Technically a 17 year old shouldn't be running around with a rifle unsupervised. At least not out in public. BUT... riddle me this...
As the guy says in the OP the supposed narrative is that Kyle was a crazed white supremacist lunatic who went to the BLM protest to murder peaceful protestors... So why did he take a medical kit instead of extra mags. Kyle only had one freaking mag. If things had gotten just a little bit more out of control he would have run out of ammo and been totally screwed.
I think they're referring to the fact that he was 17 and carrying a rifle. I'm not sure the actual law on that other than one had to be 18 to PURCHASE a rifle.
Oh I know and I think he SHOULD have had every right to have used that weapon. I'm just unsure what the legal protocol is supposed to be in that regard.
Was he conceal-carrying? I'd guess he was, and I don't know the laws of Wisconsin and can't be bothered to research, but they could have a case for that.
Edit: Nope, I'm a dum dum. It doesn't look like he was conceal-carrying.
Maybe he walked by a '"gun free zone" sign by accident, lol I dunno. I'm not a lawyer.
AND, it's long past time to start defending our property as well. He sure did have a right to be there. The cops were barricading themselves. During all this time, most cops were standing down. Appalling.
That’s already been proven. He carried the gun LEGALLY. You only have to see the way he has been trained, his respect for the Police in putting his hands up etc. to know that he was well within the law. He was with friends who were defending their businesses and helping them and he was trained in first aid. There is also vid./pics of him cleaning graffiti off the buildings. Any decent parent would be proud of this young man; Anyone that sees this as not self defence, doesn’t deserve to live in America. The guy is a hero.
The Red Pill Moment: the moment you have real, irrefutable proof that you've been lied to in a way that you can no longer deny. Once you experience your true Red Pill Moment, you begin your transformation into a conservative.
It's beautiful to see. This is the Great Awakening.
The thing I keep hearing whenever I get into an argument with a leftist and cite something that disproves the narrative they've been fed "well this is the first I'm hearing about it". Never fails.
I have no idea how many times where a leftist has said ‘Well how come the news didn’t say that or that’s not what I heard on the news’. My reply is. ‘We’ll just maybe you are listening to the WRONG NEWS, you know, FAKE NEWS. The problem is that the biggest stumbling block is the liberal media. The minds of millions have been poisoned. If they haven’t woken by now, then there is not much help for them. The pain and mental breakdowns they will experience when SHTF because they would not intellectually discuss both sides or be open to hear an alternative message is going to be epic.
If we're supposed to be solid researchers, then our references and sources should be valid and trustworthy. Not just for us or proving to others, but because we're after the truth of truths!
I agree with you 100%, but you can show a certain person an undeniably reliable source, but if it's not from CNN, MSNBC, NBC, etc etc, then they don't even consider an alternative to their narrative.
It's so frustrating talking to people with no critical thinking skills.
Agreed, but showing someone "my conservative news source.blogspot.com" isn't helpful.
Thankfully most articles these days have links to the original source, be it local news article or an official gov PDF, etc. I'd clilc that and show them the sources source.
Add to that how they automatically and viciously turn on anyone on “their side” who asks the wrong questions or strays from the approved narrative. See: Jon Stewart, Russell Brand, Jimmy Dore etc. they live and die by the “Heads I (have to!) win, tails you (have to!) lose” mentality so much so that they are completely intellectually crippled. It’s the most incredibly frustrating, bizarre behavior.
He does not. I fuckin hate Joe Biden with a passion for talking about Kyle that way. Specifically because of how devastated that must've made Kyle's poor mom feel.
