Our brain is made up of cholesterol. We must eat bacon eggs BEEF, real meat, beef organs, chicken, pork, fish BUTTER Sauerkraut. and Vodka - zero calories. and only fry shit up w/ Lard, Ghee, Butter. Don't use any vegetable oil, not even olive oil.
I have to repeat this everyday in real life until I'm exhausted. My parents, relatives, friends, everyone who went to the doctor somehow has heart problem, high blood pressure, and now everyone around me only eat effing salad (which is garbage filled w/ pesticides) and oatmeal (bloody oatmeal is so rough/course texture it cuts your stomach lining and hurt you in the long run!!) and they're becoming even more forgetful and senile w/ brain freeze and illogical minds. I'm so damn exhausted how people believe in lies.
Carnivore diet for me. Eggs, beef, fish, some chicken, butter. Clear mind, consistent energy all day, feel great, feel younger.
Everyone should try it for 2 months but they are stuck behind the walls of vitamin C and Fiber lies and can’t pull the trigger on it. What I recommend people do is what we have heard before, do your research and learn the dietary truths that are hidden from us.
What is big money going after right now. Meat and eggs. Why?
Milk has carbs/sugars and is generally avoided. Heavy cream is fine. Many cheeses are good. Dairy does trip some people up on the carnivore diet so I go easy on it. Heavy cream with coffee(my vice), and occasional cheese. Carnivore is also called zero carb and regular milk is one way carbs start to creep back into peoples diets.
Personally dairy for me for dessert -cheesecake (least amt of carbs compared to other sweets), for coffee- heavy or light cream, for snacks - mozzarella cheese or cheap cold cuts (it's not that bad)
I have a personal problem/addiction with dairy. Gotta have cheese on everything. Love cheesecake too. Curious tho about milk and dairy in general as DigitalWarrior mentioned, with the cost of steak and eggs specifically, its kinda like these health commodities w/ tons of benefits are pricey for a reason (bc they work). Milk is up bigly too, and wonder if its the same reason. Because it has tremendous health value.
i think whole milk from real cow is good. If it's pasteurized it loses some nutrition.
Yeah, you're right though. They like to make really healthy food inaccessible. In New Jersey, raw milk is illegal. Gotta get it from PA.
"Raw milk is a complete, natural food containing more amino acids, antimicrobials, vitamins, minerals, and fatty acids than pasteurized milk. They also claim that it's a better choice for those with lactose intolerance, asthma, and autoimmune and allergic conditions."
As a carnivore, I include grass-fed, A2 milk. I'm not worried about carbs, even though you don't need them. I eat raw honey. Vegetable oils are make carbs dangerous.
Pede, bread and carbs are the hardest fucking thing for me to let go of for the Carnivore diet. Any alternatives or suggestions you can offer? Is gluten free bread an option??
Mill your own flour. The best life changing thing I ever done. Home made bread is amazing, keeps you full longer and fixed my digestive issues I have had for 20+ years.
They are literally addictive. Worse than cocaine, based on rat studies.
If you go carnivore, there is no alternative to bread. Carbs like raw honey and fruit are acceptable. I make ice cream out of butter, milk and honey/fruit.
What about whole grain carbs? I recency started milling my own flour and making my own bread and it fixed digestive issues I had my entire life? I tried everything, gallon of water, dried apricots, dried fruit, celery, spinach, miralax, probiotics, yogurt, apples, prunes, psyllium husks, and nothing fixed it but REAL bread made from wheat berries not enriched flour.
*sorry for new account.. New phone, lost my old pw.
It's graphic. I wouldnt share details here. I will say after a year of eating it my stomach doesn't hurt (stabbing gas pains) and things are better when I 'go'.
Biologically speaking, the kernel, also known as the wheat berry, is the seed from which a wheat plant grows. The majority of kernels produced are not planted back into the ground, but are ground into flour.
Honestly I heal the fastest when I consume proteins with fats like bacon, chicken and beef. I have had head injuries throughout my life and consuming foods with high proteins and fats like meat and nuts has helped my healing process the fastest from my view.
The benefit of greens comes mainly from fiber and good bacteria IMO.
The animal fats like bacon, lard, they help you popp poop :D if you don't eat carbs. And a spoon or 2 of Sauerkraut a day do miracles, flush out all the oxalates and get rid of these so called athritis and body aches.
