I have not read the Fetzer book. Fetzer gets a little shaky on some of his conclusions in other works I have read by him.

I don't remember who got the ammo part, and I'm really not sure who got Dakota Arms. I think it might be the same shady, apparently Canadian, person who bought the rights to remington firearms. If you try to go to the website it tells you as much by explaining that remington arms and ammo and now two seperate companies. Likewise Marlin's website is basically a bunch of placeholders that explains Ruger bought them at the Remington auction and are setting up tooling in their plants and won't honor any non ruger made Marlin warranties, but directs you to where you can get your remington Marlin warranties honored.
EDIT: Looked it up in some more detail. Apparently Vista Outdoors bought the Ammo Brand, and every firearms related subsidiary except marlin was bought by the same shady company. Including Dakota Arms and Bushmaster. The only firearms portion of the company that got bought by someone else is Marlin, which Ruger bought.
I personally know someone who’s granddaughter was killed in sandyhook. However, I started looking in to Sandy Hook when she came back from the funeral and stated it was a closed casket, and that her daughter was not given permission to ever see her daughters body. They identified her granddaughter from a Picture of clothing she was wearing that day. That’s when I became very skeptical of SandyHook.

Yeah I remember her words exactly, she’s an interior designer and when she came back from visiting Connecticut for the funeral the guy I worked with asked her how it went. She responded with “the funeral was nice but it was so strange that they didn’t let my daughter ID in person her daughter” the guy I was working with said what do you mean? She responded with “they had her identify my granddaughter from a picture of the clothing she was wearing that day”. That’s actually when the guy I worked with started believing all of the 911 stuff I was telling him at that time too, he now is a critical thinker.
Simple remedy to this, dig up the grave and match her dental records. ALTHOUGH, the deep state could've just killed her themselves. I remember a mother investigated her infants death, and sure enough the casket was empty and she sued the shit out of the mortuary and hospital for losing the body, or likely selling it for parts!

It's a civil court case. There is no standard requiring active court cases not be in the news. I've often seen information about a in progress court case posted as a new item (especially patent related civil cases).
