Something a lot of people are missing in this whole AZ audit thing.

The Dems will try and say, when AZ is de-certified, that Xiden still has enough electoral votes so it doesn't matter. Except it does in a big way.

Because the part everyone is missing is - Trump still has not conceded the election! This is very important for what comes next.

You see, if AZ decertifies their results the ENTIRE election is now in question. Congress cannot certify election until ALL states have certified. Just like a state cannot certify unless 100% of their counties certify, the same is true of a national election with the states themselves.

As Trump hasn't conceded, he now has a right to contest the entire election and that will mean the remaining 49 states will have to conduct a full forensic audit as a result.

Why do you think so many states are visiting AZ for the audit right now, including states that supposedly already went Trump and didn't have contested election issues? They know what is coming.

Do you all remember prior to the 2018 election Trump signed an EO making national elections a matter of national security?

Now put two and two together. If even ONE state shows fraud it calls into question the results of the entire election. Being a matter of national security now puts it under the purview of who as forensic audits are done state to state?

If you answered the military you are on the right track.

Now, the states will TRY to claim that it is state sovereignty and the Feds cannot do that. However, for anyone who has read my Storm Series the military is NOT federal - it belongs to the individual states as that is where the citizens in the military are derived from. Therefore, the state being a part of the US means the military in each state may take over. True, citizen soldiers from Texas, for example, could not oversee the audit in Michigan, but the military will be able to oversee it just fine.

There will be states that will take this up on their own to avoid the military. There will be states that will resist. However, as Trump warned them BEFORE certifying the results, the legislatures in states that resist and refuse to do audits will now find themselves embroiled in accessory to fraud once the audits are done.

But you see, here is where it gets good. Once the election is "on hold" while results are determined it means the current fraud President is technically not holding office. But neither is the former President.

So who gets to run things while this all gets sorted out? How do you introduce all the military evidence they collected in the sting? Why you have the military LEGALLY engaged in a national security issue and then they turn up with the evidence of foreign involvement.

As I previously said in the Storm Series - this is why you only need ONE state to turn up fraud. I hope now more understand why.

Either the states are going to band together and fix this in defiance of the Federal Government since it calls into question the legitimacy of the entire government (I mentioned this in Part IV) or the military is going to take control, per the Law of War manual, until this is sorted out.

It is going to be a very, very hot summer.

Things could also get bumpy.

Desperate times will call for desperate measures by the wealthy and powerful. It's likely why there have been delays.

14
HolySmokes 14 points ago +14 / -0

2020 in a nutshell. Look at all of the desperate measures. They released a virus to take down a president.

They manufactured a heightened race war.

Non stop 24hr media brainwashing, fake news assault against a sitting president.

Sham impeachment.

Middle class businesses destroyed with tyrannical lockdowns.

Literally everyone close to me has been brainwashed, taken the jabs, and I have ended many close relationships.

I'm ready for the storm, as I have nothing left to lose, and I know I'm not the only one.

I'll never forget.

if he can't appear in public, he's out of the loop. you don't understand the rules the Illuminati play by. which is, incidently, why no one on this site perceives Trump/Q are an Illuminati faction (the "good" one, the "Atreides" of the "Dune" novel's metaphorical representation of our planetary governing structure)

3
CQVFEFE 3 points ago +3 / -0

you don't understand the rules the Illuminati play by

If you're saying you do, then: (a) Why should we believe that—are you one of them? and (b) If not, how did you gain access to their rulebook? and (c) Do you have a link to it so the rest of us can catch up? and (d) Go ahead and state what the illuminati rule is that pertains here, and why. Otherwise it just looks like blowing smoke.

Trump/Q are an Illuminati faction

Here again...statements like this demand better clarification. In fact, it's so wacky, I didn't even downvote. Assuming there must be some further explanation.

I think what I like the most about how this is playing out is the momentum that is building to reestablish the power of states and diminish the power of the federal government. Our republic of semi-autonomous states is a genius-level distributed design... incredibly resilient and flexible.

