It was great! So, if you look it up, the process of the 25th Amendment isn't overly complicated.
Although, it does roll around in the back of my mind, that Joe already invoked the 25th last year when he had his 85 minute colonoscopy.

Only Kamala Harris can invoke section 4 of the 25th amendment. It's never been done before except on TV shows. All she has to do is send a declaration saying "biden is unfit" and 7 White House cabinet members must agree with her.
After that she is president. Biden can protest. After 4 days, if Kamal and the 7 members re submit the declaration then Congress must convene within 48 hours. Congress must then decide within 21 days by a 66% majority whether to agree with Kamala's declaration. If they don't agree then Biden is president again.
Whether Congress agrees or disagrees, Kamala would be president for a month if she submits a declaration that Biden is unfit.
