I somehow have a good sense about Putin. (I could be wrong of course - this is why I ask you) He of course is concerned about Russia 1st because that is his duty just like Trump's duty is to be concerned about USA 1st. Besides that it seems to me that he is truly concerned about true virtuous values / unlike how the USSR was. I just want to know what a Russian patriot thinks about that.