Each state is an individual experiment (and competition) to find the best balance of policies, investments, regulations, taxes, etc. that allow their citizens to produce the best results. Success is imitated and spreads naturally. Failures are rejected in various ways... genius.

I think many of us have been led astray by thinking nationally instead of focusing on activities at the state level. I pretty much gave up when I saw the state legislatures and courts fail to act.

But then, seemingly out of nowhere, how did the AZ forensic audit get going in the first place? Also, the people performing the audit are demonstrating an incredibly high level of professionalism and expertise... how did that happen? Almost like it was all very well planned ... in advance... hmmm.

It's funny, for all of the times that Trump has been compared to Lincoln, what he is doing is exactly the opposite. This is something of a second Civil War, but instead of the result being consolidation of power at the federal level, this time it is being reclaimed by the states. You cannot truly make America great again without restoring the proper balance between the states and the feds.

I would wager that Sonny Borelli had a big hand in pushing this idea through. If you ever had a chance to sit and visit with him it doesn't take long to see he is an old school US Marine first and a Senator second. I know he ruffles some feathers of other elected folks in this state but I have not met one of those who does not respect him. He may not look like much standing up next to a Hollywood type SEAL but he is an absolute bulldog , smoother and smarter than than you might guess as well.

I can't wait to see what happens here in New Mexico! AZ is probably scaring the crap out of our Govenor, she thinks she can win her reelection next year. An audit here could change everything if it went back to 2016.

You make a great point! It only takes one state decertifying to show that on January 6th V.P. Pence and Congress certified a fraudulent result. And they did it even though State Legislatures were expressing concerns and asking for more time. Even Pence’s letter states there were “irregularities “ in the election. But they hid behind arbitrary dates and acted like the dates were more important than addressing the fraud.

16
Wayshuba [S] 16 points ago +16 / -0

Don't forget that Congress also completely ignored contested submissions from states and, rather than investigate, they ignored them.

5
yldngo 5 points ago +5 / -0

And what about that guy from Italy that confessed to everything and it getting dropped off to congress the morning they certified? (Sorry for the almost useless and vague question... I'll get some sleep and track down what I'm referring to tomorrow... thank you for you well organized and presented thoughts!)

3
tenthousandspoons 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yep, and used the confusion from the events from January 6th to serve as justification to shut down any challenge.

13
Space_Monkey 13 points ago +13 / -0

What if Pence was meant to certify the election so all this could happen.

Think about it.

If Pence had chosen not to certify, it would have been seen as a completely partisan move and he would have been ripped apart, and Trump would have been forced into a tricky situation where he would have to hold onto the office while half the country thinks he just illegally stole the presidency through pressuring Pence.

Maybe the majority who voted for Trump would have been happy, but it would not have led to fixing the problem like what is happening now. The DS also would have called on the UN to send troops to depose Trump, and with the media apparatus still functioning, that would not go well for our side.

By allowing the election to be certified and then standing down, he defused that situation and now when election fraud is found he will have the rule of law on his side.

I remember Lin Wood's accusations against Pence regarding him being a pedo and other heinous stuff, but what if that was all for optics?

Maybe Pence is a white hat but they needed everyone to believe he was a traitor to demonstrate how deep the corruption goes.

I think that probably also goes for some senators who were talking about fraud before Jan 6 and then after the events of that day, flipped to supporting the certification. Maybe some were intimidated or blackmailed, but maybe some who stood their ground were taken aside and privately briefed about the plan.

I have no evidence of this, just speculation, but it would make sense given what we know now.

8
TSearch 8 points ago +8 / -0

This was a point of view that seemed plausible to me back in January. And it came from President Trump saying on January 6th, it would take more courage for Pence to do nothing. But a different meaning for that statement came to me a few weeks ago.

