It's unconstitutional.

That's where the military comes in and if they don't then it's the militia.

The land of the free must be the home of the brave.

Which is why at least 20 Governors will immediately declare non-compliance. Case is fast-tracked to SC, and they rule it unconstitutional just like the recent gun grabs.

Don't let them shake you. One of their goals with this stuff is to incite a violent reaction.

That and to normalize/predictive program you.

Maybe today 90% say no to the ID

Maybe tomorrow a virus is released, people panic at how deadly it is

(or how not deadly it is like they panicked for COVID and practically laid the groundwork and structure for DIGITAL ID…)

The govt tells you it’s “So bad, the only way to organize vax distribution is with digital ID/microchipping for digital passports.”

Sheep line up, hook line sinker.

Doesn’t even need to be in order to receive a vax. A natural disaster or attack that’s so bad the only way to organize people into safety or given food and supplies.

Unshaken - but lately the Supreme Court's regard for the Constitution seems to depend on what day of the week it is.

They overturn R v W and then turn a blind eye to Brunson. To me the neglect of the oath of office case indicates a deep sense of fear exists in the Court. They appear to have shrugged off the meaning of their own oaths to protect and defend the Constitution. In my view the SCOTUS is deeply in failure mode. They collectively appear to be as corrupt as the FBI. The bad justices need to be removed; impeached.

That's why I think we have arrived at the point of "the plan" where the military has to get involved. That doesn't necessarity mean violence. Or it may mean small amounts of limited, controlled violence for arrests and crowd control and so on.

But to me it is absolutely clear that the "biden regime" is a criminal regime that is an arm of the globalist world government operation. I don't believe the SCOTUS has the will or the power to take down the cabal.

That leaves martial law. I believe we are are presently under a limited form of martial law that is being actively contested by the cabal - East Palestine and Nord Stream and Ukraine are parts of this active fight.

The American People are slow to anger but they are the final repository of the urge to freedom and dignity for the world.

I don't wish to have to fight to defend my freedom but I will not be enslaved.

– jfunction 1 point 3 years ago +1 / -0

House impeaches then tried in Senate with trial overseen by Chief Justice.

House takes 50% +1 to impeach. Senate takes 67% to convict.

Just about like to impeach a President.

Was done in 1805 but senate did not convict.

Okay...But what if it doesn't go to SCOTUS, or SCOTUS rules against us?

To say things with such finality is setting oneself up for disappointment, and declaring it to others sets them up to be dragged down with you.

It's important to be realistic, and to ensure that we watch carefully how this wind blows.

It was just my prediction based on the way things have gone. SC has surprised us lately by defending the Constitution.

I won't be disappointed if I'm wrong, and neither should anyone else. Setting expectations is never a good idea.

I am at that point where, honestly, I don't care about "protecting democracy". Because we are not a democracy. We are a republic. As for other countries' political systems, it should not matter to us and it is none of our business. I hate hearing American news try to talk about how everything they don't like or are told not to like is a "danger to democracy" when it is happening in, like, UK or Ukraine/Russia or Africa or some other shit.

Seriously, I don't think they'll "entering the chat" any time soon on our behalf. So, I'm all for the militia...eventually.

We definitely need to hit the streets en masse and protest our asses off on this, though. That's the first step. Step 1B is calling ALL the Congress critters and demanding they shoot this down.

If those two things don't work, then it should be "game on."

The President can sign treaties but still requires "Advice and consent" of the Senate, which means it needs a 2/3's vote to pass. And that's in the Constitution, not Senate rules.

Aside from impeachment for trying to do yet another end run around the Constitution, what are McCarthy, Gaetz, or Boebert supposed to do to stop this?

Not that they care about the Constitution and you are of course correct. However they are basing this on the fact we already entered a treaty when we joined the UN. Their argument will then be that they are bound by it because the the UN treaty and Charter for all members.

But see, there is more to the WHO than what we see right now. They have already declared guns an international health crisis. Think of it... There is no way in hell America would accept chips or the mark of the beast unless they have no way to defend themselves. Guns first, total control second

There's more than one school on thought about the rapture, pre, during, and post tribulation. Not one idea is radically more accepted than the other, as revelations was highly allegorical, there's not much to say in regards to the chronological sequence of events described around the rapture itself. I think this goes hand in hand with the second coming before the millennial kingdom and the idea that his coming would be like a thief in the middle of the night, but who knows but God really. Maybe it was left to interpretation because God does not want to reveal the day or the hour. We are warned though to live life as if he was coming tomorrow and also to pay attention to the seasons.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– CIngone 1 point 3 years ago +1 / -0

You're correct of course, we don't know the time and the hour however we are certainly told there will be signs, and when we see these things happening we will know the time is near.