I also think he's trying to make the case that using an AR15 for defence compared to a handgun is somehow reckless endangerment, especially because it uses FMJ bullets as opposed to hollow points.
He ignores the fact that some of the rounds remained in the bodies.
Exactly. If you knew there was VIDEO EVIDENCE, yet you didn't watch it, but you formed your lefty-approval-seeking opinion anyway, you're a worthless cuck who joined with the brainwashed anarchists who seek to destroy our country.
Once Trump media goes online, that's it. Their stranglehold will officially be over.
No it won't magically end all the bullshit overnight, but once the numbers start rolling in I think a lot of people in corporate media are going to quit out of sheer ego.
His father lives in Kenosha. He stays with his father when he visits. (His parents are divorced, so, I feel he had every right to be there). We need more people like him.
The News media and Social media in general excels at misinterpreting, misunderstanding or outright lying about events.
One does it to drive up revenue, push politics, and manipulate situations . The other hopes to push emotionally driven responses to further their chosen political ideology. Often these two groups play off each other to boost their impact.
As fun as it is to break out pitchforks and torches every time a media talking head or social media ‘influencer’ decides we should.
One should instead wait for their emotions to settle before they make a choice on how to respond to upsetting and or infuriating information. Making a spur of the moment choice based off what you feel at the moment can have lasting and very permanent consequences.
One of the problems we face is that it's actually difficult to build a mental model of what the people who don't share our news sources actually believe are the facts in a given case.
We can watch the news and laugh at them railing at something we know is silly, but the structure that they (the people watching it, not the news casters) have in their minds is rarely laid out very clearly. Exasperated by their tendency to pressure people away from exploring the perimeters of the narrative so overviews are scarce.
When someone sees it clearly like in this screenshot, it's obvious to them what's been wrong up until that point, but usually it's just not clear to us. Or maybe just to me, I dunno. Reading this makes it much clearer what they're thinking.
Idk but I looked up the dude's profile and he's still kind of a faggot. I could only scroll down so much. He mentions guns being horrendous even to defend your house, to use a bat.
As if criminals don't often have and use guns lol. And a bat to the head could be a more violent death than a gunshot anyway.
And a bat to the head could be a more violent death than a gunshot anyway.
Yeah, wtf. Also - what is he expecting the intruder to do, just stand there? No, he's going to try and probably succeed at wrestling that bat away from him.
We have been praying for Kyle and his family. He has been railroaded. Only in the minds of corrupt CNN MSNBC and the other MSM denizens of the netherworld could not be convinced after this mess of a trial.
I would like a Kyle to show me how to use a gun without being scared of the gun and never wavering! That shows maturity. Also if this kid were bad, would he be washing graffiti off a school building or carry a medical kit. I feel sorry for him having to defend himself because the deaths will live with him the rest of his life and clearly he has PTSD. That was no act. He handled himself better on the stand than I could have. I fear he will be labeled for life by the press and the public in this cancel culture era of if you don’t like the verdict retaliate. I wish people would use these energies on our own local, state, federal governments which clearly don’t understand the concept of lady justice being blind. There are two separate and disparate justice systems in the U.S.-one for those who consider themselves elite, and one for the peons, the worker bees.

