel, and there's a similar restriction north of the 5th parallel. Without claiming certainty of what's beyond, if there are edges, those are the areas where I would want to search.

This is a Q board. Q said the earth isn't flat. We are trying to wake up the masses to the evil that controls this world. The shape of the earth is irrelevant when there's children being trafficked and harvested for organs and sent to pedofiles to be raped tortured and murdered. Can we please focus on the things that matter?? Can we come up with an organized plan to help children who have been trafficked? Don't waste your energy on things that don't matter. The only thing that matters is the safety of the innocent children of the world who have been left to be used as sex toys for satanic pedofiles! Seriously guys. If you watched that video posted yesterday I don't understand how you could want to do anything else other than find a way to stop children being murdered for organs and used by pedofiles. Im pretty sure thats what God wants from us, not wondering about if the earth is flat! FFS!

– CovfefeNegro 4 points 3 years ago +4 / -0

Where in the world do you get that from my post? No, fella or fellette, I did not hope it was a larp, tho it is in fact a LARP writ large, yes.

Live Action Role Play, yes indeed, millions of persons all over the globe who transitioned from being curious hobbyists to being frantically absorbed in research and compiling data, who became a replacement for media and 'official' sources of informations. Otherwise innocent persons who became 3 Percenters and Free Thinkers as opposed to NPC droids and drudges just doing the dance steps. Yes, by design it is a LARP isn't it.

Yet it is also real, as all things which are built do become Real.

Not everyone understands tho, even in here; my post points out that 'Q' lost a lot of credibility when 'Q' responded to the morons of flat earth persuasion. Millions of us had hoped for better from 'Q', and besides there are many many methods of verifying for ones' self that we live on a globe. 'Q' had a yuge variety of questions posed during 'that' Q&A, choosing to answer the flat earthers while ignoring sane and realistic questions was disappointing to say the least, insulting and so out of place it was startling and gross.

We hoped for better from a group we had come to consider as knowledgeable beyond ourselves, only to be slapped down with idiocy.

It reduced 'Q's luster to a dullish reflection rather than a bright shining light.

No I hoped it was more of a serious natured 'Q', I understood all along that it was a LARP designed to cause 'us' to dig and think, which many of us were doing anyhow, it is why we were on the chans isn't it. People wanna forget the 'Live Action' part but that is what made it real and tangible - we did follow hints and clues and we did research, playing the role of a Free Press and Congress which is supposed to be Government's watchdogs, but which role we assumed.

'I' see that particular 'Q' drop as a yuge mistake but maybe there is yet some great reason why it was done and we just don't see it.

Some of us were in this fight for decades before 'Q' came along, it was a shock to see flat earth dignified with a response when so much else went begging.

All GAW users must adhere to the highest standards of conduct, whichever .WIN they are on. If we are notified by other moderators of incivil behavior on other .WINs, you WILL be banned here!

Civil Discussion ONLY**

They want you divided.

They want you labeled by race, religion, class, sex, etc.

Divided you are weak [no collective power].

Divided you attack each other and miss the true target [them].

No PAYtriots/No Self Promotion

Linking or promoting merchandise, fundraising, or spamming personal websites, blogs, or channels is not permitted. Do not attempt to profit from Q or advertise for those who do. Peace is the prize. We do it for free.

Questions and Concerns

All moderation questions and concerns should be submitted via modmail. DO NOT GRIEF the mods.

Expand your thinking

Remember, this .WIN is the public face of the Great Awakening, and, as a member here, you agree to represent the Great Awakening movement against Globalism, Communism and Progressive Insanity in the best, most positive way possible. NOTE: Your comments and posts may become news. Keep it classy!

This is not a 'fringe conspiracy' site: Visit https://conspiracies.win if that's your thing!

No doomers or shills

If you can't use common sense, you'll get banned without hesitation. If you're a shill, you fall under this rule. If you're a doomer, you fall under this rule as you just add garbage to the site like the other two. This includes forum sliding.

  • Memes encouraged, but no low-quality, low-info posts.

  • Keep it honest and accurate.

  • GAW Supporters ONLY. (Sorry, the train had no brakes.)

  • Handshake noobs will be scrutinized by their Q knowledge, sincerity, and respect.
