I live in a very lefty area and lately tons of handwringing on social media about “how will we know who is vaccinated?” The person asking this is always presumably vaccinated.
Do they not understand that them being VACCINATED means that they are VAC-CIN-ATED? I.e. the point of the VACCINE is to protect you against the VIRUS. So why do you give a shit if someone else has it - you are VACCINATED & PROTECTED (other controversies aside).
I think these are some of the stupidest people I have ever encountered. Boggles the mind.

Depends on where you are. People in Korea are extremely lax about this sort of thing and they think it's cute/friendly to ask each other pervasive medical questions. Doctors, if you are aforeigner, will also not hesitate to discuss your physcial status with your employer.

A friend told me a rumor today that airlines might refuse some vaxed people (vaxed with AZ for example) in the future if they are at extra risk of DVT (bloodclots) because of the higher risk of clotting while flying.

Certain countries have always required certain vaccinations to be admitted into the country. What's new here is places and entities within this country (and within others also) wanting to require this vaccination for simple admission/participation domestically.
If you’re asked in a foreign country, and refuse, US privacy laws won’t protect you. So if the country you’re in doesn’t also have those privacy laws, then you’ll suffer whatever the local consequences are.
But you won't be able to travel TO that foreign country without proving vax status before you leave US. Problem solved. Don't go until all of these countries rethink their positions.
I think that is the right answer. When tourism dollars stop because no one goes there because of the vax requirement, they will rethink their decision. Except that so many are willingly getting the shot. It is incredible how many will just let themselves be injected with a experimental shot.

Not HIPAA... I don't know how this HIPAA myth was started, but that applies to a third party, like your doctor giving your info to someone else.
What does apply is ADA. No business can ask you about your medical info under ADA law. I believe that if they even ask, and that's reported, their first offense is something like a $7,500 fine. You can look into that for the exact details, but it's ADA, not HIPPA that you should be citing.

Interesting. Of course, the Executive Branch cannot implement regulations that go beyond the authority granted to them by the Legislative Branch, and must also conform to the laws established by the Judicial Branch (common law system, after all), subject to the Constitution.
Quick look at the linked document specifically states that it applies to "covered entities" (which I wrote as "covered persons" but it's the same thing). It also mentions additional regulations that go beyond that. If they can be used to our advantage, that's great. Whether or not they are actually lawful (if they go beyond the statute that grants the authority to create the regulation) is another question.

I’ve talked to my mom about animal vaccines. My last cat had a rough go: a mass in his throat at 16yrs. And of course whenever it comes to cats the vets can never give an explanation of what causes anything or why. I’ve done some research and a cat’s liver doesn’t process medicines well at all so it makes me wonder if the vaccines really screw them up. With all this Covid crap being pushed on us it’s made me wonder if practically all vaccines are harmful to us too.
Side note, I’m very interested in horses and would like to own a couple someday soon. How is yours doing with certain vaccines? I’m considering opting out of vaccines for my next cat just to see if it will have a better quality of life
About 20 years ago now I guess my vet told me that specifically the rabies shot was known to cause tumors in cats and that unless I let my cat roam outside he didn’t recommend giving her the shot. I haven’t given rabies shots to my cats since.

When the vaxxed are 'shedding', what are they shedding? My understanding (complete layman here) is that the mRNA infects their cells to make a spike protein which is a 'mimic of a part' of the Covid 19 virus, and that replicates to the rest of their cells that reproduce themselves due to natural die-off and replacement. Their immune system detects this spike protein and then builds antibodies to defend against the spike. That's just it. These idiots that have taken the vaccine KNOW that it do any offer immunity, doesn't offer any protection and doesn't shorten the severity or duration of COVID by more than 12 hrs. They were told this by their favored MSM news outlets. And yet, they still flocked to get the shot asap because those same talking heads, and Dr. Faux-ci told them to go get it.
If this ends up being a mass depopulation event in the future, it will invariably clean up the gene pool for us because it will have eliminated the dumbest and most ignorant among us. This should be celebrated by us, not ridiculed.
And yes, I know many of us here have family and friends that have succumbed to the "peer pressure," which makes this that much more bitter sweet, but this will ultimately end up being a good thing for us. Which is why I think Potus45 has pushed the "vaccines" like he has.
In order to evolve this race, we need the best and brightest to survive, not a bunch of idiots willing to do whatever theyre told to do by the establishment.
