So, the mainstream narrative is that it was climate change, according to the book released on this day, August 10th, that this footage was taken. There was apparently a hurricane 200 miles away, but note that no unburned building at all has wind damage on its roof. Note the green gas bullet tank, unscathed, and the plastic playground equipment. Note the lack of burned bush or grass land, so where did the fire come from? How did it burn the boats? How are some buildings untouched and not even damaged from radiant heat from an incinerated adjacent building? This was a deliberate attack on America.

Yeah, the neighborhood sorta near the beginning of the video that has one house burned completely to ash and all the other houses are perfectly fine, nothing else around it burned, not even scorch marks on the house very close next door, is really bizarre. Like it was targeted.

The houses that didn't burn down are now getting evicted, right? I wonder if they didn't burn down by accident rather than design? Like the wifi signal stopped transmitting the backdoor command for the smart meter to self-destruct.

You can have embers get blown pretty far in the wind that can ignite a house that skips over an area. It's bizarre, but still explainable.

▲ 11 ▼
– retardmonkey 11 points 2 years ago +11 / -0

It's a possible explanation, but the weirdest part to me is that houses are either gone or their fine. I don't see half burnt houses that would show a progression of fire spreading from one location to another.

I think a house burns down. Or it doesn’t. I can understand the flames missing some houses completely. You’ve seen it from every wildfire ever. But if a house does catch fire in those conditions, how would it extinguish itself half way through burning? You can’t be “a little bit pregnant.”

Actually, most of your furnishings have a fire retardant on them. Carpets, chairs, sofas.... Yes homes burn down but they don't usually disappear to nothing. Lots of stuff smolders but won't be a source for flames or high heat.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– 81352 1 point 2 years ago +1 / -0

Not sure you realize how hot and intense this fire was. Fire retardant is designed to stop your sofa from igniting if you drop a cigarette on it. Won’t do squat to stop a raging inferno. That’s ludicrous.

A big house in my neighbourhood recently burned down. All that was left was the concrete pad, basement walls and a pile of dust. The carpet and chairs were deceased.

Yes true, but property lines remain intact. Look closely, the undamaged houses properties are still square. Almost like the embers skipped the entire property. I agree with you embers can skip, but what i see is bullshit. The wealthy burned down the poor to make their land larger.

Smart Meters

I've had a lithium battery bloat up and destroy some electronics, but thankfully no fire. However I can see how easy it would be to do something dastardly with remote access to the charge controller. And the internet of things is an absolute sh*t show when it comes to security. Probably on purpose.

That said, it's more complicated and still requires onsite control to stay within the lines. Goons with accelerants or CGI fakery are still both simpler explanations.

I am not sure what to think about DEWs in regards to this event. Seems to be more along the lines of power lines as the cause. Too many missing pieces to the puzzel right now. More information will need to come out.

If DEWs used, i would be curious if any anomalies occurred coming from Antarctica. There was that therory that the research facilities out there had caused the earthquake in Christchurch New Zealand. Anomalies supposedly noticed right before the earthquake occurred.

While I don't do the DEW, I do tend to agree on this. If you go through all the trouble to engineer the meticulously timed and positioned explosives required to make a building fall into it's own footprint, then why in the world would you risk f***king it up by flying a plane into it?

My co-workers were across the Hudson River, outside on the riverfront, watching the north Tower burning, when they watched, along with thousands, the 2nd jet come up the Hudson, make the U-turn, and then plow into the south tower.

I had the same thoughts seeing that, It all looks a bit surreal but like you some bits stood out as odd. The plastic playframe, completely untouched. Houses intact but surrounded by burned down houses without so much as smoke damage to theirs. Some burned houses were surrounded by intact properties.

It raises even more questions for me, it just doesn't look natural.

Looking it over, I took a few notes:

2:33: A small area of buildings across a water canal is burnt out, but the nearest burned structure is on the other side of the canal, 200 feet away (or so), with numerous buildings unscathed in between.

4:00: A Huge tree (Oak?) is not even singed sitting right next to a building that is not singed. Right next to the tree are cars with melted tires. What melted the tires? There is no apparent nearby fuel source for these cars to catch fire. There is a front view of this area at 8:04. Is this an Historic site? There is no roof on the building, which means it might have burnt off, but there is no signs of fire damage on the building, which suggests the roof was gone long before. It looks like an historic building (mission type).

