Histamines control various functions of the nervous system. Some people have proposed that loss of smell and taste (which has been reported in people with cold/flu symptoms for decades -- it's nothing new) might have to do with blockage of some sort of the nerves that control those senses .

Luckily, there is a trick called The Epley Maneuver or The Canalith repositioning procedure which usually relieves vertigo in about 80% of people after one or two treatments. It involves rotating the head around in a specific way, directing the free-floating crystal back into a spot in the ear where it will not cause trouble.
Yes that is what I have. The manuever doesn't work for me. I am super careful how I move my head when it flares up or I'll be on the floor. Well something arrived out there about two years ago that is not the standard flu that we've all had. I think it's very important to note that this was research done in a laboratory, using cell cultures and computer modeling. It is wonderful that they discovered this combination and looked into the effective and cytotoxic concentrations, but this is not a study that sought to establish how effective these compounds are in humans. The liver does incredible things to a lot of compounds, and not every medication/molecule reaches the cells in equal concentrations. Hopefully they're already working on testing this clinically to determine safety and efficacy- but until that is studied, it's hard to say with any certainty whether this will be effective. Scientists have cured cancer in cell cultures a million times, but it's still hanging around in people.
In the mean time, taking a hayfever pill, and spending the day eating cream buns washed down with pints of cool milk will do you no harm.

Little known sleep aid trick:
diphenhydramine (as little as 25mg) + melatonin (as little as 1mg) - will knock you out and keep you sleeping for 6-8 hours.
Increase DPH up to 50mg, to strengthen how fast it takes to knock you out asleep.
Increase melatonin to how many hours you want to sleep up to 5mg. I find it that the more melatonin I intake the more morning grumpy-ness I have, so I just stick to 1-3mg.
Super useful if you take pre-workouts late into your waking day, or are too amped up to sleep but need to sleep within 9 hours for the next day.
Diphenhydramine gives me the worst fuckin restless legs ever. I'll be up all night halfway hallucinating from the benadryl but can't sleep cause of the legs lol

At one time vit d was plentiful in food and there were some German beers made producing very high levels of vitamin d. It was added to milk.cheexe bread etc .very cheap to make it.
Then through newly formed Rockefeller institutions and under tavistock control it was removed from everything as people were healthy and happy and had no need of Rockefeller patent medicines made from petroleum.

Early in the 2020 plandemic we saw lots of media about dairy farmers dumping their milk because schools were closed. They claimed it was too difficult to reroute to another market. I wouldn't be surprised if this was another scheme like keeping HCQ away from the public, sending sick spreaders to nursing homes, forcing masks, etc to make a plandemic seem real enough to force the k1ll$hot.

When I read that article today, I immediately checked my OTC allergy meds. None of those are in mine.
Its benadyrll, nyquill, etc. And the OTC sleep aids, because it makes you sleepy, too.
Your non drowsy allergy pills won't use it.