As for pre, during, or post... We, the Church are the Bride of Christ and I think most are pre-trib believers simply because the Groom would not subject His Bride to torture and death before the Wedding. Don't get me wrong, there will most certainly be a lot of people who become believers during the Tribulation and will mostly die for that Faith. But there is nothing in any of the prophecies of the end days that you can point to that signifies the millions or more of believers of the pre-period are still here to suffer with them.

Look at it this way.... How could something like the trinity of evil in Revelation come into power with Bible praying, Faithful Warriors of God still here to ask God to stop them? I'm sorry, I know God would answer those prayers and help His Children. However, if we were not here, totally different story then

May God's Peace be with you!

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– GhostOfReeeev 2 points 3 years ago +2 / -0

May God help us all in the times to come. Even if we are to be raptured before the tribulation, I think we will see the beginning of the birth of pains.

Not going to deny that I prefer pre tribulation rapture. However, don't hang your faith on the timing. If things don't go down the way we expect, temptation to abandon our faith will be around the corner, and many will give in due to disappointment.

DO NOT BE FOOLED. They want us focusing on the treaty, which has to be ratified by Congress. This is a distraction. The real problem is the amendments to the International Health Regulations set to be voted on very soon. The US is already a signatory nation to the IHR. That means that the amendments can be ratified by a simple majority. These amendments, submitted by the Biden administration over a weekend in secret, gives the WHO enforcement powers under a health emergency declaration - which can be called for pretty much anything by the head of the WHO. No other vote is needed. One person gets to make the call for the entire world. It is an end around to national sovereignty. The WHO will be given the power to sanction in order to enforce actions deemed necessary among other powers. The world health treaty that is being developed is taking the focus away from the real power grab - the IHR.

The only answer to this if it cannot be stopped in its tracks, is to withdraw from the WHO. Since Trump knew what was coming he tried to get us out of the WHO. Now it is up to us. Just like when this first came on the radar last year, sunlight made it go back into its corner. Lots of attention and noise made it retreat. We must do the same again. Wonder why there are so many distractions? This is huge and they don't want us looking at it. If there is a time to blow up the phone lines to Congress and your State representatives, this is it. But understand, this not about that damn treaty - it's about the amendments to the IHR. Make sure we get this straight!

▲ 2 ▼
– redlotus69 2 points 3 years ago +2 / -0

I'm wondering what the fuck were supposed to do about any of this. Are we really supposed to believe phone calls will stop their global domination plan?

If Trump got us out why did the white hats let Biden put us back in?

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 3 ▼
– NooneFor2024II 3 points 3 years ago +3 / -0

WHO are these supposed white hats and what makes any of us think that because they are not the "black hats" that it means they are on OUR side? White hats and black hats are just two sides of same faction that are infighting over control of US and to gain control of being the ones to sit at the big table.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– mac1221 1 point 3 years ago +1 / -0

The last time these amendments came up, a whole lot of attention made them back off. Otherwise they would have moved forward last year. They do not want attention on this. What little attention was generated last year was enough for these slimy creatures to crawl back under their rocks. A couple of African nations put the kabash on them moving forward. They tried again and introduced the amendments over a weekend in secret. However, people who are closely monitoring their moves found out. The only way this will be halted is if eyes are put on it. Every little bit helps.

You can believe that "white hats" are "in control." If that were true, we would not be in the shit storm that is taking place. We are the plan fren and we always were. Yes, we have friendlies on the inside. But they are not enough to pull this out of the fire alone. Everyone is needed on the battlefield. This is war, and with war, there are battles. Some battles are won, and some battles are lost. It is moves and countermoves. When we lose a fight, we pick ourselves up and reengage the enemy. They are not going to stop moving forward with their plans unless we stop them - wherever we can. Quitting is not an option. Stand and fight where you are, doing what you can. Every soldier is valuable, and every soldier is needed. When we think that our efforts are meaningless, they have already won. Best to you fren.

The COVID emergency is set to expire in May. The WHO must have another health emergency lined up. I've looked for WHO enforcement mechanisms, but I can't find anything more specific than sanctions, which I assume would be economic or financial. This may work for different countries, but how could it work against individual US states?

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– mac1221 1 point 3 years ago +1 / -0

There is also wording in these amendments that can take over portions of industry in order to mobilize them against whatever "health threat" that the director of the WHO deems necessary. It can be a plandemic or it can be climate change. The emergency is basically anything he says it is. These changes also move the WHO from being an advisor to essentially a global governance mechanism with powers. Sanctions for non compliance could be heavy.