There are several other examples throughout the video of melted cars/tires on the edge of destruction that are very suspicious. There are cars just out in the middle of nowhere, not next to a burnt structure, that are themselves burnt to a crisp. It takes a lot to melt a car (or even have it deform from the heat). It needs to be in an oven. Such an oven can conceivably be created in the middle of a street with buildings burning on both sides, but not on the edge of a street, or the middle of a parking lot, sitting next to unburnt trees.

The melted tires are themselves SUPER sus.

According to this fire fighter website:

Tires are not particularly flammable in that they need to be heated to 750 degrees Fahrenheit (400 Celsius) for several minutes in order to ignite. However, once they do catch fire, they can burn for a long time and produce some very toxic smoke.

How are they heated to that temperature when they are next to non-burning trees and 30 to 50+ feet away from any other possible heat source? The temperature needs to be sustained for several minutes. How is that temperature sustained for minutes, in the middle of nowhere, without a heat source, open to air?

If the temperature is hotter than the required lowest temp (750F), it doesn’t have to be sustained for as long. Indeed, if you give the input source enough energy like say, a super high powered microwave laser, you could ignite a car tire in seconds. Notably microwaves preferentially heat up metal, like aluminum wheels, or steel car frames. DEWs, if they exist, are almost certainly microwave lasers.

With regard to the rest, the lines of demarcation are interesting, but I’m not convinced there is anything overly suspicious. Having said that, the pattern of “spared” buildings to “completely fubar” buildings does seem at least possibly sus. Kinda like what it would look like if I were using a directed energy weapon and painting the ground, but missed a few spots and/or left a few spots out of the painting on purpose (like a UNESCO site?).

Of course it is entirely possible I am just seeing what I want to see there... Not that I really want to see that, but I am suspicious of that activity, and thus at least somewhat biased.

By far the most damning evidence of fuckery is melted tires in areas where there is no apparent fuel source.

It is located here:
20°52'56.47"N 156°40'55.26"W

The house was built at the same time as adjacent houses, during 2020 (as noted from Google Earth). There is nothing likely different about that house compared to the neighbours, as they were built at the same time probably by the same people. VERY VERY STRANGE - not what you would expect from indiscriminate fire

This may have been done through the electric company... were the residents of Lahaina preparing an uprising of sorts, or just stubborn landowners?

How does a house burn down to a pile of ash and all the surrounding properties are untouched. If the fires were spread by the high winds, it would be impossible for the adjacent properties not to even have debris or heat damage.

Some things just aren't right.

Sweet native music, makes me cry knowing their ancestral home has perished....

Let's first think this out, though. I agree that it seems nefarious but we first need to ascertain that the skipped houses were made of the same material as the ones burnt to a crisp. Old dry wood that has had the sun beating on it for years burns a lot faster than houses made or poured cement, And yes, the wealthy are more likely to make their houses out of materials less likely to burn.

Great comment.

There are just so many variables. Wind direction / speed, distance between objects, heat of the fire in a particular area, and building material as you point out. The end result defies simple logic.

2:02 - 2:10, right after the camera turns right - you can see 2 circles (of houses):

  • external circle (surrounding) - not burned

  • internal circle (these houses are like inside the fortress) - burned

Question: How the fire got there? Through the grass. Not burnt. From the surrounding buildings? Not burnt.

It’s like WTC7 collapse. Isolated, protected by other buildings, but destroyed.

Targeted.

Question: Is there any wind damage to structures on the other nearby islands?

If there was a storm 200 miles away, it would have had some sort of effect on several islands.

My cousin’s son lives there. He had just left for vacation before the fire started so he was not there when it happened. When he returned home all the homes around his were burned but his was the only one that did not burn. So weird!!!

Lahaina is only 9 square miles, the fire occurred on the 8th, mostly single level buildings, what is preventing the search and rescue from being completed, the missing either died in the fire or they didn't. the entire island is only 725 square miles, the ones that didn't die should have been found by now. Those that did die in the fire should be found by now. At some point real answers will have to be given.

