It took 2 men to help him back up again. I cant laugh because I'm old and couldnt get up myself without help but I dont pretend to be the mighty leader of the free world. . One of these days he'll break a hip. My daughter takes better care of me than does Jill and all at Walter Reed.
My grandma died after a fall like that on carpet. She had a subdural hematoma.
I can’t believe, with his age and everything (history of falls, Parkinson’s-looking abnormal gait and general age) they’d let him up there without thoroughly casing the area making sure there weren’t any trip hazards. It’s like they don’t care if he falls.

And also, no visible bruising which many of the elderly get just bumping into some things. I will admit the bruising may be from blood thinners and Biden may not be on them, but just age can cause the bruising in most people.
Sometimes it takes a little while for the bruise to develop (been there, done that). But what would you expect to see? He was fully clothed. No indication he hit his face.
I just thought that as much as he rides his bicycle (maybe not so much anymore after the fall) we would see some bruising on his legs and maybe his arms. As much as he falls publicly he can't be upright all the time around the White House or his Delaware mansion (the Chinese paid for apparently). I haven't seen any pictures that show any bruises, admittedly they could be air brushed so we wouldn't see them.

The most noticeable thing about the fall is that the crowd definitely “cheered” when he fell, not when he was helped up and appeared to be ok, but when he hit the deck.