Why would they do it? Regular citizens don’t have a saying in the verdict, the jurors do. Maybe the media wants to hype it up to the point they influence the jurors as well? Maybe they look to start more protests and unrest once the verdict is unfavorable to leftist and have blind people support them just like they supported blm

the gun never crossed state lines, and even if it had, he was not selling or buying it. also he was not selling or buying a gun as someone underage. lefty logic, if it's illegal to sell something then it is illegal to own it. stupid.
Self defense is a natural right. anything that has to be provided to you by someone else cannot be a " right ", you can never have a right to be defended by a police officer.
There was a case in the 1950s that I'm very surprised has not been brought up by the liberals yet. I'm blanking on the name of the case - but after coffee I'll search it and put it up.
Anyways, in the 1950s there was a case where a guy in his 30s who had pretty bad PTSD from WW2 went into a ghetto and was just walking around trying to provoke people. After about 30 minutes he got attacked by three guys and pulled out his .45 and shot all three and calmly waited for the cops to come and said it was self defense.
The case seemed open and closed and the cops didn't even charge him at the time. But a few weeks later the DA was reviewing the police reports after the wife of one of the men who was shot raised hell at City Hall. The DA looked through the case, and saw that the guy had a history of starting fights and a few domestic assault cases.
The DA talked to the guy and he told a story of self defense and it seemed pretty basic, until the DA asked him what he was doing in that neighborhood. The guy said he was just walking around killing time. Apparently the dude had driven an hour to a different city knowing there was a really rough neighborhood there.
The DA put together a case showing intent of the guy to get into a fight. During the trial he asked the guy if he commonly carried his gun. The guy says, nope, I never carry, but I knew it was a rough neighborhood. So then again, the dude had no reason to be going to that neighborhood and he went WAY out of his way to go there and carried his gun which he never did. I'm pretty sure he got a second degree murder charge and sentenced to 30 years or so. Pretty sure he also got out early on parole after like 10 years.
"Illegally carrying"? Hey, dumbass, we have this little thing called the Second Amendment!
Many of our states don't understand this..try open carrying in some parts of the country.
That is why WE need to take it back along with a lot of other rights and responsibilities that we used to and should have.
If he didn't bring the rifle and did the same thing, went to the area with a medical kit to help, he would be dead.
But he did and it saved his life on top of him performing better with the gun than many trained people twice his age would have.
We actually don't know what would've happened if he didn't have the rifle, they specifically were chasing him because he had the rifle.
They'd have found someone else to attack. They were all out to fuck shit up that night. They just fucked with the wrong person.
You're both right.
Like an Army medic. Light gun and medical gear.
I think they're referring to the fact that he was 17 and carrying a rifle. I'm not sure the actual law on that other than one had to be 18 to PURCHASE a rifle.
Constitutionally he's eligible to be a part of an armed militia at his age. So..
Oh I know and I think he SHOULD have had every right to have used that weapon. I'm just unsure what the legal protocol is supposed to be in that regard.
Any "legal" protocol is an infringement on the Second Amendment.....null and void crapola.
Well I agree with you. I sure hope that the jury rules this way!
Kyle needs to head a company or platoon even and head over to Portland
He was eligible to join the service at the time of his actions.
A friend gave him the rifle for self-defense. Purchasing doesn't apply there.
It's a little hard to conceal what he was carrying.
"Hey there mister, is that a gun in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?"
You're right though - I was just trying to think of gun laws that apply to my state, I don't know anything about Wisconsin (other than cheese).
"Maybe he walked by a '"gun free zone" sign by accident" KEK.
2A.....
AND, it's long past time to start defending our property as well. He sure did have a right to be there. The cops were barricading themselves. During all this time, most cops were standing down. Appalling.
Unsure if it was entirely legal as he was 17 at the time.

It’s legal in Wisconsin
That being said it should be legal.
As a minor, he cannot purchase or own a weapon in Wisconsin.
There may be a clause that allows him to carry a long barrelled weapon which the Judge will advise the jury on.
It is his community, his Dad lives there.
baby steps.
And he worked there. He lived in Antioch 20 mins away.

How about patriot? That label is pretty unifying.
Confirmed, my dad is watching this trial and he condemned Kyle at first. Now he thinks Kyle deserves acquittal.

I have addressed that question so many times.
My reply is this:
"That's a great question that I hope you can answer for me. I'm always happy to share my sources should you wish to question the programming."
Joe "Shitty Pants" Biden, from what I heard, actually referred to Kyle as a "White supremacist"
From the testimonies I saw, the real white supremacist in this case is the Goblin Pedo who got exactly what he deserved.
I wonder if Shitty Pants has the decency to issue a full apology?
He does not. I fuckin hate Joe Biden with a passion for talking about Kyle that way. Specifically because of how devastated that must've made Kyle's poor mom feel.
Biden is dead. The man who said that is an actor playing a role to wake people up.
That's the Vril talking. Joe Biden is long gone.
Regardless of your initial position relating to the events, I think we can ALL agree that the prosecutor is just an absolute POS clutching at straws
He's trying to get it dismissed so it can go to retrial. He seems to purposefully be butchering the trial now.
I also think he's trying to make the case that using an AR15 for defence compared to a handgun is somehow reckless endangerment, especially because it uses FMJ bullets as opposed to hollow points.
He ignores the fact that some of the rounds remained in the bodies.
Just a total dickhead talking out of his ass.
Im not so sure. He was trying to paint Kyle into a corner on several occasions.
Of course, he's a democRAT.
I would shit on this person nonetheless.
"As the facts were laid out to me"
You bitch, there was VIDEO EVIDENCE and you still rely on propaganda instead of your own eyes?
A dumb mother fucker.
Maybe redeemable, but dumb.

Pretty sure most divisive topics would come out this way if leftists actually cared to research beyond MSM and Big Science/Tech talking points.
