If they've been learning to communicate, the other parts of these messages ought to have some meaning too. Like the way numbers and pictures in Q drops are thought to cross reference.
edit: Wow at the response. My take, Code Red is the alert, "This is an action call." Then, a plea. "We can't do [whatever Build Back Better is] without [next clause]" which in this case is represented as a graph. The graph is odd to me. Why not just use words? The red greatly outweighs the blue. Dems are outnumbered? The amount of the [next clause] which is "Biden's" is outlined and looks like a thorn in the side of [whatever BBB is]. I can't imagine Biden himself is necessary, it must be something he represents. I’ve seen the same type of analysis on CNN clips that are a certain length, which cross references to something else in the public domain to string along a message.
I think this has been done for centuries, using things like cross word puzzles in news papers to dispatch a secret message to those who know the code.

It's a video on the net that is mostly a dark room with very loud audio of a grown man whipping a screaming boy, while demanding he call him "Skippy" and saying to him "you think you're hot shit, dontcha'?" While Skippy is the known nickname of the piece of shit who's the subject of this post, most people are pretty sure it's him torturing the screaming child. You can find it yourself if you dig around on rumble or bitchute, but I don't recommend it, as you can see here, we're all scarred for life from hearing it, and hate Skippy vehemently.
More than pretty sure it's him. I wish I had everything archived because I figured it'd be forever being on the internet. But anons found a video of a specific concert from the back at either comet ping pong or besta pizza, whichever one hosts that really weird pedophilic band often, and they literally proved that it was actually taking place behind the stage, behind like a faux wall where the light went through as the colored lights would pass through and shine on it. The music and lighting patterns from the lights match up perfectly. I hate being the trust me guy but I'm sure others here have seen that proof as well, it was the biggest thing that solidified pizzagate for me, specifically the mocked notion that they are trafficking/abusing kids in those actual pizza places.
I am quite sure that it is real.