I read the following from YouTube that is located under comments @lynngrey4050 13 hours ago Indigenous people, federally in the US have protected rights. There is nothing to stop the Elders on Maui to be present amongst the Fema or Gov agencies that has cordoned off areas of the Island. The People need to practice their inherent rights to the LAND, The Island is ready and able to protect its children, they just need to remember who they are, and walk together as One @@@@@@ https://www.fema.gov/about/organization/tribes

That's because it's in 4K. It's a real estate camera - "Realtor" Association logo on the bottom right corner - it's high definition for land/house tours etc. Many people bought their house this way during the peak.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 3 ▼
– escapegoat 3 points 2 years ago +3 / -0

4K or not, there's no depth of field, no motion blur, and the trees and water, which are difficult to get right, are right outta uncanny valley. Also the lighting just looks off to me, like a bad mix of ray tracing and ambient sources applied to large flat texture mapped polygons.

But the quick -1 tells an even more compelling story.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 3 ▼
– RisingTidePod 3 points 2 years ago +3 / -0

Some food for though:

Depth of field requires three things: A large sensor, which only the higher end drones have (most are essentially point/shoot camera or phone level sensors). A large aperture lens, also only on higher end and cinematic drones, both because of cost and weight. A fairly close subject. Anything more than 10-20 feet away requires the lens to focus to ∞, and only much closer subjects get blurred. You rarely see landscapes with depth of field, and when it's added in some other way, you get the tiny-world "tilt shift" effect.

Motion blur is undesirable in drone footage, and rare in bright daylight (very fast shutter speeds).

This is recorded and playing back in 60 FPS (typical in video games, and not so much in filmed content), which coupled with uncommon subject matter (flying, burned town) gives an unusual feeling to the video.

These is also a lot of sharpening in this which tends to give highly detailed subjects (trees and water) an uncanny shimmer.

What's the magic with the "Realtor" logo?

To me it looks like part of the controls added by youtube, and not part of the video itself. The "logo" pops up and down with the other controls like Pause,FF, and Rewind.

This is typical with Youtube channels.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– escapegoat 1 point 2 years ago +1 / -0

Sure, but it does not refute my point. The video could have come from anywhere. The Realtor logo is added later, not by some special real estate camera. Thus it could be CGI.

The drone used by this video is incredibly stable. And so are teh palm trees. I counted maybe 2 or 3 branches moving. Just compare that and the colors and lighting to this video, alledgedly from the same people.

▲ 1 ▼
– RisingTidePod 1 point 2 years ago +1 / -0

My comment about the logo was not meant to refute your point.

My other comment was.

The difference in video quality and frame rate just seems like either a different drone or different settings to me.

I have a Mavic Pro, and earlier videos I did looked like their earlier video, and later ones are closer to the newer video, just by dialing in settings over time.

Not handy.

For work, the video is just used for reference, and my footage either stays with employers or gets tossed, as I have no need to store the large files myself after a job is done.

Any personal stuff I have is mostly of friends and I'm not posting that.

ive noticed this lately...4k-8k is way better than what we are used to.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– escapegoat 1 point 2 years ago +1 / -0

The thing about 4k is it exacerbates the CGI lighting issues because there's so many more pixels to calculate. The sun is NOT a single point light source. It has a visible disk. And ambient light does NOT emanate evenly from EVERY direction. Most of it comes from the sky dome. Both of these make it very expensive to calculate realistic lighting, reflections, and shadows at high resolution.

Watch the water.

One thing that has become a real luxury is that it is becoming more and more certain that I can do what I did when Russia invaded Ukraine. Who was the bad guy? Who was the good guy? What is really happening? Personally, I didn't know EXACTLY what was going on, but there was one thing upon which I could rest in certainty, and that was whatever was being pushed by the mainstream media.

This situation has some similarities. Were the fires started by a DEW? Was it caused by a hurricane? Climate change? Not being in Hawaii myself, I can't say with 100% certainty, however, I can be sure once again that whatever the MSM is trying to tell us cannot be believed. It WAS NOT caused by climate change.

Stay tuned to the MSM to hear more of what did not actually cause what happened on Maui.

Any firefighters in the building? Can you make any level of sense as to what that looks like to you? If the fire was a natural fire, coming from one direction and moving towards one direction, everything in its path would be wiped out. What you're seeing in that video is not one fire moving in a single path. What you're seeing is multiple fires originating from each property one by one. Why? Because the trees are standing. Some people will say the trees are there because of their sap. I don't buy that. If the fire was as hot as it looks by all the destruction, those trees full of sap or not, would be gone.

A intense fire whipped by circling unpredictable winds is going to have unpredictable results. I think folks have gone off the deep end.
