Congressional impeachment is a completely separate process, in which the Supreme Court cannot decide.
That's the jist of it: President is accountable to Congress, not to local jurisdictions that may or may not like him. Congress members are immune from some local laws as well, as stated in the constitution. (Lets them get out of speeding tickets when traveling to or from congressional sessions.)

The answer is that this would not fall under presidential immunity. The president can be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors. If a president is impeached, found guilty, for crimes while in office, then he is not immune from those crimes when not president, is how I think it works.
Slowly getting there - only problem is they replace the people that figured it out with a bunch of brainwashed college kids. By the time they then figure it out, a fresh batch of “college educated” liberals is released.
Well at least the crimes against children aren't "official acts" so at the very least the ex prez's aren't immune to that! One way or another, they'll face a reckoning.
