Will heat during cooking eliminate the danger? Pork cooked to at least 170 deg, beef to only 140 deg. Buying at a small butcher usually will be local meat, good for states other than Missouri. Or stock up now and hope things will change before you run out. Most frozen, if wrapped properly, good for at least one year.

That's what I was thinking. If it doesn't kill the pigs outright it would ruin the reproduction. Then all that fake meat they are making would "suddenly" have a market!