THE ONLY REASON You'd need Fiber (wheat, rough stuff basically like paper shredder) is IF you eat Carbs. Then you need you those bad stuff to break down those carbs - processed food / dough- that is hard to be broken down. It's like clogging a drain.
P.S Don't eat rendered fat too much- cooked melted butter/fat- I did that once - tummyache :D
Or buy beef packet brisket, cut it up to a point and flat, cut off most of the fat (you'll get 3 pounds for a 20 pound packer), render the fat into beef tallow, then fry with that. Makes everything taste better and makes liberals cry salty tears.
Actually, I was really sick with coughing lungs issues couldn’t breathe for almost three years and still don’t have sense of smell, but I found out it was the milk and the OATMEAL. My mom has the same issue with the oatmeal in any kind of form. Also, the ivermectin helped me. Thank you Lord.
Hubby and I are the only ones in our families not on blood pressure meds. or any meds. We never believed the cholesterolphobia. After having so many kids, I was familiar with the Atkins diet and don't eat sugar, so I didn't worry about our cholesterol. I also heard bp meds ruin your love life. We're 63 and 62 and quite happy and blessed .
Look into diindolylmethane (DIM) supplement for men and women. What I understand how it works is that It acts as an estrogen blocker (aromatase inhibitor) and there is a lot of estrogen hormones/mimics of estrogen in the food supply. By blocking that, testosterone is freed in the body to be used. It comes from cruciferous vegetables.
If your husband does not eat broccoli or brussels sprouts, I think this will help. https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/dim-supplement
It was discovered 100 years ago that dementia/Alzheimer's is brain myelin damage. It is repaired by mechanism that needs cholesterol. This lady points out that lowering cholesterol has not reduced heart disease, but what has increased is dementia.
They know what they are doing! Dementia is the effect of damaged brain myelin and Cholesterol is vital to the formation of myelin. (https://www.researchgate.net/publication/49857008_Cholesterol_A_Novel_Regulatory_Role_in_Myelin_Formation)
Bottom line is that Dementia probably caused by the false belief that cholesterol is bad. Statins reduce the levels of cholesterol, preventing the normal ongoing repair of the brain, leading to dementia. They do this to cause everyone heartache and despair.
I am now suggesting to anyone with elderly relatives entering dementia to massively increase saturated fat intake, and stop with the statins, what would you have to lose? Even if it doesn't reverse the dementia, at least you get decent food in your twilight years! and if it gives you heart disease (it won't) that shortens the burden of living with dementia. Its a win-win-win strategy.
I totally agree with you. My husband is over seeing care for his mom, who has dementia. The first thing he did was stop the statins. Is she cured? No. Forty years of statins have inflicted too much damage. BUTTTT she cleared up a little bit, enough so that some strange behaviors ceased and she is now pleasantly demented. My own parents are bat shit crazy, but they will never ever give up their pills. Ever.
My husband was diagnosed 3 years ago with dementia. He is also on cholesterol medication. My doc put me on cholesterol meds only because I'm diabetic and it's RECOMMENDED even though my cholesterol numbers are fine. I stopped taking them because it makes my joints too painful. I'm wondering if I should take him off of his statin meds.
I just told my husband that he is done taking atorvastatin. I took statins for about 3 months twice. Both times I got leg nerve pain. 5 years later, my toes still hurt in the cold. My cholesterol numbers are now great. I lost weight and tried to improve my diet.
Husband's cardiologists are going to flip a gasket. We are just not going to tell for 6 months and get new blood work. If numbers are good, we will confess. I truly think his numbers will be ok. He has also lost lots of weight.
Tradstew 9 points 2 days ago +9 / -0
In January 1989 American Cardiology Association lowers the ideal cholesterol level from 220 (which for some was already too low) down to 200. September 1989 Pfizer rolls out "miracle" statin Lipitor.
The "numbers" that the "medical" establishment pull out of their ass is just to scare people to ultimately take whatever drug they are pushing by profit vampires (big pharma). Don't fall for "the numbers" game!!!
Good that both of you have stopped taking the statin drugs!!! Never take that brain destroying crap again!!!
I agree. I'm old now but years ago at the time they kept advising against butter then against margarine back and forth, found that our brains need cholesterol. Since they started with statins and low cholesterol diets lo-and-behold now we have Alzheimers.
Of curiosity I looked back at my Ukrainian relatives and ancestors' diets. lots of starch covered in heavy grease esp bacon grease, butter (no one had margarine). Dementia was rare.
