I’ve witnessed these craft you describe. I had five other people there alongside me when we saw them back in 2018. The tech is very real. We stood in amazement as we witnessed two of these craft dance across the Southern California skyline. They weren’t “off the shelf drones” - I mean they couldn’t have been manned - no visible wings, no exhaust, no visible propulsion. They were large, one would take up enough space in a two car garage and poke out the rooftop. From what we could see they weren’t flat but egg shaped. They flew so high that you would mistake them for the stars in the sky.
If these were weaponized they would be unbeatable. You couldn’t launch anything fast enough. They were nimble, and would stop on a dime from full speed. It was insane to witness. Packet captures basically work as a logger. It'd be like writing down the license plate of every car to drive down a roadway and what time it happened and additional details about that given vehicle, origin, destination, etc. As it passes through, you capture the information about it, and then it continues on its way. The 'capture' doesn't actually stop anything; just records what's happening.
That's a great explanation of packet captures, I think I'm going to snatch that for my less tech inclined friends.

Capturing process does not alter the packet in anyway. It gets copied. The correct original terminology was Packet Sniffing. But Capture became widely accepted in the industry.

If Q has a post from a date years ago you look for one of the words or something in it and see if the words appear anywhere else in any news or online then you say that it's a Q prediction. That's called "deltas"
So for instance, on Aug 19, 2020 Q posts drop #4622 and he uses the words "censored, banned, or attacked." So anytime between now and, say, August 23 we can find an example of libs saying we are bad and then we say "Q predicted this. It's the one year delta of post 4622."
So if Q has a post that says the word "packet" and Mike Lindell talks about a packet then they are related and Q predicted or made it happen.
