One is speaking of the "seal" being broken conjures thoughts of sealed indictments and/or a taboo that has been broken (like not going after former/current presidents as has been largely the case since Nixon). Also seal-criminal-prosecutor, the words in quotes, may have something to do with the puzzle about Jack Smith being an alias.
Second, the way this is presented leads me to believe that "the most corrupt president in the history of the USA" and Joe Biden may be two separate people. Oh, Potatus is corrupt as hell, yes, but I read this as pointing to the renegade.