Disappointed that I can only give one uptick for that fantastic research item. I've been hanging out for something to send my family - who are all "Hallelujah" true believers about the statin myth. My Dr keeps trying to get me on them and I keep saying "Hell no". I'm on the journey to try to stop one of the relatives start eating meat again - I don't think I'm going to succeed but I'm going to keep trying the red-pills.
Instead of saturated fats I have seen studies showing that coconut oil with its' medium chain triglycerides are beneficial in staving off Alzheimer's. MCT's are more easily absorbed and have many more benefits than any other fat...
So now you know why there was a huge campaign AGAINST cholesterol, spawning an industry for 'polyunsaturated fat' and margerine, which is actually saturated because that how you make margerine.
Also statins, LOL. Lower your cholesterol, they said.
I can't find it now, but I read somewhere that cholesterols is the principle ingredient for the body to manufacture natural Vit D through sunshine. And of course, low Vit D was a big indicator for the coof severity - it's almost like there's been a long-running plan to lower everyone's overall health to maximise the impact of the artificial coof when it was introduced.
I think I might have mentioned this before. While I was in physical therapy, a doctor casually talk to me and said that it’s interesting that once cholesterol medication was given to the demographics of people between their 50s and 60s, now 20-30 years later , Alzheimer’s is through the roof .
There was a cholesterol study done back in 1999 by George Washington University that concluded that the body reinforces arteries with cholesterol to combat inflammation of the arteries caused by a virus so they do not close up from swelling. Once the virus is eliminated, the body removes the cholesterol reinforcement since it is no longer needed. Back in 1999, I thought that a link was good enough to keep information, but discovered that a link is worthless if the document is purged. Yes, they purged the study.
the drug companies keep lowering the levels of cholesterol that is considered high to include basically everyone in the last update. My doctor talked me into taking them a few years ago. I took them and was feeling fucked up, I had brain fog, my memory was getting shot and generally felt fucked. I just stopped and threw them in the trash. At next doc visit I told him that stuff is garbage and I stopped them, he tried for a little to get me to go back on until he realized there was no way. Then he admitted that it made his wife feel like that and she gave them up also.
I have little trust in doctors and the medical field as a whole after watching the fuckers push the deadly death shots and not stand up and say, no we will not kill our patients. That and the doctors that took it themselves shows that most doctors are dumb as shit NPC's.
Exactly! That is only one of the many reasons I will never trust doctors. The majority have sold out to the medical industrial complex and we are just customers to them.
So good to hear this reminder today of all days. Got my blood work back- cholesterol 220 (been that way for years) I’m lean (112 lbs), and extremely active, At 49 they’re trying to push these statins.. I think 220 has always been my norm! No drugs for me!!
In January 1989 American Cardiology Association lowers the ideal cholesterol level from 220 (which for some was already too low) down to 200. September 1989 Pfizer rolls out "miracle" statin Lipitor.
My grandmother cut all fats from her diet when her cholesterol numbers came back high. Sadly, she ruined her eyes. Your eyes need fat. She lived to be 96 with vision problems.
How does the myelin get damaged in the first place? If we can figure out what causes the damage in the first place…an ounce of prevention and all that.
I heard Iron does, but haven't verified this myself. Iron would suggest a constant damage-repair cycle (because the blood is iron rich). Although blood as the action would not really apply in the brain it could be the reason in the body (myelin damage in the body is MS). Too much iron supplementation might do it for the brain. Again though, I have not verified. There is this though: https://nautil.us/iron-is-the-new-cholesterol-237280/
Blood is iron rich, but not in a solid metal form how most people think. In each hemoglobin molecule in each blood cell there are only four iron atoms, and each one is separate from the other three and firmly bound to their respective heme molecules. There’s probably a chemical that can extract the iron out, but I don’t know what. Plus there’s the blood brain barrier, so if there’s blood cells next to your myelin sheaths then you have bigger problems to worry about.
Based on some research I just did the most common mechanisms of myelin damage or physical trauma, inflammation, and viral infections. To be fair it was pretty surface level, so other causes can’t be ruled out.
So many comments shilling the carnivore diet and the eeeeevils of salad ("garbage filled w/ pesticides").
Question:
How do you shit?
Every time I tried to do keto, carnivore or whatever the fuck we're calling it this week, I got horribly constipated, one time getting a hemorrhoid. That was fun.
The last time I tried it, my constipation made me SO nauseous, I lost my balance, fell, and broke my ankle. Sidelined for three months.