The plandemic already showed us how these elitists are willing to move in lockstep to oppress the people using threats of sanction. Threaten a state with cutting off Federal funding and that gets their attention pretty quick. All state governments rely heavily on Federal block grants and other forms of reimbursements. What would a state do if Medicaid or Medicare reimbursements were threatened? Federal education funding could be cut. The list is large and withholding could bring any state to its knees in a very short time.

The existing language for human dignity and human rights will also be completely removed. The thought of where this could lead if they get their way is frightening. This move could possibly be the mechanism that they will use to bring the entire world into compliance with their global plan. From an evil planning position, it is brilliant. They are trying to sneak these changes in under the radar. In fact, the only reason some of us even know about these amendments is because a few determined people dug through the WHO's proceedings and were able to track it down. It has not been easy. They do not want us to know. That is why they are trying to get everyone to focus on a new international health treaty. The treaty is a decoy. Americans that are aware that something is brewing are not concerned because they assume it involves the treaty - which they know would probably never get past Congress. The amendments to the IHR are not even on their radar so they blow it off. There is a reason Trump was pulling us out of the WHO. He knew what was coming.

Right. They are cunning and relentless. That was my response to a thread revealing that the Omnibus Bill contains a clause allowing the FDA to ban off-label prescribing because the FDA keeps losing in court on the issue. They will never stop.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– mac1221 2 points 3 years ago +2 / -0

Yes, off label prescribing is a huge part of practice. You have a toolbox and you use what is in your toolbox to find the right fit for your patient. If bean counters and AI are going to determine patient care and not the clinician, why the hell have a provider? Myself and some of my colleagues tried to warn others about where this was all headed when the ACA was passed. Of course we were not taken seriously. It has been incremental steps to essentially strip autonomy away from providers and turn us into robots following one size fits all treatment algorithms. The ICD codes are a minefield. I sidelined myself when the Rona hit. I still have my license, but trying to actually treat patients in this climate is next to impossible. I have been around long enough to know what it used to be like. The younger practitioners don't know anything different than this new system. Maybe someday when the madness is over, there will be room for us to bring some sanity back. Until then, I will find other places where I can be of service.

Fren, I'm afraid you are not understanding how the Government really works. They sign or pass whatever they want and that's the law until a Court orders them to halt pending review and ultimately rules against them or lifts the halt. Which means we need a Court to force them to follow the Constitution. Our election fraud cases do not instill me with much confidence in the Courts.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– mac1221 1 point 3 years ago +1 / -0

I think you misunderstand fren. This takeover is taking place at the WHO, not from within the US government. The amendments given by the US to the WHO are to make major changes to the IHR of which the US is a member nation and a signatory. Since the IHR has already been approved by most of the member nations and is already in effect, any changes to the already existing IHR only requires a simple majority. The US government has little to do with this vote taking place in May other than our rep to the WHO trying to make sure this damn thing gets shoved through while everyone is focused on a treaty. The fact that this is completely bypassing our government is what makes it very dangerous. It is an end around to a one world government framework using the WHO.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– OffGridGuy 2 points 3 years ago +2 / -0

It was specifically constructed in an attempt to end run around the Constitution's requirement for the advice and consent of the Senate on treaties. The Senate will sue and we'll see who the Courts side with. I'm not expecting it will be us.

The longer this thing plays out the more we get stripped from us and I fear for what we'll have left. A major purge of our governments, corporations, and non-profits, must occur, but beyond that a major purge of who lives in this Country must occur and I can't see a way where that can happen without some "really bad things" going down.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– mac1221 1 point 3 years ago +1 / -0

It is a change to an already agreed upon treaty - not a new treaty that would need Senate approval/advice and consent. All that is needed to change the International Health Regulations is a simple majority. That's it.

There are two things making their way through the WHO right now. One is the new proposed pandemic treaty that would require the normal process of approval for a treaty. Because people are making the assumption that this is all the WHO is trying to push through, many are not paying attention. What is occuring along side of the new treaty are changes to the existing IHR. The changes to the IHR currently is where they are trying to get their power grab through while everyone is focused on the treaty. The new treaty can be shot down later. But the changes to the IHR needs to be stopped now.

URGENT NEW PANDEMIC TREATY WOULD GIVE WHO UNPRECEDENTED POWER GRAB

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this kind of a non factor inside of US borders? I mean, half the states in the country have already ruled the whole covid ID and jab passport were unconstitutional, and the supreme court held that vaccine mandates and other arbitrary government "rules" were unconstitutional as well.

So basically, this does nothing inside of our borders. So unless you're planning on traveling abroad, it's kind of meaningless. Which to be honest, I don't know why anyone would want to travel to a different country at this point. As bad as it is here, we've managed to avoid the crapshow the rest of the planet is going through. So why would you willingly go to any of these hell holes?

