I’m concerned about the tax implication of warrants. I have read conflicting theories on how it works. One thing I read said that it didn’t matter how long you held, when you exercise them, you would be taxed as if it was regular income on the profit in the difference in price from 11.50. Another thing I read is the longer you hold, the less you pay in taxes. I wish I had a tax free brokerage account. My employer does not allow me to buy what I want in my Roth.

Spotify has yet to truly censor him. Spotify has a user base 10x that of rumble, so why would Joe move from reaching 400million users to just 30million?

There is a ton of content on Spotify and its prevailing use (music) appeals to a wider audience than anything Joe Rogan puts out, world wide, with overlap into that same audience.
I'm sorry but this was a delusional statement to make. Spotify was huge before Joe, it'll be huge after Joe.
I took it as hyperbole. But plenty of artists are already pissed that they pay $0.0000001 per stream and all the money the platform made was paid to Rogan, who will now walk away. It will hurt their PR very badly.

My biggest gripe about Rumble, is there is no Fast Forward or Rewind. In the age of digital, there is zero reason to force me to spend 2+ hours watching a video that has a 3 minute segment I have an interest in

No. Start at beginning and must listen from beginning. If you stop 20 minutes in; when you go back, you start over at eve beginning. No fast forward. No jumping. At least on mobile version

Rogan probably has a contract with Spotify. He can't just leave, he probably needs to let his contract expire first.
I guess this would depend on if Spotify violated their contract with Joe. If so, i would think he can leave on breach of contract.
I havent checked but theres always a buyout clause. If Rumble is willing to spend 100M on Rogan and they are teamed up with Truth Social they will pay the buyout if there is one. Rogan is worth way more than 100M to Rumble over 4 years. Even if they just break even in terms of direct payment on the deal, it will raise their visibility and the indirect value will be astronomical.
This would get them 10mil + subscribers / users immediately, within two months.

He won’t leave Spotify. Although this offer gave Rumble a ton of press and Rogan even more leverage in future negotiations with any potential suitors, including Spotify.
This was a well timed PR move on Rumble’s part. Giving Rogan $25M per year for four years is nothing compared to what he’ll actually get when it comes time to re-up his contract with Spotify.
It’s my understanding that the $100M+ deal he currently has is only for a couple years and I’d be shocked if he took Rumble’s deal for less money spread over a longer period with a fraction of Spotify’s user base. And don’t say, yeah but free speach. Joe doesn’t care, it’s all about the Benjamin’s for him. Hence all the apologies lately.

He's under contract. Spotify will never fire him. They might cancel him and keep paying him to do nothing if it's in the contract. But they will never allow him to go to an uncensored platform.
That is likely the outcome. They will pay him so he cannot go to a competitor.
This is smart to ask out loud because rogan denying the $100m will make people ask who else is paying him and what amount if it’s larger than $100m.