How the fuck does anyone on this diet dispose of solid bodily wastes? I simply cannot fathom it.
I lost over 100 pounds on keto/ carnivore diet and I've been sticking to it for about 6 years now. I poop everyday no problem and feel amazing. I'm convinced we're truly just carnivores
I am so glad to hear that. The more I research about Myelin etc. the more I want to change my way of eating. My son is 22 and living at home. He is finally interested in not eating sugar and getting healthy. Thank you for your reply.
It's changed my life. I once weighed 308 pounds and am currently at 189. Never felt better and have less cravings for crap and crashes from insulin spikes
AWESOME! I am excited about trying it again. I started a couple of weeks ago, but then stopped because of "people". But, I really believe that I can do this and it will work for me also. I am so glad it has for you!
What you poop out is waste. So if you're eating nutritious food you don't have that much waste. Sauerkraut (probiotic) and bacon (grease) animal fat makes u poop.. You DON'T get constipated from eating meat.
Yep.

Depending on the cheese, it's fine.
You mean cheesecake with crust and all?
You will end up saving money if you go carnivore.
Actual cheesecake? With a crust?

It's graphic. I wouldnt share details here. I will say after a year of eating it my stomach doesn't hurt (stabbing gas pains) and things are better when I 'go'.
You're just making your problems worse in the long term.
Whole grain is the worst in my humble opinion. You're not supposed to eat the kernels, cuts your stomach lining up.
I grind the berries into flour? Not sure where kernels came from.
Wheat berry is kernel.
Biologically speaking, the kernel, also known as the wheat berry, is the seed from which a wheat plant grows. The majority of kernels produced are not planted back into the ground, but are ground into flour.
I read somewhere the good bread is sourdough because it has some good bacteria in it.
What in the fuck are you talking about?? I asked a serious question, not for some ham fisted, drunk rambling nonsense!
I think Joe Biden is here.
Seeds are growing
Carnivore here, too!
Because it makes us healthier and they need us sick to get vaccines and take medications. Not me eh. I feel much better now.
Honestly I heal the fastest when I consume proteins with fats like bacon, chicken and beef. I have had head injuries throughout my life and consuming foods with high proteins and fats like meat and nuts has helped my healing process the fastest from my view.

Yes! We get fiber through the MEAT. A cow has 4 stomaches for a reason: to break down the fiber in the grass.
You are what you eat, but you're actually what you eat eats.
That's a nice explanation.
Might I add if you want to eat veggies, it should be pre-digested - pickled/preserved.
I love this place. Thanks for the tips!
YEP...LINES THE LOWER INTESTINE SO THAT EVERYTHING SLLLLLLLLLLIDE OUT EASIER🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓🥓🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚
AND NO DAMN BREAD...messes up the gut from top-to-bottom!!!
Save your bacon grease
Or buy beef packet brisket, cut it up to a point and flat, cut off most of the fat (you'll get 3 pounds for a 20 pound packer), render the fat into beef tallow, then fry with that. Makes everything taste better and makes liberals cry salty tears.
👆This 👆
Nice. I get the regular box of lard for $3 at the supermarket.. still way better than oil.
Yes sir to that, lard used to be so damn cheap.
Find a real butcher, but pork belly or ask for beef fat, especially suet.
Just like straight lard?
I think he meant he cooks w/ lard instead of cooking oil.
I'm a carnivore but you dont actually need to eat cholesterol
Every cell of the body can make it [EDIT: liver only!]
That's why cholesterol lowering drugs are a waste of time
Wrong, ONLY the liver can make cholesterol. You mean to say that cell membranes are made up of cholesterol.
Yes of course, brain lapse there - edited, thanks anon
No problem fren!
Also the body uses cholesterol to make testosterone. Low cholesterol = low testosterone.

Natural fat is good.
Saturated fat is bad.
And bad cholesterol is bad, but good cholesterol is good. N
She's combining the two.

You are dehydrated. Increase you magnesium, potassium and sodium.
Eat fat. Do not eat a lean cut of steak. Eat a beautifully marbled with fat piece of steak.
I lost over 100 pounds on keto/ carnivore diet and I've been sticking to it for about 6 years now. I poop everyday no problem and feel amazing. I'm convinced we're truly just carnivores
Do you still eat carnivore?
Mostly yes. I have kids and a wife who thinks it's crazy to set that example so I throw in veggies from time to time but very rarely
