Q had a password that proves it's Q, which puts Q's unique tripcode next to their name on 8ch/8kun. The board which Q posts to goes through rotations of these, and Q would always update their tripcode and verify themselves through these rotations in a specific manner. This time, they did not, and the only explanation is from Jim Watkins saying that they, for whatever reason, kept this from happening to Q's password since he posted last, after not doing that previously.
So with no proof via tripcode, and no proof via Trump, you have to be skeptical until there's a Trump proof.
