Got my blood work done recently. Been feeling off lately even though I lift heavy. Do combat sports. Run in the sun. Do sprints. Eat red meat and healthy fats and carbs. Stay away from dyes, seed oils, and inflammation causes foods. Drink organic bone broth in the mornings. Eat duck fat with my red meat. Don't eat a lot of sweets.
And yet, my sex drive has plummeted. I have trouble sleeping (had for the last 15 years). Brain fog. Hard to pay attention. Can't breathe during my BJJ rolls.
And so my test levels are in the mid 300s. Bummer. I'm not jabbed. But could be all the microplastics. Or just too much screen time. Or breathing in chem trail air. Or just getting older in a hormone destroying world.
Before consulting about trt, wanted you guys opinion on TRT or natural testosterone boosting methods.

A drop in testosterone is a natural effect of aging. I'm not sure about taking T boosters as I don't know what long-term effects they might have.
I have suspected for a long time now that trace amounts of estrogen is in water supplies everywhere in the Western world. This is because of so many women on estrogen-based birth control that it's present in the urine... and water purification plants cannot completely filter it out, so it ends up in the water supply.
That also might be why we see so many gender-confused people these days, because of elevated levels of estrogen in our water.

Not a lot, almost all food has it. I've been cooking from scratch for the last few years almost exclusively because of how many products have soy.
You know what puzzles me: Why asian countries that have very high soy consumption, are still healthier than us.

No, actually I drink only filtered water throughout the day and more during my gym workouts. Water helps expel all the enzymes and lactic acid my muscles produce while I'm lifting weights and my daily sustained 20-min. aerobics push, consisting of rowing and running.
Try HIIT for a while instead of aerobics. Avoid the fake meats like the plague. Possible you're over-traiining as well so consider increasing your recovery time.

He did get pretty drunk but they ran fluids with vitamins/ minerals and his hangover was minimal. And before you ask, yes, treatment was approved by doctor. Oh, the things that come into ERs and things that occur in the cities throughout the nation, that never make the news, would blow people's minds. There was a child abuse case in the Children's ER when I was there, and if the police weren't there, I would probably have gone to jail that evening. But that's another story.

If you were sick lately, I’ve heard of this being a side affect of COVID like sickness. Tiredness and low sex drive, breathing problems, extra fatigue after exercise. I had all those for a few months after getting it this summer except low sex drive.
Ivermectin helped a lot and the strange thing is applying ivermectin topically to areas that would stay sore and never recover helped. I had sore neck muscles that would not improve much with exercise or posture work or chiropractic care. Applying it once to each area was a permanent fix going on weeks.

I've seen studies where overall more than 140 minutes of muscle-strengthening activities a week actually increases all-cause mortality, cancer, cardiovascular disease. Optimal benefit was around 40-60 minutes a week. Can't help your little guy without blood flow. Rest is critical.

Dietary cholesterol as it's the number one building block for test. Without dietary cholesterol, it's far far harder to build test. Even if you eat alot of onions, it doesn't matter if you're not getting in cholesterol.

Carb moderation to avoid the high insulin spikes from too much carbs.
Sleep is obvious, but not exactly obvious. 6-8 is decent. Hormone balance and well being balance. Grumpiness from lack of sleep = less test.
Cortisol is the stress hormone. Higher stress, higher cortisol. Higher cortisol, less test production.
Vitamins and minerals to help test production or lower estrogen. Vit E lowers estrogen, zinc/Boron increases test. If taking Boron, take 1/4 tsp of borax (yes the laundry detergent, straight up) as it's far far cheaper and more efficient than Boron supplements. Boron helps to drop SHBG which in turns raises free flowing blood serum test, which raises impactfulness of test. Myriad of problems of high SHBG.
The real answer: just take TRT. I tried natty for years, and it ended up being more complicated, more time expensive, less efficient. It was more time trying to optimize than it was me actually trying to enjoy activities. Make sure you take a PCT, or anti estrogen with TRT.

Contemporary belief has it that DHT leads to male pattern baldness, hair thinning, but there's counter studies that show that it's not the case. Tbh, I think it's a conspiracy to sway males from being high functioning with high DHT levels, leading to weaker feminine males with low DHT. It's your prescription grade anti estrogens. They can be taken post cycle, or concurrently within the cycle. Both are different doses, both are different classes of anti estrogen. But under the same terminology umbrella of being called PCT

