There are a lot more biolabs in the world than just the ones in Ukraine. Putin may be destroying the ones in Ukraine (but why wouldn't he have announced that by now; it would only help his cause to publicly state that it was one of the missions), but there is always another one somewhere else that could develop the next "covid".

He could show the pdf's (that have apparently been removed from U.S. Federal websites that had them) that document their presence, then show the location, then show what those locations look like now. This, of course, is assuming the reports of the bioweapon sites is true, and that they were bombed is true. Russia and China called on the UN to investigate the Pentagon's biolabs around the world. These are on his backyard, and Ukraine is said to have multiple biolabs that are testing "the most dangerous pathogens." It was even written about on the Ukranian/American embassy website until the pulled it down. I believe I saw someone had archived it.
Even Ukraines Ministr of Defense (granted it was a cpl days ago) came out and said the civilians of Ukraine did not need to fear because Russia wasn't attacking civilians.

It has been corrected that it was ukrainian and he accidentally ran over the car as he swerved from incoming air fire. If you watch some of the longer video of it they show Ukrainians "helping the man escape from the car." Mind you, the dude is sitting inside a car that looks like a smashed sardine can perfectly fine, alert, moving around, not a scratch on him.....so also BS
