If it were words it had to be a very short message because of the immediate reaction of Jeb. So, "Daddy Bush flipped", or "You're under arrest", or "Cooperate NOW!". Something startleing, which the message was very clear, and had a purpose. Maybe it was even a picture of Old man Bush hanging from a gallows. I'm thinking it was a pic, only because that would genereate a quick reaction from a loved one in the blink of an eye.
That's the only thing that makes sense to me too, a picture. Can you just see old man Bush duct-taped to his wheelchair and swinging from a rope? That would shock anyone.
If old man Bush was strapped to a wheelchair and then hung, his head would have popped like a turkey gutter at a Tyson processing plant lopping off turkey heads on the assembly line.

Rewatch the video. To me it looks more like W passed a note to Laura and the agent tried to stop it, and the agent's glare at the camera is to let his handlers know something went down.
Regardless, the looks on Jeb and Laura's faces after reading it show it was something shocking to them.

This is a huge redpill. When we first found out about it the normies were not ready to see or believe this or accept our explanation for what we see. They are now. I have a lot of conservative normies in my sphere and when I show them this (I try to do it without comment; its important people think they are coming to their own conclusions and not guided), it stops them dead in their tracks. You can see the wheels turning, wondering how long they have been lied to and if everything they see is a lie.

As the coffin approaches Jeb is actually smiling fondly. Both he and Laura are turned to watch the coffin go by but Bush is rigid staring straight ahead. He can barely bring himself to look at it as it passes by. Laura flashes the booklet at jEB and HIS smile disappears and he looks shocked.
That is the biggest tell for me. Why would he go from smiling proudly to looking shocked in a split second? Laura looks pissed off for some reason.
The only thing we know is that some people, very high up people, received envelopes containing cards. Whatever was on the cards was enough to cause confusion. Who the hell gets up out of their seats at a funeral to start talking to each other? Hillary had a 'who gives a shit' reaction as you'd expect. Biden looked confused and everyone was checking their programs to see if they had one. It caused a stir for sure and had them worried.

Ya, I've been riding the same coaster. Been a lot of downs, no ups lately, but while I was down, I realised how much control these sick fucks have. And it's not just the executive branch of the US fed. It's in all the governments, corporations, education, medical, food, water, etc.