I would stay away as much as I can from any pharma garbage. TRT also does permanent damage to your body by shrinking your testosterone producing glands. So once you go on it, you are basically stuck with it.
Usually the main reason the testosterone drops is either a mineral deficiency or hormone imbalance caused by too much estrogen.
Looking at your post you mentioned that you have trouble sleeping. Usually Magnesium deficiency is associated with inability to sleep. Magnesium is also one of the most important minerals when it comes to testosterone production. I recommend magnesium glycinate as a supplement for this. As far as Boron goes, I take the NOW Foods Boron which is Bororganic Glycine(helps with sleep too).
If you want to take Boron, make 100% sure you take a Magnesium supplement as well. Boron tends to pull Magnesium from your blood and into the bone and sometimes that can give you anxiety.
That's why having adequate magnesium intake is essential for having great mental health as well as optimal testosterone levels.
I researched this for a male friend. What I learned and relayed to him and he went to a dr for was T replacement (not homeopathic) and the goal was to bring his T level back up to the normal level for, note this, a 30 yr old male. My friend is 55. Depression lifted and he feels like a million bucks. Please pay attention to this: it is the returning of T to healthy 30 yr old male levels that is key, even for somone much older! After the years of that and being out of it for quite a while yet still keep up with test health topics, I've learned a few things. First, it doesn't matter what your T levels really are, from a health prospective. it matters how you feel. I used to be a paramedic and one of the first things they teach you is treat the patient, not the monitor. (peeps in the medical field get that reference). A guy can have a test level in the 800s and feel like ass. And another guy can have a 350 and feel great. Point being, everyone's body chemistry is different. Find a doc who will prescribe you a low dose and see how you feel. The following info is not medical advice, consult your doctor.. However, when I felt like my levels were low, I was in my early 40s and just felt run down. I started with a very low dose, just to feel like a normal man again. I think I was taking about 40-50mg twice a week, in order to keep my levels even. Commercially available testosterone contains the Cypionate ester witch has a halflife of about 18 days if memory serves me. But your levels still fall sooner than that once you've been on it for a bit. So most men find that dosing twice weekly over once weekly makes them feel more normal. And you can also do Sub-Q route over intramuscular if you want. That's what I do. Insulin pins are all you need. I would also get your LH and SHBG checked. Consider doing low dose HCG at around 200-250ius twice a week also. I do mine along with the test. Not in the same shot though. the HCG is water based and test is oil based and the two don't mix. Both subQ and you can do them just about anywhere you want on the body. Do your own research on that as well. Also have your doc keep an eye on your estrodiol. There is good research on compounded Aromasin at a 1mg dose to keep that under control. But that will depend on your body's rate of conversion from test to estrodiol. The less body fat you have, the less you will convert test into estrogen. My estrodiol got way too high and began to have panic attacks and took a while to figure out what the culprit was. Once the estrogen was back to normal, the attacks stopped. Now that my body fat is lower, I need far less of the estrogen control. I just started taking the chemical DIM to see if that helps control it. Keep in mind what I said earlier about everyone's body chemistry being different. It may take you a few doctors before you find one who doesn't have his head up his ass about T therapy. Mine is decent. And one last point. Keep an eye on your Hemoglobin/Hematocrit levels. I for one, have to donate blood about every 6 weeks to keep that under control too. And believe me, after I donate, I feel a ton better. Plus it's just good for you all around. I'm on T now, trying to get off and go natural. Been on for about 3 years now because of nightshift messed me up. I'll let you know now, shoving a needle in your ass every week gets old... and I'm now paranoid about injections ever since covid. Do you use red light therapy or tan your balls? That helps increase testosterone production

I am curious about what others think as well. I have not been tested but I almost fee I should. I am also a pretty healthy person. Eat right and work out.
300 is crazy low. Just do the TRT. I started last year after dealing with low T for a while. I already had male pattern baldness and have all of the children that I desire so I figured why not try it out. The only real risks are MPB and temporary infertility. I do reccomend getting regular blood work, and take HCG with it to avoid testicular atrophy. If you want to get off you should be able to stop with no long term problems if you take the HCG with the TRT. Also estrogen blockers or AIs are your friend, only take them when you feel the symptoms of high E though.
Been through this OP, similar story as what you wrote. A few things I’ll mention as I’ve got experiience having done all this.
The benefits of TRT are insane, you’ll feel like your old self again but better way better. Sex drive should pop back pretty hard along with your lifting game.
Now to explain the cons cause you know there’s no silver bullet that magically fixes you without costs. If you’re wanting kids, TRT will significantly harm this option for you. It’ll thicken your blood and the possibility of heart issues can arise over time. Yes you can take baby aspirin but it won’t stop that possibility. Acne outbreak and back hair growth. Injection spots HAVE to different locations, do not inject in the same spot you’ll build scar tissue. Constant monthly cost and trips to the pharmacy.
My biggest suggestion as I’ve just recently learned how amazing this is, fasting. Our bodies have a self repair mechanism and it’s through fasting. The 72 hour fast yields some remarkable results. Dr. Eric Berg on YouTube has numerous videos on this for in depth info. Following remove seed oils from your dietary intake. Avoid as much microplastics as you can, consuming things in plastic like bottled water. It’s obvious the DS has done something to our air, water, food, health that has decimated men’s test levels. So it’s not just you, it’s tons of guys getting nuked in their t-levels and yes it does drop over time but it shouldn’t be like the current problem of men having t-levels of 70 year old men. If I could go back I would skip the TRT that I took in my 20’s.

Not sure what your age is, but I was 33 and low 300’s and normal levels should be in the 800’s…been taking testosterone injections for a while and love it. Just make sure you get your blood work done often to know what your optimal levels are and if you need to take an AI.