This is speculation too. Pence was asked to send the contested slates back to the states and demand audits. He expressed doubts he had the power and POTUS explained to him nothing can stop what is coming. If you do the right thing now it will be much better for you. The “courage” was believing he could stop what was coming by concluding the steal. Pence thought the old rules still applied and the people would give up. But we didn’t and we never will.

the Q ppl didnt want a precedent set where the incumbent VP could simply choose the next president

7
ELMapache 7 points ago +7 / -0

Remember before the election when all the talking heads kept echoing the narrative of President Trump not stepping down? They were setting up the scenario where he wouldn't leave after the inauguration. That's what they expected. He outplayed them when he "stepped down" and they didn't know how to react. I believe that's part of the reason they're acting so strange. They know he really won, but when he left office, it thrust the two clowns into the spotlight. It's like they know the game is already over for them, they just don't know when it's gonna happen. Just my observations.

5
Emyrylde 5 points ago +5 / -0

Exactly this^!!!! Just like they never thought she would lose, they never expected him to just step down. I can't even imagine how hard that was for him to take that path.

3
Space_Monkey 3 points ago +3 / -0

If Pence was really involved in that kinda stuff, I have a hard time believing Trump would have him as his right-hand man, just a heartbeat away from the presidency.

It may be true, but maybe not. All I've seen is claims, but no hard evidence.

This is well thought out. However, I don't think that politicians are visiting AZ in the last week, because they know what is coming. I think they are trying to cover their asses. They see the growing snowball, and it is forcing them to take the side of auditing the election.

15
Wayshuba [S] 15 points ago +15 / -0

To your point, "They see the growing snowball," is this not the same as saying they know what is coming.

They may not know the PLAN stated above, but they know it is inevitable once the scale of fraud is uncovered in AZ that there is going to be no stopping things at that point.

I definitely see these being realistic scenarios and this is one where the DS seems crippled and can't do anything to interfere without exposing themselves any further. However you always do have to ask.. "Is it really that simple? Is this what Q and Q+ planned? Is there something we are overlooking?"

I'm not saying any of these questions need to be answered now. But we should keep them in the back of our heads as the audit chapter of "The Storm" plays out.

24
Wayshuba [S] 24 points ago +24 / -0

More importantly, as AZ is showing, they will now fight back against the Feds.

For a Senator to literally call out the DOJ as being corrupt is a much bigger deal than people realize. Keep in mind, the Fed ONLY exists by the will of the States. If they held a Constitutional Convention and voted to dissolve the current Federal Government, there is nothing the Feds could do about it.

5
FreedomLover21 5 points ago +5 / -0

Why don’t we just do that and get it over with?!

2
anargumentativebox 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes, it is significant. It's encouraging to say the least, to see the DOJ getting told to MYOB.

One thing that I did just think about - Ducey. Unless I am mistaken, I think he will have to sign off on the legislature voting to decertify the results of their state for 2020. Unless Ducey isn't as corrupt as Kemp or by Q-Incidence he chooses to suddenly side with his own state's will... I could see him being a major roadblock for seeing any justice. I hope he does not decide to be such a pain in EVERYONE's ass.

13
Wayshuba [S] 13 points ago +13 / -0

Ducey has nothing to do with signing off at all. Notice it is the legislature that finally signs off and submits to Congress - since Governor's have no Constitutional Power to do so. The Governor signing off is only a matter of the state's procedures.

You see, the Governor signed off to the Senate that things were a-okay. Don't forget, the SoS and Governor in AZ did this WHILE the Senate was have hearings with Guilliani and others. So, if fraud is exposed, the Governor has no say in it because he, himself, signing off on fraud along with the SoS are in a heap of hot water as well.

2
anargumentativebox 2 points ago +2 / -0

I see what you mean. I also had to go digging through several documents to make sure there wasn't any possibility that Ducey or Hobbs could jump in the middle and play games. Amusingly, it all fell back on this:

US Constitution - Article 2 - Section 1 - Clause 2: Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, >a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and >Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no >Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under >the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.

At this point I think I have one less thing to worry about. I really appreciate your responses!

1
rottn 1 point ago +1 / -0

Wayshuba, can you tell us how the AZ Board of Supervisors is getting away with all their shenanigians? Right now they seem like they don't report to anyone and can do whatever the hell they want - I sure would like to see them held accountable for their actions too.

