If BLM and Antifa begin to riot in today it will all be laid out before the people to see who the parties are that are actually to blame for the murders during the Marxist insurrection in Kenosha during the summer of 2020.
The precedent has been set that individuals can and should defend the property of others and if harm is done towards them in the course and they have to shoot will be treated as self defense.

You are so correct. The deep state wanted at least a mistrial. They were pushing so hard for that to happen. Thank God the judge did not go that route. The general public would have been pounded in the head with the fact that he was never innocent and that he got lucky. He deserved nothing less than the not guilty verdict. Big win today, even if it never should have happened.
Yes I realized this today when my christian radio station made that point. Its true, they were almost teasing the defense to take the mistrial and thank God for our based Judge (who really isn’t based per se, he just follows the rule of law and order!)

I LOVED what the judge said and I'm paraphrasing, "In 4 years you'll be able to serve again and I'd be proud to serve with you." Someone correct me if I got that wrong, Hubs and I were whooping and hollering so I may have misheard it.

Idk, I always thought the political chamber of Reddit was at least 90% bots, but the Rittenhouse trial’s making a number of people have discussions about stuff like calling out CCP for the trash they are, and also about being distrustful about media. It’s crazy because you’d think mods there would be nuking all those threads in a heartbeat. Clearly, they’re being overwhelmed by the truth!

I am so happy Kyle Rittenhouse gets to taste freedom. He deserves his freedom more than I do. At 17, he risked everything to stand up for his rights and put his life and feeedom on the line. At 41, I’ve done absolutely nothing to protect my god given rights and that fucking needs to change.
It’s sad that this case was brought to trial in the first place and that alone shows that more work is needed to rid America and the West from this ideological cancer. I’m never going to be as great as Kyle, but I’m going to try to be better.
Kyle needs to sue the State for malicious prosecution and prosecutorial misconduct. Using a 17 year old for a political show trial is absolutely abhorrent and these pieces of shit need to pay.

REMINDER of the judge's ruling in defence use of force expert testimony: Schroeder told the attorneys that Black wouldn’t be allowed to testify about what Rittenhouse was thinking when he pulled the trigger or whether he definitively acted in self-defence.
Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger said if Schroeder allowed Black to testify only about the timeline of events that night he wouldn’t call his own expert to the stand. Defense attorney Mark Richards agreed to the deal.

First Degree Reckless Homicide, Use of a Deadly Weapon (Joseph Rosenbaum) First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Use of a Deadly Weapon (Richard McGinnis, a reporter for Daily Caller, was not injured but near Rosenbaum when Rittenhouse fired) First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, Use of a Deadly Weapon (unknown male) First Degree Intentional Homicide, Use of a Deadly Weapon (Anthony Huber) Attempt First Degree Intentional Homicide, Use of a Deadly Weapon (Gaige Grosskreutz) Possession of a Dangerous Weapon by a Person under the age of 18 (JUDGE DISMISSED THIS COUNT ON THE DAY OF CLOSING ARGUMENTS) DISMISSED AT THE END OF THE STATE” S CASE. The prosecution failed to put evidence in front of the jury that there was a lawful curfew in place (appears to be an oversight by the prosecution) Defense moved to dismiss, the judge agreed. Fail to Comply with Order of Local Government - Emergency Management Activity (citation, carries no penalty) - everyone present was breaking the 7 pm curfew issued by the sheriff. Possible Sentence: Max: Life in Prison Without Parole (WI does not have the DP)
THE JURY WAS CHOSEN IN ONE DAY. 20 jurors have been selected in WI v. Kyle Rittenhouse. 9 men and 11 women. (8 are alternates)
Rittenhouse shot and killed Joseph Rosenbaum, 26, and Anthony Huber, 26, and injured Gaige Grosskreutz, 27. Prosecutors say that Rittenhouse, then 17 and from Illinois, was a vigilante looking for a fight. He, like other right-wingers, went to Kenosha, Wisconsin ostensibly to protect property. This happened as protests over the police shooting local man Jacob Blake turned violent. Rittenhouse’s attorneys assert he was acting in self-defence. This case became a cause célèbre among conservatives.
Prosecutors have struggled in court, failing to introduce evidence of prior aggressive behaviour. This included evidence showing him attacking a woman who was in an altercation with his sister. The other is that he was closely linked to the violent, far-right Proud Boys organization.
Kenosha County Judge Bruce Schroeder said an appellate court would reverse him if he allowed these in the trial. The evidence was too prejudicial, he said. He left it up in the air whether he would allow footage showing someone identified as Rittenhouse discussing a Black man exiting a CVS pharmacy. Rittenhouse believed the man was shoplifting.
