So I decided to look on the page and the edits around the time of drop 526 (Jan 2018) and sure enough there is an edit that says Webster Hubbell is Chelsea Clinton's father.
I also found a wiki page that showed Chelsea's father was Webster Hubbell, but I lost the page with all my back/forwarding - I'll have to see if I can find it again.

The first two numbers looked like lat-long coordinates, so I plotted them up. Depending on whether you make the longitude negative or not, that position is either in the Atlantic Ocean, east of the windward islands, or near the northern border of Yemen.
