Patriots suck now and I was never a football fan anyways. Hockey games clog the streets and cause a lot of noise and problems in my neighborhood. Almost all the sports fans are people from outside the city. My favorite thing about the city is its history. Everything else sucks now.
Also know this, these mandates and measures and bullshit is all illegal. They're executive orders. The problem isn't just the mayor's orders, it's the fact they're being enforced. and even if and when the cops don't enforce them, most of the business owners do -- willingly.
I was talking to a restaurant worker recently who was pissed because business is shit now, and two employees were fired for not being vaccinated. He thought the mandates were laws. I had to explain to him the difference between a law and executive order.