Though that doesn't mean this is something to ignore. And I most certainly feel bad for other countries that will be horrendously affected by this crap. But, at least here in the US, it probably won't affect too many people's lives unless you're the type to vacation oversees every chance you get.

When the health official shows up at your doorstep with the Sheriff's Deputy and the quarantine van to take you for your mandatory 10 day observation period in Merkel's Marriot because they claim you were exposed participation becomes mandatory unless you're about to end your life as you know it.

How bad is bad?

WHO Treaty -> Loss of freedom and mandatory vaccines, probably a revolution

Upcoming Famines, due to war, inflation, demographics -> Chaos, anarchy, starving, death or survival of the fittest

Threat of Nuclear War -> BOOM, hopefully a quick ending, but probably not

Bottom line = It is not the WHO Treaty I fear the most!

Help me out here. Really.

So like, we (the USA), or the red cross, or the UN, or the South Africa Girl Scouts can declare a 'regional public health emergency' in... I dunno, let's say Japan. Or DPRK/North Korea. Or, instead of a health emergency, we can declare a humanitarian crisis, or human rights crisis, or whatever.

Doesn't mean a goddamn thing to North Korea or Japan. They gonna do whatever the fuck they wanna do.

Likewise, what do we care if some snooty World Health Organization, or the WEF, or the South African Girl Scouts, or the UN, declare a humanitarian crisis in the Texas Mexico border? Or Syphilis crisis in Atlanta? Or AIDS crisis in San Francisco?

Doesn't mean shit to us. We'll just keep doing what we want, whatever our thing is. Juche in the American Style.

This just seems like WHO is making new regulation to make themselves feel more important. It doesn't change anything.

Am I wrong?

Yeah...nope. Fuck that. If Congress, etc decides to allow this, then we need to get the gallows and guillotines ready.

I had a good, longtime friend ask me "at what point is enough, enough?" She's fairly Liberal, also a lawyer (not currently practicing). We don't usually talk about politics or religion. Just not our bag, and she's very guarded about what she puts out there over the networks, so the question caught me off guard, coming from her. And I was busy with work and had a time trying to switch gears. I told her I wasn't sure, but this mess can't go on for too much longer.

After seeing this, I'm wondering if this is the reason she asked. I think it's time we broach the political conversation topic. I'm curious as to why she asked me.

interesting. If a great awakening is to happen the left have a lot of walls built. Yet that doesn't mean anyone on the right side of politics do not have walls built too. I do not understand a lot of people that are political. Like why take the higher road to begin with? That was never a good idea. We have decades of issues from that one thing. Feelings do not matter when it comes to good and evil. We should learn individual insightfulness and respect for others. Maybe she is realizing this now? We are in a lot of this mess because of the enablers on the so called right--keep the peace, take the higher road. I am not bitter either. I have lost many over the years because I do not always take the higher road. It is their loss not mine. The only time politics works is if both sides are agreeable on a foundational principle of good and evil. Redefining evil as good and taking the higher road claiming they are going to learn... bad recipe. obviously.

These laws, rules, regulations, diktats and the associated prattlings of this myriad of fuckwits will mean absolutely nothing when the smoothe-brain normies are brought to boil and the fan meets the e coli.

These laws are castles in the sand, they are a beautifully set, silver-service buffet on the outside of the space shuttle during re-entry.

They are a decorative merkin worn naked, 500 yards from ground zero when they let the tsar bomba off.

Bring it I say.

Let these fucking idiots pass the law that all heterosexual males will, by state decree, need to be gently sodomized by an elk penis as a corrective measure for their toxic masculinity. Let them put the tax rate up to 100%. Let them decree that all newlywed wives shall be provided to the state for breaking in under penalty of death.

Let them print so much crap, fiat-currency that the circumference of the Earth is increased by 10%. Let them decree that home-ownership is racist and the situation is to be remedied by turning your house into an MS-13 drug staging warehouse.

Let them tax our oxygen. Let them impose a horizontal-rhumba tax on gigi-gig and demand a camera in every room in our houses to enforce it.

It's all shit and strawberry short-cake.

It's like EVERYTHING now; fake, meaningless, stupefyingly boring even.

I'm with Brian Cates in that I simply long for a day without constant 5GW war being waged on the oblivious normies.....and a rainforest property away from humanity.

The Homo Sapien hominid is so out of it's depth. Consciousness is wasted on it.

Edit:- My digital passport would sport a picture of my ass, taken from a low angle, so as to include my bean-bag in the shot.