4
Wayshuba [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

Because in the real world, shenanigans are not crimes necessarily. Sure, it is frustrating as hell, but the way justice works (or at least should work) is to first have evidence of a crime. Shenanigans alone are not a crime in itself, otherwise people would be going to jail for simply being difficult at times.

If the audit turns up a lot of problems, like failure in chain of custody, less votes than certified in the election, etc., then you have EVIDENCE of crime and that is where their shenanigans will become indictments.

So, if they broke the law, they will be held accountable. I have all confidence they will too because when State Senators are threating to arrest and imprison the AG of the US and blatantly calling out his corruption, you know the hammer is going to come down hard from the AZ Senate.

2
Trump_Is_Cyrus_777 2 points ago +2 / -0

Not if they hold a new election. If half the ballots are missing it will be hard to tell who legit won Senate/House seats so the only way would be a new election run by the military. They have experience of that in 3rd world shitholes.

In a new election Trump would be able to choose a new VP.

2

I recall how Trump did not acknowledge Pence at the Bush funeral, where Karen got her deepstate envelope; and how Pence was seen sitting buddy-buddy with the Clintons and Foebamas at the coup inauguration. The only white hat he appeared to be wearing for that little celebration of treason was the tall pointy one of the Coup Cucks Clan.

Too much detailed info is out there now about Pence and his collusion with Ryan to dump Trump at the last minute and usurp the nomination, his penchant for homosexual relationships with younger men (never seen in the presence of a woman without his envelope-wife :), and child sex trafficking on his watch as gov of IN, for any rational speculation concerning his ever working with Trump again.

10
Wayshuba [S] 10 points ago +10 / -0

No to the temporary President. What happens would fall under section 11 of the Law of War manual.

Be aware of something. So far, nothing has slipped from the AZ audit to the findings - even the 200k missing ballots is speculation at this point. I have a feeling a LOT more is going to come out of the audit than simply missing ballots and this is what will trigger the house of cards to start tumbling down.

Thanks. So some fireworks for July 4th? [without intentional datefagging]

Wayshuba [S] 8 points ago +8 / -0

I don't know dates, but I think July 4 may be a bit optimistic considering the amount of time it took in AZ.

What may happen by July 4 is that we will see the house of cards starting to crumble as more states opt for AZ style forensic audits.

In which case late August would be the most likely scenario.

Speaking of August - I think someone once mentioned August was traditionally a hot month.

Didn't pillow man say that?

No. Q did.

Pissing with rain here in August, but I hear you!

I notice their minions on social media are all telling themselves, "Nothing will come of it! It's a waste of time. Nobody will care whatever the audit results are. Cyber Ninjas will be discredited."

They're like spoiled children so used to getting their way on everything that they can't conceive of any other way.

My God, you Pedes never cease to amaze me with your collective brilliance. I am so thoroughly glad i found this place. I was dooming hard after Jan 6th. And you all saved me. Thank you all from my whole heart.

But just one question: correct me if I’m wrong but arent there still a few states that haven’t officially certified the election? I remember them saying some states would take months to fully count the ballots. This probably has happened already, which renders my point useless, but if that is true that some states aren’t done counting, and they certified the election anyway, wouldn't THAT make it illegal in and of itself? Again, I’m probably just retarded so if I am just give me my dunce cap and tell me where the stool is.

The power isn't actually returning to the states, it's returning to the people where the founders intended. From what you're saying, fraud vitiates everything. President Trump said on his inaugural address that they are returning the power to the people. Once again, we had no clue what that really meant.

We the people are attempting to force the hand of our individually elected state governments. This explains a lot in regards to some of the half-hearted attempts to audit the vote in other states, such as PA.

For example: In PA, rarely do the elected make a decision to vote according to the will of their constituents. Instead they take their orders from their respective party leaders. Hence how PA ended up with Act 77 in the first place which allowed for the massive mail-in ballot mess. Those who don't fall in line typically end up being primaried out of office. Hopefully this will also expose the corruption within both parties of which people on this site are already well aware but normies really have no clue how bad it is.

Wayshuba [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

Think in these terms.

The People have the greater power to affect change at the State level.

