Elon has been preaching the dangers of AI for years. That he's actually doing something about it, at least on the surface, is hardly a bad thing. If a direct connection is made between the two posts, then that obligates Elon as being 8kun Q (or member of Q). My reasoning:
A) “..to.. Q.”: identifies a specific person or persons B) “if u alive..”: identifies the same person(s) again C) “..give a ‘.’”: a direct request to said person(s) to prove they are both alive and following this person named Vincent Kennedy by posting a “.”
The only person to post a “.” is Elon (that we know of, across all platforms and forums). If Elon is both following Vincent Kennedy and responding to his post, then Elon is communicating he is Q as a person(s).
Is there anything more that can be shared to connect Elon to Vincent’s post? I don’t think this is enough, at face value, to suggest Elon is responding to Vincent or claiming to be Q. The only information we have is that “Elon is Q” (based on what we see in the GAW post here).

Yes, he does. I do not think he is a white hat, but I do have Starlink, two years now, my son hooked us up. I have to say, it does the trick. Living in a rural area without highspeed infrastructure, we got it. Downloads huge amounts, multiple people in house hooked up, streaming, gaming, all goes smoothly. Sometimes it drops for about half a second, which can be frustrating if you are doing pvp in a large player arena. Other than that, it is a fine product. Elon didn't invent it, he invents nothing, he just invests all those billions wisely, but, he is a globalist, an aetheist who likes the idea of playing God. More than likely Elon owns the Quantum computer named Q or is one of the less than 10 in the group. The only way every move could be known is by quantum computing and since we know there is a quantum computer named Q, it is likely Elon helped build it. Just my opinion.
