Correct. The 4 lower slabs have the following inscription in English, Spanish, Hebrew, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Swahili, and Hindi:
The top slab also has a separate inscription in Egyptian Hieroglyphs, Babylonian Cuneiform, Sanskrit, and Classical Greek. It reads:

Yeah, if you watch the aerial footage, there's a debris field going out in one direction away from the monument, like someone used an explosive device. I could see an earthquake knocking a pillar down, but not demolishing it where it stood, and blowing all that rubble out like that.