The States have the power to affect change at the Federal level.

For two long, both the People and the States have allowed the Feds to exert control they do NOT Constitutionally have. One need look no further than annual spending and what the Constitution says they may spend on (Hint: Foreign Aid is unconstitutional).

It is time to push the States, then force them to push the Feds.

The power is in the People - all of them. Patriots are Patriots. Color is not a thing to a Patriot - we are all brothers and sisters working to build a better country for ourselves and our families.

It is time for us to take back the power we have and relegate the Feds to the small set of defined powers they were meant to have.

Wouldn't (God forbid!) Pelosi become president if no one else was holding office???

Winteralert 12 points ago +12 / -0

Completely talking out of my ass here, but if all elections are called into question... One would have to ask question "who is the speaker of the house?"

8
Deplorable_Badger 8 points ago +8 / -0

If it is proven that Democrats committed a coordinated and widespread fraud against the American people in this election, then they shall forfeit ALL races. Even the "elected" Dem dog catcher will need to step down as long as a previous SCOTUS decision is kept as precedent. "You're going to love the ending" - Q

Fringe--dweller 4 points ago +4 / -0

If the election is nullified, it also means that there would not be a House, as the incumbents were candidates in the moot election.

Good question. I nominate General Flynn to stand in while we vote on an entire new House.

8
Wayshuba [S] 8 points ago +8 / -0

Pelosi was up for re-election in 2020. This would cause the ENTIRE election to be called into question. So, until it is verified that Pelosi was legally elected - no, she couldn't become President as it would be no different than Xiden at that point.

BasedRuler 5 points ago +5 / -0

Theoretically, if the elections were put up in question for Biden/Trump, there is a legal case for Pompeo to be acting president.

Per the 20th amendment. section 3, and the Presidential Succession Act of 1947, as Secretary of State, Pompeo was in line for being Acting President after the Speaker of the House (Pelosi) and President Pro Tempore (either Grassley or Schumer, depending on how you count it). Neither Pelosi, Schumer, or Grassley resigned their position, which, is required to become acting president (or it falls to the next in line). And the person that becomes Acting President is so until a President or Vice President qualifies.

Guess who resigned as Secretary of State on Jan. 20th? (Hint: it's Mike Pompeo.) As long as he did so after 12 pm EST, he would meet the qualifications to be the Acting President in this scenario.

8
Wayshuba [S] 8 points ago +8 / -0

No because Pelosi was up for re-election in 2020 and this will call into question the entire election.

I have a feeling, when this is all said and done, the Dems are going to realize that they killed their Golden Election Fraud Goose this election.

Don't be surprised if forensic audits become a standard procedure in many states before final certification in future elections.

Congrats Wayshuba... Dave at X22 Report...just used Part of your Post !!!!

Wayshuba [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

I went and looked since people pointed it out to me. I saw this episode this morning - not the first time I have had my posts in X22.

What did surprise me though, was he read and excerpt from the We The People feed on Telegram which linked directly to this article and got almost 140k views.

Good. Let the information spread among Patriots. Let them point Patriots here since it is one of the best places on the internet for Patriots to gather and discuss things. The more we gather. the more powerful we become.

Welcome back Wayshuba, good post. But I thought Congress had already certified the election when VP Pence presided. Can that be rescinded as well?

2
Wayshuba [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

They did. Any state, upon finding fraud, can decertify.

Congress will argue they already certified, but that was in light of fraud not being "discovered". However, considering how many states were in contention, that it was well known many states were being challenged for fraud and receiving sworn affidavit from the courts in Italy of foreign interference to Congress on Jan. 6, and finally many Senators noting there were issues - the fraud coming to surface in AZ is going to also show Congress knowingly (there is that word again) certified a false election.

2
TNBanjoMan 2 points ago +2 / -0

Ah.... yes, knowingly. I recall Q referencing that several times.

Remember when President Trump legally "claimed" these key states as belonging to him after the steal and that he never conceded? Other states visiting Arizona know they are about to be outed for being part of the coup to overthrow the will of 'we the people'.
